It was a beautiful place for a beautiful wedding setting. We used the staircase for the prop for the bride before we headed to the church. Everyone was comfortable.

Staying at a home in August w/o upstairs a/c is asking for issues. However, as there was no other options close by we chose to stay anyway. We were provided portable a/c units in most of the rooms but it did keep us from being able to use the entire property & at times the house was extremely hot. We were told that it was a recent issue but w/ all the dust on the window sill & portable unit it may have been going on longer. In addition, the upstairs bathroom tubs did not drain properly, the walls need a fresh coat of paint & the entire house needs a deep cleaning (beyond the basic - baseboards, blinds, decor).

Our stay was from Thursday - Sunday, and we were there to celebrate my birthday! The house is lovely and in a great neighborhood; however, the furnishings within the house did not meet our expectations. The media room was very darkly lit, and we could not get the TV to work. Two of the bedrooms did not have TVs available. The Iron did not work. The shower curtain in one of the bedrooms was dirty and molded. There were no cleaning supplies, a half roll of paper towels, and the only trash bags were the ones in the trash cans. We also killed two giant roaches, a spider, and a centipede-looking bug. Someone showed up to treat the lawn, which was fine; however, a heads up would have been great and prevented the shock of seeing someone wander around the house. For the price of the stay, we expected the luxury of a nice hotel with the comfort of a home. Overall, we made the best of the trip and enjoyed our time in Memphis.

Renting through Evolve was convenient, expedient and over all a positive experience. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. A necessity for 11 people.

The property is in a great neighborhood and conveniently located to downtown Memphis. The kitchen was adequately furnished to easily cook and serve breakfast for eight. Great choice of restaurants within minutes of the home as well. If we ever return to the area we’d definitely stay again.

Was able to relax and enjoy time with the family. We watched movies and cooked togother and just enjoyed eachs other time. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing.

While the house was in a great neighborhood, nice and served our needs, for the price, I feel like it could be in a bit better shape. There was a ton of space, kitchen was large (though plates and silverware were a hodgepodge of pieces), the master suite was beautiful, bathrooms seemed clean and kept up and Derrick was helpful and quick to respond. However, most of the blinds were broken, fitted sheets were small and slipped off in the night, many of the bath towels were small and thin and the dishwasher seemed older and didn't work properly, With a little more TLC, I would have given this place 5 stars!

We the family wanted to do a little something different. The home was very Beautiful and Spacious. It was Christmas ready with Christmas Decor, tree Etc. The only thing is the family couldn't be themselves because of the upscale neighborhood. Didn't want to offend neighbors or be too noisy. But Everyone enjoyed themselves. I would Highly recommend this location to any group. Simply Beautiful and elegant well kept. Thanks

Fabulous neighborhood and beautiful home. Check in was easy and Derrick was very welcoming and accommodating. We had more then enough space in the house. The guys loved the pool table and ladies loved the spacious movie room. The kitchen is well equiped for your cooking needs. Overall was very pleased with our stay and when we return will definitely stay there again.

Thank you for allowing us into the property for a short weekend getaway which allowed us to enjoy a change of scenery and catching up with friends. Beautiful property and location!

House was beautiful. Needs some upgrades. The bathroom in master bedroom sink was stopped up tub was dirty. We had to buy cleaning supplies to clean. Tub in downstairs bathroom was stopped up. Skillet was small and old we had 8 adults to cook for so we had to buy pots and a big Skillet. No tissue mattress on bed upstairs was nasty.sheets on. Master bed is old.no light bud outside back porch. Nodrip pan under grill.smh very disappointed 😞

The cleaners did a horrible job of cleaning. We had to buy alot of stuff to make our stay comfortable

The house was beautiful, it was large enough for all of us to thoroughly enjoy our stay. Even though we didn't meet in person, Derrick, the contact person, seemed to be very personable and on top of things. He made it clear that if there were any problems he would be there to solve them. The only complaint I have occurred after I returned home. Apparently the housekeeping staff informed Derrick that there was smoking in the house which is completely untrue. My guest and I were all mature adults who fully understand rules and regulations. Other than this unfortunate situation we had no problems at all. In fact I had already began making plans to return to Memphis again in late summer, renting the same property because I enjoyed staying there so much. I only hope Derrick believes me about the smoking situation so that he won't be hesitant about allowing me the use of this beautiful home again.

