I like how functional their room are.

The location is a bit far from expected

Comfortable clean exceptional staff they were helpful and polite can’t say enough to praise how good a place to stay this was so will keep it short and just say I look forward to staying there again.

My only criticism is that they did not serve evening meals which on occasion would have been useful but the staff did point you in the direction of good local restaurants.

Staff was amazing and very helpful! Communication was great since they used text messages and what's app to inform us about everything and even reminding us to put in a breakfast order. The best and most complete breakfast we've had in 3 weeks traveling the Phillipines. Room is spacious and spotless.

Breakfast cut off time was a bit early at 7.30am. Slightly overwhelmed by all the religious signage.

The place is clean, staff were friendly and really good location. Budget friendly. Over-all pleasant experience.

They are stingy on toiletries. A toothpaste was provided and low on toilet papers. Wish they could be a bit more accommodating when it comes to this.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Helped to organise car hire for us very affordably. Good food court nearby. Very comfortable room and good bathroom. Great value for money.

the staff were responsive to our request for a room change. our room was facing the road and you can hear traffic noise loudly. they were fast to change us to a quieter room. Good communication was maintained between the hotel and me as we could talk on whats apps. Also they always remind us that the front door of the hotel will closed at certain time.

first night when our room was noisy being the Main Street is outside the window. my friends’ room were near the kitchen and they complained that the kitchen staff made too loud noises in the early morning disturbing their sleep. lastly the water pressure is unpredictable. sometimes got no water coming out of the shower head.

Staff behavior.

1. Hotel policy, cumbersome check in, money minded policy, even charged for 1hr late checkout even when we had checked in quite late and there was no guests except us in the hotel.

Clean.

Staff are really really the best! They helped me get food..private car rental..tuk tuk..provided suggestion of itinerary. They ensure the guest have the best and comfortable experience. Their price might be higher than other accommodation in city, but totally worth it! Room is clean and mattress is comfy! Wifi surely the highlight for B&J, signal covered all area. They also have generator in case of electricity blackout, which is very common here in Tagbilaran and Panglao…

my room on second floor near Main Street…so a bit noisy…recommend bring ear plug while travelling here

thought the activities they provided were very overpriced and when we said no to some because they were more expensive, they came back with cheaper option so felt a bit ripped off at times
