The check-in time at 15:00 was not convenient. The flooring of the apartment was in bad condition.

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment. You can reach the center with a 15 minutes walk. Checking in and out are quite easy.

Nice apartment, 15 min walk to the centre, but there is also a tram station in front of the apartment for those who would prefer public transport. Kind and responsive owner.

It would be useful to get 2 separate keys to the apartment for a group of 6 people.

There is an amazing person who takes care about the apartment, very nice, involved and with shared heart. Thank you for support and perfect atmosphere. Host that I can recommend to everybody. Apartment also was really nice, well equipt with the best bed, I had during my holiday trip. There was all you need when you visit Brno with family.

Great location in terms of access to the city center but not the best part of town. First night we had to walk past a drunk taking a leak literally at the main door. Beds were comfy and had all the kitchen facilities. Lejla was super friendly and welcoming.

One room was too hot and the other was very noisy. Iron was missing, this was resolved quickly but the replacement was old and didn't work too well. Hair dryer was an old wall unit which was just loose to plug in wherever. Way too many WiFi options with the majority not working. Couldn't get the TV to work either as stuck on someone else's account and kept freezing when trying to leave. 1 set of keys between 4 adults, not ideal. Old facilities which would not cost much to replace.

Every thing was in good condition and good working order. Clean and tidy, secure.

It could have had a full length mirror inside the property. A couple of spare bin bags, minor quibbles

Big bedroom with nice bedding. Lovely shower with plenty of hot water. Washing machine. 15 minute walk to station or 3 minute tram trip. Nice big fridge.

No toaster and the oven grill bit didn't work. I didn't get any info before we arrived on how to get into building and nothing to tell me who to buzz at outside door in English. I went next door to Kabab shop and met a lovely young man who was so helpful. He knew what buzzer to ring and was so sweet to help.

- whole apartment smells really badly - a very loud street traffic behind the window which must be open because it is very hot inside - not possible to sleep: too hot and too loud - the apartment was NOTHING like on those beautiful bright pictures: in fact furniture and carpet is dark and not much sunlight inside - to get to the second bedroom you need to pass the first one - bathroom smells really bad and it is tiny and not clean with very loud fan which switches on along with the light (no way to switch it off if you want light in bathroom) - lady let us check in later at 22:25 which cost 20euro (!) paid in cash of course (we had no choice to be before 22)

It’s right next to the tram stop so during night there’s a lot of traffic noise, if you are sensitive to noise you’d definitely need a pair of earplugs. The bedside lamp is not working, and the legs of the round corner table are partially not attached

Perfectly clean, spacious apartment. A cod for a toddler was there as promised. Tram and bus stops right in front of the house. Pub and grocery store very close as well.

This place is on a very busy, rush street. We had a bit cold temperature in apartment and we were unable to handle the heating.
