We loved our time at this beautiful home. Everything we needed was at our fingertips from kitchen gadgets to beach gear in this thoughtfully stocked home! Everything was comfortable and immaculately kept. What a total gem. We can’t wait for another opportunity to stay here next season!

The house is a cute little place in a quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard with cute fire pit area. We didn’t get to use it, but my husband and the kids loved sitting outdoors and reading peacefully. The house was nicely kept, and we brought our own linens to use. The location was fairly close (20mins drive) to a couple of the higher rated beaches, and sorta centrally located to the others. We wish the beach waters were a little warmer (mid-July) but the beaches were beautiful. We really enjoyed our visit…

We had a wonderful stay at this Brewster gem. Darcy was very responsive and informative about everything we needed to know about staying at her home. The pictures are extremely accurate and the quality of the property superb. It was a quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible to water (pond) the rail trail and beautiful 6A. Great places to see and eat at within 5-10 minutes. Everything we needed was provided and in excellent condition. Very sad to have to leave and hope to return again in the future.

Our family enjoyed a week vacation in this lovely home! The homeowners gave helpful information and answered all questions quickly. The house, and yard, are well equipped and beautifully maintained. We had several cornhole games and used the firepit often! The neighborhood is very nice with easy access to the bike path, a kettle pond, and nearby beaches.

We loved our stay, the house was clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need on hand. We used the bikes, grill and beach toys. The pond was a nice option when we didn’t want to head out to the beach and it was an easy location to venture to other areas. We hope to rent again next year. Loved it!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The owners have thought of everything; toys for the beach, bikes, and a everything required for a campfire. The house was impeccably decorated and we wanted for nothing in the kitchen. The owners were incredibly easy to deal with and very efficient at all the logistics needed. The location of the house was perfect, being close to the pond and all the bike trails. All and all a great vacation and i would highly recommend this home!!!

My family - me, my husband and our two grown daughters - just returned from a fabulous week in Brewster. Darcy was an amazing host; thoroughly communicating any and every detail you needed to know from start to finish and responded immediately to any concerns. She was kind enough to invite us to stop by and leave our bags if we arrived prior to check-in on the first day. The house is in a quiet neighborhood a stone's throw from Seymour Pond which is crystal clear and great for swimming, which we love to do. There's a dock and a small beach front there - good for kids. All the great Brewster bay beaches are within a 10 min. drive so it was easy come easy go. The house, which has been completely renovated is well equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and great Pottery Barn like decor. We loved all the little touches from the bedspreads to the wide pine flooring to the cute reading chair at the top of the stairwell landing. The outdoor shower was a real treat. Robert and Darcy are new renters that have gotten it all right! Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The only thing missing was another week at their home. Totally comfortable ~ highly recommend ~ we hope to be back! It's definitely a great property if you have a younger family..

The private estate and “pond” are lovely and safe to use.Throughout booking and our stay Darcy has been very quick to get back with answers/information and has been very helpful. The addition of bikes is quite recent and is a great touch as renting would cost more and be a hassle to return. We have had the best holiday ever and from here in Brewster feel that we have explored the Cape quite extensively and take many happy memories back to the UK!

Fabulous

My family and I had a fabulous stay at this spectacular home! Darcy and Robert have thought of everything and we felt truly at home here. The home is immaculate with every amenity you can imagine, even extra charging cords for electronics. The location is ideal being Mid-Cape as you can access the entire Cape under an hour. The beaches were wonderful and my husband fished the ponds with success. The home is located in a private neighborhood with rights to Seymour Pond, which has a dock and a small sandy beach entry for swimming. The backyard is very peaceful and quiet. My teenage children utilized the bike trail everyday. Grocery stores and many restaurants are all a short distance away. Some that we tried were, JT's Seafood, Cobies, EatCake4 Breakfast, Guapos, and Stone Lovin Pizza. I can't say enough about this home, we didn't want to leave! The owners were accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We hope to return next year for 2 weeks.

We had a wonderful stay and the home is very clean and everything is up to date. Great yard and very close to the beach. Owners were very helpful and communicated quickly to answer my questions. Definitely would stay here again next year !!!

The home is beautiful in great location. Felt like we were home the minute we walked in enjoyed visiting the area (Brewster Coffee Shop is great - food is amazing and ppl so friendly). The home completely remodeled with great finishes and beautiful views. Thanks Darcy for sharing your home and being so accommodating!! Can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay here with our 3 kids! The house is beautiful and perfectly equipped. Lots of great entertainment for the whole family (fun board games, great books, a bonfire area, awesome beach gear, cozy living room, etc.). Every appliance you could need. And it's really beautifully decorated. Robert and Darcy were very lovely to deal with -- very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this spot and hope to return!

Highlights of the property include wonderful location — walking to beautiful pond, short ride to bike trail, and close to Brewster and bay beaches! The house is wonderfully decorated, comfortable, and great for a family. The outdoor space is perfect for grilling, bonfires, and cornhole. It’s stocked with great beach gear. We would love to return!

Darcy and Robert's home is beautifully designed and laid out. The house has everything you could possibly want—no detail was forgotten! It is centrally located in Brewster—about a five minute drive from coffee shops and restaurants. My friends and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our trip to Cape Cod. Highly recommend!
