Absolutely loved our vacation! The house was very nice and very clean! We really enjoyed the covered dock and the beautiful view. It was such a relaxing place to get away to. We got to meet the owners during our stay and their hospitality was great. We will definitely go again!

Our stay at the lake was absolutely amazing. The breathtaking view of the lake was incredible, and so refreshing. I am definitely going to be staying here again. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The owners our amazing people who take pride in providing the best experience possible.

So I've seen people list pros and cons of the places they've stayed in and initially I thought I would do the same only I cant..... I don't have any cons re: Holiday Cove If I could offer 1 tip, it would be that if you book a stay in late Feb, just know the lake is a ghost town until Mid-March. This was not really an issue for our stay as we were there for rest & relaxation on our honeymoon so it felt like we had the WHOLE lake to ourselves. The owner was soooo kind and made our stay all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend one rent any of her properties as you can tell she takes pride in her homes and genuinely wants guests to have a fabulous stay (which we did) Can't say enough good things about the house or home-owner. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking which was a plus as my husband cooked everyday. The owner is a text/call away but I didn't have any issues so I didn't need to reach out. This is for sure the place to rent on the lake!!

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Cove. Well stocked, clean , nicely decorated house. The community dock is very nice and we rented the owner’s boat which was super convenient. We loved Lake Martin , it is just lovely ! We took our sons to Chimney Rock to jump , tubed , and played cards . Such a fun family weekend ! The owners take care of this property of 4 homes on this cove and it’s a little oasis !

The property was as described on the site. The owners were fast when we needed assistance. The cleaning services are contracted out and definitely could have been better. The beach area need a little TLC. Overall a great place.

The property was great- beach, boat dock, outdoor games/entertainment were all wonderful for accommodating our family. The house was beautiful- perfectly decorated, great layout, etc. My only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom- I think the floor was softer lol- but it’s all preference. The bunk room was unusable the first night, as the smoke detector battery was going out and the smoke detector continued to beep so loudly even after removing the battery. We closed the door to block out some of the sound, and the kids slept on the couch. The owner came the next day to change it out. The kitchen was well stocked, and the home was nicely cleaned. The main reason we chose this home was because you could also rent their boat, and didn’t have the hassle of finding the home, putting the boat in, etc. Unfortunately, the owner messaged us a couple of days before our trip to let us know the boat was down and wouldn’t be repaired in time for our stay, so we rented from a local marina. Overall, I would rent again.

This property could not have been more perfect for our family vacation! We rented all four houses and they were all fantastic!! Each house is decorated so nice and they were all so clean and well stocked! The beach area was perfect for the kids and we all enjoyed swimming! We cooked out and made s’mores by the fire pit! I do not have one complaint. It was phenomenal!! We will be back!! Marian and Brad are amazing hosts and made our stay so enjoyable!!

What a great location to celebrate a graduation at AU! With four houses on the property and a great common space to share….. a perfect spot for large groups to gather!!

With three other houses on the same property this is a great setup for a large family gathering. Quiet cove. Spacious outdoor space.

My extended family (15 adults and 5 children) rented 3 of the Holiday Cove houses. We have a great time! We hope to rent them again soon!

We rented this home for Thanksgiving. We had plenty of accessories in the home to be able to cook and serve our meal. The house is set behind another property, which was stated in the description, with a small view of the lake through the window or porch. What was very nice is the boathouse area. There was corn hole to play, tables to sit, and a fire pit. There was a lot of grass areas between the properties to throw a football or have the kids play outside. The house accommodated 6 of us very well. However, the bunk bed room mattresses were very firm...too firm for my kids. They didn't sleep well on them. Overall, the place was very clean and we enjoyed it so much! The pictures look just like the place.

Great house!! Very comfortable! Was close to wedding venue!! Really enjoyed the weekend.

The home was beautiful and clean. It may be better suited for a family that rents all the properties and stays together. A bit awkward, like your in someone else's backyard when it comes to the availability of the water. The homes closer to the water did take over, again beautiful home, but the access to the lake was not a comfortable environment.

I thought I was renting a solo house on the water come to find out there where 4 houses on the property and only house #4 is on the water. the pictures were of the inside of my house #1 but the outside pictures were of the house #4 totally miss leading

We live on 30A and it been super crazy with people. This was such a nice getaway with great friends. We loved the setup of being there together. The house was perfect for our small group. The dock was a great place to hang out also. I definitely recommend it for groups of friends and families alike.

Marian and Brad were amazing hosts, always making sure everything was okay and were extremely responsive. The property is in tip-top shape with easy boating access, great slough for stand-up paddle-boarding and swimming, and great fishing (even right off the dock).

Beautiful home, super clean, and close to several attractions we enjoy visiting at Lake Martin. Super easy to communicate with property manager. She was so nice and responsive. They recently got new grills for all the homes- which was great!!! Looking forward to visiting again!

Beautiful house (we rented two houses: #1 & #4). Both were clean and well equipped. The boat house and dock is amazing and we spent most of our time relaxing there. Small beach is nice for kids to play in. We had two boats and a jetski and still had plenty of room at the dock. Plenty of parking for the trailers as well. Overall a great vacation and exactly what we were looking for.

Everything was wonderful! House was clean and stocked. Property is just gorgeous! The owners were wonderful to work with. Best VBRO rental I have ever had! Mt family was thrilled! 10/10 will rent again. Lake Martin is absolutely stunning! My only disappointment was leaving!!!

We were super pleased with the property! The houses were all beautiful and very well decorated. I read many reviews about the “obscured” views but I didn’t NOT feel that was the case! We had a great view of the lake and surrounding area as well! The deck space was grate and we used it the entire weekend! We had a great time and met some very nice neighbors as well! We would love to rent this property again.

The house does not face the lake. The common area is shared with 4 houses unlike 2 houses in the description. If you look closely at the boat dock pictures you can see 3 out of the houses. This house is behind the one in the very back. Can barely see the lake from the front porch. Very disappointing. On a positive note the house was very very clean & beautiful on the inside. Would be a great place for a big group of friends/family that want to rent a few houses on one property.
