Hotel vecchio, non sicuramente un 4 stelle
Serramenti in camera con un vetro solo, arredamento datato, faceva freddo e nonostante su booking ci sia scritto riscaldamento il riscaldamento non c’era per fortuna ci hanno fornito almeno di coperte e una stufetta
La sala colazione era con tutte le vetrate aperte un freddo allucinante 10 gradi fuori e far colazione così impensabile
Muri che si scrostano, un rumore di notte che non capivamo da quale impianto arrivasse
Per il prezzo pagato e leggendo che è un 4 stelle una vera delusione

It is very old hotel, very uncomfortable beds, and you have to pay sunbeds on beach 20€ . It is clean but bed smell in halls.

The location to the beach and the service were AMAZING!! Also, this was one of the least expensive places to stay in Lido di Jesolo.
The price of the room for the size was ridiculous. I may be able to understand the price because it is a vacation resort after all. But the bed was HARD as heck. The should be no reason that a bed has to be that hard and uncomfortable. Also, The air in the room did not cool it it down as it should. Again, I could probably overlook that for a more comfortable bed. For this, I do not think that I could recommend to my friends staying here.

we reserved a two roomed apartment, but they were separated only with a curtain. the hotel is a bit outdated.

Breakfast was served in breakfast room, the variety of food was delicious and looking straight out to the beach while eating breakfast. The staff were friendly ,very helpful made sure food was fresh and the service was excellent.

I didn’t like the room - it was unexpected ti be honest ! we spoke with the staff and they said they will change with a better room but they didn’t !!
we paid for the seats on the seaside - which is unbelievable !! the wall in the bathroom was damage - and they didn’t care about our complaints!! I really don’t recommend this hotel for staying - and quit expensive for what they offer !!

literally only the location everything else was horrible pool was ok breakfast was the a little above average decent quality food from next door the room and building is so outdated and my shower is literally behind the bathroom door it flooded the whole bathroom overpriced and they charge people different prices I bought my stay a week ago got charged 25 more euro then someone who booked it two hours prior

Friendly, helpful staff. The sign of a well run hotel is the willingness and ability to sort out problems especially when it is not of their making. Full marks to all

Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were really friendly.
I had to pay extra 15€ per day for a baby that did not have his own bed! Extra charge for sunbeds on the beach and by the pool.

The best breakfast, a large room with a sea view and a few steps to the sea, what more could you want!

I was very happy with all features of the hotel, its staff were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean and well serviced daily. Dinner was very good and excellently presented. I shall return to this hotel again
Not much. They coped well with COVID19 restrictions and made it easy for visitors

The room was old and dirty. There was wrappers in the shower and the fridge was disgusting. There was also a panty liner stuck on the wall from a new bathing suit. Room #133
