It was everything we needed. The folks at Mermaid Cottage were also great. The whole experience was marvelous. We love Tybee. It is so chill and no crowds and traffic. Loved every minute of it.

The Pampered Pelican was ideally located on the island being in the middle. We like to stay in the center of the island to avoid large crowds and it worked very well. Had enough space for our family and small pets. Everything worked very well. Would highly recommend!

The house is well stocked - it had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated and clean. The fenced in back yard and screened in porch was perfect for our little dog. My girls and their friends enjoyed riding bikes to the beach, restaurants, the pier and to get ice cream. Tammy at Mermaid Cottages checked in several times and made sure we had everything we needed - even a few additional chairs for the kitchen. Very nice get away!

The house was perfect for what we needed and we really enjoyed our week. My only feedback would be there was no hand soap if any kind in the house and no spare rolls of toilet paper. Each bathroom had what was on the roll and that was it for 3 of us for a full week. Also there were a lot of ants and ant hills in the backyard which didn’t bother us but if someone had smaller kids it could have been an issue. Otherwise the house was great!

This cute little cottage was just a short walk from the beach, a few restaurants, and bars. The rental was in perfect condition when we arrived, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Tammy was extremely helpful and kind! I have no complaints about our stay and given the opportunity we will definitely stay here in the future.

My family had a wonderful time on this vacation! The Pampered Pelican was perfect for the 6 of us. The reservation process was easy, house was clean, and just a short walk from the beach. We were also able to walk to the convenience store and a few restaurants. The back yard was fenced in and perfect for my dogs and the kids. We didn’t run into any issues during our stay, and the management team checked in to be sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay with Mermaid Cottages again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Every amenity we needed was readily available (including a pizza cuter which is a small but very useful thing!). 5 min walk to the beach, awesome backyard and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again

The Pampered Pelican exceeded my expectations! The wonderful Mermaids and even a Merhusband were available for all of my inquires. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun stay. The screened in porch was a favorite spot with the breezes from both the river and the ocean keeping things cool.The beach was a short walk and the entire island was fun to explore with e-bikes. A perfect fit for my family vacation. I can't wait to return to Tybee!

We had a wonderful stay at The Pampered Pelican. The house was clean and inviting and had plenty of room for our family of 5 (and two dogs). We attended a swim meet in Savannah and this house was a great place for our family to rest between sessions. We didn't go to the beach as much as we would've liked, but when we did it was only a few blocks away.
The property manager (Tammy) was in constant communication throughout the weekend and ensured we were happy. We even forgot a swimsuit and she quickly arranged to have it shipped to us. We'll definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The home was in excellent condition and was very inviting when we arrived. They even left my husband and I a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! It was a great location with just a short walk to the beach. Customer service was exceptional as they called to make sure we were ready for our arrival and to make sure we got in ok. We enjoyed our stay at the Stardust Cottage! It was super clean and decorated nicely. The location has a sun porch and back deck for relaxing when it is not too hot. There are TVs in most of the bedrooms and wifi is available. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes. The only thing that was an issue was the air conditioning. It was in the 90's the weekend we visited, and the system was preset to 70 degrees as the lowest temp. which made it a little warm for sleeping. Other than that, great location just a quick walk to the beach. The street is a little busy with car traffic so you need to be mindful if you have pets or small children.

Our stay at fish tales was very pleasant. The house has been updated with many nice upgrades. The shower is HUGE! Loved it!! The whole house was very clean and tidy. The bedrooms had plenty of storage for your clothes. The beds are very firm, too firm for me but I realize that is personal preference. The house is in a nice location an easy walk to the beach. The only negative was the grass was really high, but our Mermaid worked really hard to get this resolved. It did take a few days to have someone come and cut it, but it was taken care of. This is our second stay in Mermaid Cottages and we are looking forward to yet another cottage!

We were there for our nephew's graduation. Our son and daughter in law and our 1 and 3 year old grandsons were with us. The home was very clean and worked well for us.The backyard was a wonderful spot for our 3 year old to play and wealso enjoyed the outdoor shower.
