The few employes that runs the hotel
They ware nice and they are not related in any way to the hotels manager deceisions
I got the apartment. 3 weeks before the arrive, i discover that the apartment is outside of the hotel.
The apartment was terrible , to my opinion ,
Cost for money - ill give zero!!
3rd floor , no elevator. Smell bad.
The swimming pool was very derty
Actually its not a hotel , u dont have services that hotel usually gives.
Because i was in the apartment i had to go by myself to renew things. My kids couldnt go free because the apartment is outside and i wasnt sure about safety.

At night only one, so if that one is busy - there is no service in other places of the hotel
I can go on and on ... it was very disappointing.

Great facilities. Never felt busy as quite a big plot with not many rooms. Good breakfast. Great location with quite a few restaurants and beach bars within walking distance. Kids loved it - games room and pop art were a hit

It Is clean . The price is good , the location is not bad.
The staff , especially Mafalda , is very friendly . Breakfast is good .
The place feels like an airport. The lights are bright, the place have no character, and is very generic.
You don’t feel any desire to spend time in there . I got it for the pool but the mood so dull that we did not even use it.

Lots of space for the number of guests, nice garden, pool, skatepark and gym.. Sauna is free for guests to use and is excellent. Hotel is very well maintained, decorated to a high standard. Comfy sofas in the lounge. Staff were attentive & helpful, service was excellent. Location is great, hotel itself is quiet but lots of restaurants, cafes and amazing beaches within 5 mins walk.

The sauna, the Turkish bath, the game room and the pool exceeded our expectations.
The breakfast, there were almost no lactose free options.

Fantastic location, helpful and friendly staff - particularly Ana who was always happy to assist with booking activities or queries.
Great facilities, comfortable rooms and beds.
I found the hotel to be very clean, and food to be of excellent quality at the restaurant.
There are a plethora of activities to choose from (both relaxing and action packed).
Overall I am highly impressed with RIDE Surf Resort and spa.
Booked in December but had to rebook a month before as original booking was cancelled.
However they have compensated for this and they have said they will honour the original rate which I hope to resolve with them and booking.com soon. The 10/10 is subject to this being resolved.

The place has a lot to offer, the staff were helpful and friendly.
All was great, sauna, Turkish bath. Could improve a bit on the food side but I was told they were between chefs.

Everything was perfect. I loved the wellness center. Is great to warn up after surfing in the cold ocean. The breakfast offers good selections and the bar has reasonable prices. It's walking distance to to the beach, the city center is a bit far.
My room was connected to another room, the door was locked but I could hear the other guests snoring.

Great room size, comfortable bed, frienfly staff, access to sauna and steam room, heated pool. Flexibility in booking extras surf as surfing and massages. Food very reasonably priced and tasty.

the facilities were very good. great skate bowl, pool and sauna. staff were friendly. great games room!!
breakfast isn’t that great, coffee was very bad!
Aircon did not work in the room, after asking staff they said there was nothing they could do….. bit disappointed as we had to sleep with the doors open as the room did not lower less than 24°
shower didn’t stay up, would fall down while using.
