It was my second time and I would always come back. Enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Especially the evening on the terrace with a great sundowner.

Wir haben ganz wunderbare 7 Nächte im Haus von Lourdes verbracht . Vor allem der Aussenbereich ist ein mega Highlight . Ein wunderbarer Meerblick mit Sonnenuntergang deluxe , tolle Liegen und ein privater Pool . So muss Urlaub sein ! Die Lage ist auch mega . Ein Supermarkt und die besten Stränden sind gleich um die Ecke . Ibiza Stadt ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt . Eva ist auch super zuverlässig und lieb und jederzeit erreichbar ,wenn man Fragen hat . Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt , wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben .

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und man hat einen mega Ausblick inclusive Sonnenuntergang :) das Haus hat 2 separate Zimmer, 2 Bäder und ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Tolle große Terrasse und schöner großer Pool ( nur für dich ) Toller netter Kontakt zum Besitzer und Verwalter. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken :))) danke dafür. Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder. See you Ibiza

La casa está súper bien equipada y la zona exterior es espectacular. Para repetir.

Un séjour magnifique dans une location superbe

La vivienda es muy espaciosa. Su mayor ventaja es sin duda la terraza, su piscina y las vistas orientadas al oeste desde las que se ve perfectamente el mar y las puestas de sol. Muy limpia, se nos dio todo tipo de facilidades para la entrada y salida y Eva estuvo siempre pendiente. Solo echamos en falta algún detalle de mejor mantenimiento que hubiera hecho que la vivienda fuera sobresaliente. Muy buena opción en cualquier caso.

We had an amazing time. The atmosphere and view is amazing. The house is close to a lot of nice beaches and has everything close by (supermarket, etc.). The house manager was really helpful and made the stay really easy and enjoyable.

Wonderful view and very nice local service team( Zoe and her mother) which was very helpful and very useful and good tips, they have been very polite. Appartement need some general renovation, but still nice

Schönes Haus mit einer guten Ausstattung ! Von der Dachterrasse kann man die besten Sonnenuntergänge genießen ! Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht !

Had a nice stay at the property which is an apartment with a pool and terrace, the middle block of a group of three strips of apartments. The terrace with the pool is lovely with great view over the roof of the opposite property block to the sea, with great sunsets. The roof terrace above the apartment could be nice, however it only seemed to have broken outdoor furniture up there so we didn't use it. Some investment in outdoor furniture and some shade would make this a great area for the view and sunset . Unfortunately the sofa bed was unusable and stained and it was so uncomfortable that it could not be slept on. A new mattress for the sofa bed is desperately needed. There was a travel cot provided for the baby but no high chair. There was building work being done on the property opposite. As the property is surrounded by others there is a chance of noise from neighbours or work being completed which is not ideal .Luckily it was only for short periods during the day and we were out most days so it didn't impact us hugely, but it didn't make for relaxation when the banging started. Eva was very helpful on check in and arranging hairdressers taxi details etc and overall we had a lovely holiday and it worked as a base for everything we needed to do in the area. .

This is the second visit to the villa but this time for theee weeks. Eva, who deals with the check in, is superb and very efficient. The villa is clean with amazing views of the sea and sunset. We will return for a third visit.

Das Haus liegt in einer Anlage, ist durch Mauern von den benachbarten Häusern getrennt. Je nach Nachbarn kann es lauter werden, wir hatten in den 19 Tagen meistens Glück und es war ruhig. Das Haus ist schön aufgeteilt, mit 2 Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmern. Das Haus ist ausreichend für 4 Personen! Das Küchenequipment könnte etwas vielseitiger sein und ein Grill wäre auch schön gewesen. Sonst tolle Sicht auf das Meer und wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge. Schöner Pool und gemütliche Liegen. Nette Verwalterin, die bei Fragen sofort zur Seite steht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Enamorados de IBIZA desde muchos años, hemos por fin encontrado un lugar donde nos sentimos como en casa. Casa perfecta para 2 familias con vistas y apuestas de sol espectaculares y muy cerquita de las calas más bonitas de la isla. Muchas gracias a Lourdes y un agradecimiento especial a Eva por su trato VIP :)

we had great time in this property. sunsets are great, very private, near to the beach. would live to return again.

We had a lovely stay in the house, the view was amazing and everything was just as we hoped. The downside being there was building work going on either side of the house, the house in front of us was drilling which was not relaxing or nice to wake up to or sit by the pool listening to. Our host did her best to contact the workers and ask they not start so early in the morning. It was not our hosts fault and she did her best but sadly it was a little bit of a nuisance.

The service from Lourdes and Eva was excellent. The villa was in superb condition and well equipped. Amazing views and ideally located for the best beaches with Cala Vadella and Calla Tarida within 5 minutes drives. We hope to return next year! Thank you.

It was really faboulus. I didnt expect as much and we stay in a lovely house facing the sea and the pine forest, really spetacular, in the nature and just meters from the the beach. The house was super comfortable very well equipped . The proprietary Lourdes and the administrator Eva were very kind and always ready to give us information and tips. The kids enjoyed very much , playing in the pool and garden, the beach and with other children . We already booked a new stay. Very very recommended!!!

Zwembad is fijn, niet verwarmd. Huis is ideaal voor 5 personen.

Apartamento muy acogedor en zona tranquila y segura. Equipada con todo lo que puedes necesitar. Con unas puestas de sol espectaculares. Cerca de las mejores Calas de Ibiza. Propietarios y asistente encantadores .Siempre dispuestos a ayudarte para que tu estancia sea agradable.Nosotros llevamos varios años alojandonos y seguro repetiremos . No te decepcionara...

Estancia muy agradable, la casa está decorada con sencillez y buen gusto, muy limpia y perfectamente acondicionada para hacerte disfrutar de tus vacaciones , camas confortables, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, zona exterior , piscina y chill out estupendo. Vistas maravillosas con puestas de sol inolvidables. Localización muy buena con un montón de calas, beach clubs y restaurantes a pocos minutos, San José cerquita, Ibiza a 20 minutos. Propietaria y encargada fantásticas , disponibles y dispuestas a colaborar siempre. Absolutamente recomendable.

If you want to get out and about and discover what Ibiza has to offer I would definitely recommend a car. I stayed on my own with my daughter and we felt very safe and looked after its a beautiful part of the island, sit back relax & enjoy!

enjoyed stay very much will go back again pool clean but for the money i paid it needs a little care taken needs painting outsite ,overall great villa,eva the manager lovley person

Great place in great location with great views. As seen in pix. Would totally recommend it.

The accommodation was modern and clean (just like the photos in the advert). The views across the sea were amazing and watching the sun set in front of you every night was incredible. Highly recommended.