This was by far the absolute experience ever. The owners made me feel at home. They answered on the first ring each time I called. The home was immaculate! The check was easy and the check out even easier. I would give a million stars if I could!!! Best stay ever!!!

My husband, kids and grandkids traveled to the Memphis area to celebrate a special event in our family. We needed a place to stay where the grandkids could play and we could all have our own private sleeping arrangements. This home worked perfectly for us. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves.

We found this house to be in a good location for us to get around town and it was beautiful. It has 5 bedrooms which was great for our group. We were able to cook meals, play pool, has a media room. We felt safe during the pandemic. The owner was very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend owner and the Vrbo service!

Great location for where we were attending a wedding. House could use some touching up and new mattresses. Media room smelled smoky the entire stay. Overall the house was convenient and had ample room.

Very convenient for all the touring we did, and loved the quiet neighborhood. Each group had their own room with bathroom which was great for getting ready. We had 2 couples and our mother. Would recommend.

The property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of parking and room for us 9 adults to be comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy and the operators responded in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great affordable ace outside Memphis.

This property was AWESOME!!! My entire family, from all around the country, was able to stay together, cook meals, play games and generally enjoy each other's company. Highly recommend this when getting the whole family together. The property was everything that was promised.

Very good experience overall. Thermostat was on lock mode on arrival and set even below owners parameters. Once we got the place warmed up the overall experience was EXCELLENT. If you like nice towels bring your own. Two responses to text sent to owners exceeded an hour. No garage access but driveway was able to fit 4 cars. I would highly recommend this place and stay again.

This house was a great setting for the small group I was with during my stay. The accommodations were great and everyone enjoyed the setup of the home as well as it's location.

So we got to the house, and we were super excited to stay there with our friends, as we were in town for a wedding. First thing we notice is that the pool cues are all broken. Not the biggest deal in the world, but we let the homeowners know. After that, we realized that one of the showers upstairs had no hot water, and when we told the homeowners, they said “just turn it the other way,” which wasn’t even a possibility. Worst part of the stay, though, was that after the first night, the A/C upstairs stopped working. In Memphis. In August. And they kept telling us they were trying to get it fixed (I assume so we wouldn’t leave the property), and so when we asked for a refund, they offered us just over 20% of the total cost of the booking back. Keep in mind it’s 3/5 rooms for 2/3 nights that we were there. Very disappointed in both the property, and the homeowners. The sleeping space upstairs was horribly hot, and the property owners’ main concern was making sure they got paid.

This house is just as shown in pictures. The tv room perfect for four boys who claimed it as their and two girls loved the futon between bedrooms as a br. Best for me was master bedroom I actually couldn't here them upstairs, so peaceful.. Neighbors was very quiet. located in quite area off main street. We'll be using the again since Memphis is my home.

The house is spacious enough to accommodate up to 16. However, some things needed attention. The garbage was full in the receptacles where maggots formed and flies which made going out doors almost impossible but definitely uncomfortable. The door knobs coming off when opening drawers, the need to improve the decor in upper back bedroom, fix toilet in bathroom with adjoining rooms and replace the toilet seat. The towels were stained. The home didn’t appear to be clean. The walls are filthy along with a lot of broken items in the home. Burn mark in master bedroom from iron. Master bath wasn’t clean. Dishes seem very scarce. Parking doesn’t accommodate 6 cars maybe 3. I informed the property manager about the trash he stated he was going to send someone they never came out. Refrigerator light was out. The carpet on second floor needs to be cleaned or replaced. The toiletries provided were used.

Overall accommodations are great. My personal preference is to sleep on smooth appearance linen. Bed linen physical appearance is very wrinkle and distract from the beauty of the bed ad appeal. More paper goods (increase number of napkins and paper towels ). Personally if cleaning fees are included, then customers should not be asked to pull linen off bed before departure. I enjoyed my stay and would love to have had access to more cook ware ( our family like to prepare food to dine in and spend more time together). Thanks for sharing your space!

Great house for our 4 adult children and grands while attending a family reunion in Memphis!

This house rocked! Not only was the house beautiful, but the neighborhood was peaceful, calm, and friendly. The only hiccup was the fridge. It was not working properly so it didn’t keep the food cool! Will definitely refer this house to any looking to stay in the Memphis area.
