This listing was perfect for our family to connect with each other in KC. Plenty of space, nice and clean, comfortable stay.

The home was so clean and neat they had comfortable furniture, the neighborhood was very peaceful, and there was good food and stores near by.

Unit was as advertised. The location is very convenient to US 69 and I-35. Neighborhood is quiet. There are 2 grocery stores close by - the huge HyVee is by far the better of the two. Unit was clean, plenty of hot water, easy to control heat, lots of plush towels. Beds are fine. Garage is useful but tight. Sling TV and Netflix a plus keeping a teen occupied in his own space downstairs. Boris was very communicative, check in/check out a breeze. He was very prompt in processing our security deposit refund -- much appreciated, Boris!! Would definitely stay again.

We had a small gathering of family for Thanksgiving and we absolutely loved this space! It was very clean, very spacious, and located in a beautiful neighborhood. We'll definitely keep Boris and this house in mind for future family gatherings. I would definitely recommend!

We were in town for business. This place was perfect for us. Clean! Boris was the perfect host and very attentive.

This duplex unit was a nice place to use as a home away from home while visiting extended family over the Thanksgiving weekend. The whole unit was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the kitchenware we needed, and there were ample linens for the six of us who stayed there. The beds were comfortable. Temperature in the unit was comfortable for the duration of our stay. The WiFi worked well. There was a small issue with the downstairs bathroom sink not draining well, but the owner/manager was very responsive to communication, and I suspect he dealt with that issue after our departure. The location is quite conveniently located with easy access to major freeways which was good for us as our daily outings took us to locations all over the KC metro area: Liberty, Independence, Raymore, and Gladstone as well as the city itself.

Really great property, just as advertised. Very clean and affordable. My refundable damage deposit was processed just a few hours after check out. Will definitely stay here on future trips to the area.

Boris was quick to answer all of my questions about his vacation rental. The duplex was cute and clean just as advertised. We had a great time and would recommend his properties to anyone! :)
