The house was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had ample places for us to park. The host was always available to answer my questions and she was extremely nice. I would definitely be willing to stay here again.

Perfect spot for a few rainy days in December for two families with three teenagers. Games, games, and more games! Cozy, well kept house with everything we needed. Owners were conscientious and responsive. Good central Cape location.

My boys did not want to leave this place. Thanks to the awesome game room, they said this was “the best vacation ever!” (even though we only stayed 2 nights :) ). It was the perfect spot for our group of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids) and our dog to celebrate and enjoy each other’s company. The kids were entertained downstairs while the adults were able to sit and catch up upstairs. We were only here for a weekend in the offseason, but it was a great location to go for a walk on the rail trail and pop over for a nice meal on the water in Harwich Port. We would love to come back in the summer!

We had a perfect stay at this property. Plenty of space, everything included, thoughtful signs to make everything clear and so many fun activities to keep our family entertained. It is also in a great location to explore all parts of the Cape. Thank you Stacey and Mike for making our weekend so easy to just have fun and relax!!

Great weekend on the Cape staying and playing at this comfortable house! Signs everywhere reflect attention to detail and proactive communication from the hosts. Guys weekend and found the bunk beds too small (best for kids) so keep that in mind when calculating your crew size... would definitely stay here again!

Stacey and Mike are excellent hosts and their home was equipped with everything needed for an awesome vacation Stacey was quick to respond to any inquiries we had during our stay. You can tell they have put in a lot of effort and thought into what would make a stay at their home comfortable and fun. The kids loved all the fun games they had available and they had everything needed for a great day at the beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck in the evening with all the solar lights and cooking on the grill. The neighborhood is great to ride a bike around and take a walk. My granddaughter actually finally learned to ride her bike without her training wheels while there!. We had a great stay and highly recommend this house.

Great place to keep everyone entertained! Close to beaches and ponds. Safe neighborhood. All the bikes, beach stuff for us to use was a bonus! Wonderful property mangers. Would definitely stay again.

The home is in a great, quiet location in the mid Cape. The home was clean and in great condition. Our children enjoyed the ski ball, shuffleboard, and video games.

This house has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Our kids were able to play in the game room on the rainy day and use the bikes on the rest of the days. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

We had a very nice trip. Our daughter is an Army Officer who was visiting from Germany with her new husband. We had a very short window of time with them and wanted to show her husband some of the best things Massachusetts has to offer. Stayed two nights. Except for the day we left, the weather didn’t fully cooperate for us… which was fine because we had so much fun using the game room. Especially enjoyed playing shuffleboard. The house is clean and very nicely decorated. Lots of space to spread out. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but right in the middle of everything. Short drive to all the Dennis and Harwich Beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

We spent a week at Stacey's home with our kids and two grandchildren, and had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Check in was easy and the home was clean, well-stocked, and organized. We completely enjoyed the amazing selection of board games and video games, and the garage filled with bikes of all sizes, coolers, beach chairs, and sand toys made for very enjoyable trips to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect house for our group this weekend. Kids had so much to do, and adults had wonderful decknout back to sit and relax on. The home was wonderful, clean, and very well stocked with everything we could need but forgot to bring with us (haha). We will definitely look to rent this house again the next time we are on the Cape!

We had a great time staying here. The house was awesome: spacious, clean, with a great game room - we didn’t want to leave. The owner was extremely responsive. Checking in and out was pretty simple.

The house had everything we needed for our family vacation, we had four adults and four kids age 6 and under and there was plenty to do in the house. It was spotless and very comfortable, we had a wonderful time!

This beautiful house with ample space and enough beds for a family reunion felt like a godsend. If the neighborhood, spaciousness, and cleanliness wasn't enough, the abundance of things to keep people of all ages entertained was impressive and made this feel like we were at a resort and not just a house. Information from the property was owner was thorough and thoughtful. I would love to book this property again!

We so enjoyed our stay. This is the perfect home if you have kids. They loved the game room, as did the adults. There are 14 bikes of all sizes. The home is clean and well supplied. Communication with the host was fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our time at this home! Both grown ups and kids loved the huge basement game room, the beautiful deck, and the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for our crew to relax in the family room during the evenings. We were granted a gorgeous day during our October stay so got to choose bayside or Nantucket Sound beaches to enjoy some time in the sand. Both aren’t too far! We also had a great dinner at Clancys which was an easy short drive. The owner was extremely communicative and very nice. We would for sure come again!

We spent two nights, plenty of fun stuff for kids to play with. We had trouble convincing the kids to come out of the basement. Very clean house, Stacey was very accommodating . We would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this property. Lucky for us we had nice weather. But if it was rainy days there was lots of things you could do to entertain everyone. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was neat and clean.

We loved the proximity to the beaches in Harwich. For the week we’ve stayed in July, we didn’t need to battle traffic or parking to enjoy some great times at the beach. The house came well supplied and has a great game room. Some other highlights include the deck and the outdoor shower.

This, by far, was my MOST FAVORITE place to stay ever! Stacey is amazing and so helpful. The check-in and check-out was so easy. Stacey was great at reaching out and sending helpful reminders and checking to make sure we didn't have any questions. And she has some really great recommendations. The home is SO beautiful and a very fun place to hang out at and chill or play games. It was like walking into a home away from home. There are so many options and the owners really have thought of everything to make it a perfect stay. We played most all of the games downstairs and the poker table was so fun to sit around and play. And everyone had to take a turn at the PacMan on the wall. We also really enjoyed our time at the beach because of the kayaks and paddleboard. There is everything you could possible ever need to have a fabulous time at the beach. Next time I have the chance to visit the Cape, this will be the first place I look for. Stayed during the week or Christmas. House was beautiful, and spacious. The downstairs area was beyond perfect for our children! Would highly recommend this house.

This house was so beautiful and accommodating! Such a cute and quaint neighborhood, very friendly neighbors, centrally located for a bunch of fun spots in the area. We had a blast using all of games! Owner was very good at communicating with us so if there was ever an issue you’d have no trouble getting in touch with someone. We would definitely stay again

We had a great stay. The house was nice and full of things for any activity you want to do. The owners were in constant contact and sent reminders, which was nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to the area. The outside patio was everything!!!!!!

Fantastic communication with our host, Stacey. She sent detailed check-in info beforehand, and checked in with us throughout our stay. The house was perfect for a large group of teens, who absolutely loved the bunks and huge gameroom in the basement. They had such a great time relaxing down there after our busy days out! This house in Harwich was in the perfect location for day-tripping around Cape Cod. We easily traveled to Provincetown, Hyannis, and Sandwich; and spent days flying kites at Corporation Beach and watching a sunset at Mayflower Beach. The house was absolutely perfect and we are so thankful we chose it on our first visit to the Cape. Thank you so much Stacey and Mike for letting us share your home!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids ages 4-8. The kids (cousins) LOVED the amazing game room and had lots of fun together, giving adults a chance to relax and catch up (and sometimes join the fun too!). The hosts were extremely responsive, and we appreciated how clean and well organized the house was, with clear information and instructions. The house is centrally located with lots of options for restaurants and things to do. We had a fun family bike ride one day, a couple nice beach and playground trips, and visited some family friendly museums (especially loved the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History). The only hard part was getting the kids to leave the game room each day! We’d love to go back.
