Great location. Walking distance to beach ( 1 mile) and eatery’s. Quiet neighborhood. The townhome was comfortable for 6 adults. Would of liked a bigger back porch to hang out on. We sat chairs in the front yard instead. Kitchen could of uses items such as drain boards, sink stopper, sponges and some containers for leftovers or to take food to the beach. Working gas grill, no grill brush. We had to scrub the grates before using. There were no batteries in the smoke detector, it was hanging open. there were a few light bulbs out in bathrooms and some bathroom fixtures were loose from the wall. All in all I would definitely rent this for a family beach vacation.

Very nice, convenient

My friend & I stayed here for a weekend with our daughters. Communication and check-in went incredibly smoothly, and we were delighted with the property! It’s a small neighborhood right off the main road, but the setting feels secluded & in nature with mature trees and a park-like setting. We really enjoyed all the space inside, as we had some bad weather but still had an enjoyable time! There are numerous restaurants and the nature center in easy walking distance. My friend & I both remarked that we would love to stay here again with our respective families. Wonderful experience!

We love this property - this is our second stay there and we plan more. Well equipped, spotless, quiet but less than a mile to the beach, and easy access to shops and eateries. Haleh is responsive and helpful.

We have been coming to Bethany beach for 20 years and this rental was definitely one of the best!!! The home is clean and beautiful and the owners Haleh and David are extremely kind and accommodating!! Highly recommend this rental property and will definitely go back!! 😀

We really enjoyed our week over the 4th of July holiday. Rental was clean. The owners were very responsive to questions and typically replied within minutes. We were within walking distance to downtown, and it was the best way to get there for the parade and fireworks. Community was nestled back from main road and quite nice for families. Would recommend this place.

House was great with access to pool, tennis - close tide or walk to beach, stores and restaurants. Great technology with TVs and access to streaming services (like Netflix, etc). Would love to visit again!

Great location and lovely home!

Had a great time. Location is wonderful. About half mile walk to beach. Many other small stores and restaurants a couple blocks away. Home is quiet and was well equipped so didn't really need to bring much. Check in was seamless. If I was being really picky we had a few ants crawling around and the TV's use apps like Hulu and we couldn't log in to some of the TV's. Not a big deal since we were at the beach to enjoy ocean. Would definitely rent here again. Thanks

This house was perfect for a vacation at the beach! It was spacious and beautifully decorated. It has a full-size washer and dryer on the second floor, the refrigerator has an ice maker and chilled water dispenser, and the kitchen has a large microwave and two coffee makers (brew and k-cup). The condominium community is quiet and wooded, and it features a large pool and tennis courts. There are plenty of stores and restaurants just around the corner that are easy to walk to. The beach is less than a mile away, and the house comes with two residential parking permits that allow you to park right next to the sand! When you get back from the beach, you can wash the sand off in the outdoor shower stall on back deck. The owners are exceptionally friendly and responded immediately to any questions we had about the place.

The house was comfortable and had ample space for all of us. From the 5 & 6 year olds, two 13 year old boys, and three adults. Everyone loved the quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping, and the beach. The pool was enjoyed by all.

This home was clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, and well equipped. The location was a quick drive to the beach and downtown area. Having the residential parking permits was a huge plus. We would stay here again.

We had an enjoyable stay. There is plenty of room and things were clean. The hosts were very responsive. Our only issue was there were ants in the kitchen but once notified, the hosts were willing to send someone out to remedy the problem. We were leaving the next day so we decided to wait it out. We would return again.

Overall, the property was decent. However, the pull out bed was broken, the rugs were dirty and the bureau space and closet space was limited.

Walk, bike or drive to the beach. Pool was great. Spacious accommodations. We never felt like we were on top of each other. We would stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay. It was a great place to stay with kids as there are 2 family rooms. It was a good location not too far from the beach and included a parking pass. We also enjoyed having access to a pool. Overall we had a great time.

Such a well appointed and beautifully decorated home in a nice quiet development. Pool and tennis courts conveniently located across the way, owners have provided tennis balls and rackets. The two chairs and table on the front porch make a nice spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Easily and comfortably sleeps a large family. We enjoyed having the two living spaces as well, after a long day at the beach it was nice that the kids could play games in one room, while we watched a movie and relaxed in the other. The kids got a kick out of eating at the hi-top table or counter for breakfast and lunch, and we had plenty of space at the dining table for sit-down dinners. Easy walk or bike ride (bikes and helmets also provided by owner) to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants. We would walk to the shops/boardwalk, then take the cute little 25 cent trolley ride home. Our teenagers loved being able to walk to Wawa and Rita's Water Ice for a treat. This is such a conveniently located home. Many beaches and activities within a quick walk or drive. So many beaches to choose from within a short driving distance. We enjoyed Bethany Beach, The Indian River Inlet Beach, Fenwick Beach, and Lewes. One night we drove to Ocean City Maryland for a fun night on the boardwalk. Plenty to see and do! Owners were most gracious and left a notebook with all the information you will need. They also touched base with us to see that we were able to check in easily and were quick to get back to us if we had any questions. I'd definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the near future!

A wonderfully supplied home for beach and relaxation. The bikes and tennis racquets were a plus. TV in every room and games for rainy days.. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac one mile from the beach with parking passes if you chose to drive. Supermarket nearby and a fun ride on the trolley for a break. A lovely pool in just steps from the home. The owners are quick to respond to questions at any time before and during your stay. A treasure!

Delightful home and amenities (private pool and tennis court about 50 feet away. The cul de sac arrangement makes the subdivision very quiet and private. Easy bike ride or walk to boardwalk. Well arranged layout made meal preparation and serving easy. Charcoal grill on rear patio and beach toys included. Kids loved the beach theme decorations

This is a five-star property. I give VRBO a three/four-star rating only because we were the first guests ever and had a hiccup with them. The owners, however, were extremely responsive and are following that up. The property is very nice--conscientiously appointed with all the touches of home--at the quiet end of a small, leafy loop-drive. While there is no back-yard patio or grilling area (so it isn't for outside gatherings; although there may be community amenities worth checking--it just wasn't a priority for us), the property backs onto a small creek and patch of trees with many active song birds flitting about. We even saw a rabbit ambling along. It's not one of those big, sterile, pretentious, overbuilt, energy-consumptive set-ups in the middle of an acre of non-native grass. It's contained, but has spacious quality inside. The first floor is nicely laid out, with an open-plan/counter kitchen with new appliances and pleasantly furnished living and dining areas (stools and a high table and coasters and other thoughtful touches abound). A lot of people can be accommodated. The television set-up has every conceivable high-def amenity. We binged on Netflix, but there are many other things (Roku?). Then, there's a whole other step-down (I think) rec-room/sun room at the back of the house. A place to rest or read or watch another TV. There's a powder room on the first floor too. The upstairs has three bedrooms, one with bunk beds for kids. There's a bathroom off the master bedroom and another off the upstairs hallway. Both are more than adequate for space. You can walk to a popular Wawa market right on the corner as well as other amenities, including excellent Italian (DeFebo's) and seafood (Off-the-Hook) restaurants across the street (Route 26) that goes in front of the Bayberry development. We were there only two nights, so much was left to explore, including the evidently popular Bethany Diner just a few blocks West on Route 26. There's also a coffee shop (Drifting Grounds). Other things: The owners provide parking passes, so you can park anywhere that a resident can just a few streets up from the main boardwalk entrance. But you can walk there too. There's a community pool and guests can get access. That will be great in the hot weather (we were there over rainy Memorial Day weekend). They also provide a folder with everything about the property and the area, including restaurants.
