Nachtelijk ontvangst was geen probleem. Alles werd keurig uitgelegd en volgende kwamen ze nog vragen of ze ergens mee konden helpen. Het huis was erg schoon en voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Strand erg dichtbij en supermarkt op 10 minuten lopen. Als we iets wilden weten konden we ze altijd appen en snel reactie. Met de check out vroegen we of een uurtje later mochten, Was geen probleem. We hebben een perfecte vakantie gehad en het verblijf heeft daar zeker aan bijgedragen. Zouden er zo weer naar toe gaan.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung mit 4 Freundinnen gebucht. Haben eine schöne Woche dort verbracht. Zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Dusche / Bad, sehr sauber alles. Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küche, sauber und genügend groß. 5. Person hätte auch Platz auf Bettcouch im Wohnzimmer gehabt. Außenbereich mit Gartenmöbeln. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den Stränden Villasimius, Chia und Costa Rei. Netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Un accueil tardif à cause d'un problème d'avion, Giuseppe était quand même là, nous a commandé des pizza et boissons (passé 22h30). Toujours dispo et adorable, nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Merci. La maison correspondait à nos attentes et nous avons apprécié le tout. A conseiller vivement.

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und geräumig hat zwei Schlaf- und Badezimmer, optimal. Es liegt in einer sicheren, ruhigen Gegend wirklich nur über die Strasse zum Strand, dieser Abschnitt ist unbewirtschaftet, nach ca. 5 Minuten Fussweg gelangt man zum bewirtschafteten Strandabschnitt wo man die Möglichkeit hat Schirme und Liegen zu mieten und auch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen und zu trinken.

Is a lovely apartment with terrace area for outside dining. Is a few meters to the beach. Area is a little quiet at this time of year, but easy access to busses and supermarket only down the road. Overall had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here in OctoberWe booked for a short break (4 nights), so it was important that we weren’t too far from the airport and were in easy reach of the many beaches.The property itself was fantastic! Very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and spacious. From picking up the hire car at Cagliari Airport, we were at the property within 30 minutes.Upon arrival, Giuseppe was quickly on hand to welcome us and show us around the property - throughout our stay both Giuseppe & Francesca were available to advise on places to visit and eat - they are truly nice people and were very keen to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.The property was very secure with gated off road parking.Within less than 1 hour’s drive west, we were on some lovely beaches in Chia and within a similar time in the opposite direction we were at some equally beautiful beaches around Villasimius - I recommend taking the coastal road for some spectacular scenery!Cagliari is a short drive - 15 minutes and there are good parking facilities at reasonable prices near the train station.Thanks again Giuseppe & Francesca - it was a pleasure meeting you both and Stella and I look forward to visiting your lovely property again soon.

We have just returned from a brilliant stay in Maddalena Spiaggi. Giuseppe and his family were very welcoming and offered excellent local recommendations. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed, if we were to change anything it would be to add some air conditioning and to introduce a visitors book with local information and recommendations. The property is ideally located for exploring Southern Sardinia. We enjoyed trips to Nora, Pula, Chia and Cagliari (lunch at Antica Cagliari was delicious). We would definitely love to return in the future.

Beautiful bathroom and everything needed was available. Good security. Homeowners were really helpful, interesting and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Would totally recommend as location was perfect to explore any direction.

Very nice and with love furnished apartment, with a very well equipped kitchen, and generally good equipped. The location is a very good starting point to visit Sardinia's southern coast (only 30' to the beautiful beach Chia), very close to the beach of Capoterra (which we didn't use) and close to Cagliari and the airport. Francesca and Giuseppe are very nice people, always willing to help, if this was requested. They are few restaurants in walking distance and also a big shopping center in 5' drive. We had an amazing time in the property. The house is super well refurbished and able to cope with 4 or more people really comfortably. The quality of the house fittings and attention to detail placed in the deco is amazing! The owners are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Thanks a lot to Giuseppe for hosting us and making sure we did not have anything missing. All in all, the house is an absolute recommendation when staying in Southern Sardinia: 20 minutes by car from Cagliari, 20 from Pula, 30 from Chia, so you can't really complain about the diversity and proximity of some of the most beautiful beaches and interesting places in the island.
