Lovely unique property with everything you could need for a self catering stay especially in the kitchen. Comfy beds and sofas with amazing views day and night.
Claire was a great host and the welcome pack with tea and coffee much appreciated. 3 Generations visiting and will definitely be back.

The property was as described with what can be said as a quirky decore. The views over the harbour and out to sea were really lovely and we had a very comfortable stay, with all mod coms and a very efficient lift. It would have been nice to have a welcome pack of a few essentials. The three bad points were - a lack of parking which was a real bugbear as it was a good 15 minute walk to find free parking. The Divers pub next door was especially noisy over the weekend as we had such good weather we needed the windows open and the music was very loud and went on till late. There are few good eating places open in Herne Bay within walking distance.
That said we had a relaxing week exploring Kent.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, right on the sea front, with fabulous views.
This property is truly unique. It is in a fabulous location with panoramic views of the sea. It is next door to a pub and opposite the clock tower, which chimes, but neither bothered us with noise, the only time we heard the pub was when they had a delivery. The locals are fantastically friendly, we tried many of the recommended places to eat and found them all great. The only down side to the property was there is no parking, there are streets to park in but as we were only there for a few days and it was out of season we gave up trying to decipher which streets we could park in for nothing, and parked in the car park opposite, Claire did her very best to help us with this, and left a comprehensive pack to help us with any questions we may have had.

Generally a great experience. There were a few little niggles but nothing of much significance; our preferences are of course very subjective. The main room is light, spacious and very well equipped. The lift to the third floor is extremely welcome and the whole apartment is modern, fresh and stylishly furnished.

A perfect seaside flat
We had an enjoyable stay in this lovely flat. Plenty of restaurants & shops nearby. Lovely view. Well fitted except perhaps the chandeliers which were so low that we both low quite short banged our heads on them.

This is a stylish flat in the centre, on the waterfront, by the Clock Tower. Make sure you get good introduction how to deal with the floor heating, the bathroom heating and to work the fireplace. The bedrooms have carpets which block of the floor heating and the bedrooms feel cold during the night. Claire, the owner, is a helpful host and the flat is beautifully decorated.

Wonderful...
Delightful!!! The penthouse is wonderful, and the views are top notch. We loved it. The attention to detail in the penthouse is very apparent and it has a truly luxurious feel. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Super Lage, nette Wohnung!
Obwohl kein Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden, war das Parken in der Nähe kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist absolut zentral am Strand. Supermarkt gut zu erreichen und für Essen ist unmittelbar gesorgt. Erholung pur.
Alles war sauber.
