Property was just as described. It is set up for small children as there was a high chair and other items such as a stroller. Kitchen has nice assortment of needed resources except spices. Grass was extremely high… taller than my dog. Called the property company… was told i would receive a call back but was never received. Grass was cut toward end of trip. Nice walk over to beach… would definitely recommend.

Stayed at Family Tides for a week and enjoyed our stay and the easy access to the awesome beach.

We really had a great time. The house was exactly as it appeared online and we had no issues. The location and beach access really made it an enjoyable week. We can't wait to come back!

Each morning we rose early to catch the sunrise on the beach. Our exploration of the area focused South this year, down Old Oregon Inlet Road and beyond. There are beach access points along the way that provided opportunities to bring the dogs and search for seashells. We also visited Bodie Island lighthouse, which is a few miles away. The private beach access is a short walk from this home and we went several times a day. The house is comfortable and has everything we need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well stocked, there are baby gates, patio furniture, and beach furniture readily available. We hope to return next year.

House is in a great location to beach and walks to local stores and restaurants. House was very clean and had all you need to cook and eat at the house!

This house is spacious and just a short walk to beach access, a few houses down. There was a broken window latch and a ceiling fan that wasn't working, in arrival, but were very quickly fixed, after being reported. Highly recommend!
