We stayed here recently as a family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). We were visiting family in nearby Seddlescombe and had come all the way from New Zealand. The apartment had everything we needed to sustain our stay and more. It was warm & clean and Martyn was very helpful. Having the use of a washing machine was hugely beneficial having been travelling for 3 weeks already at that time.

Really enjoyed stay at the flat in hasting old town plenty of old style pubs and places to eat or cook your own meals in flat Martin the owner was always available if you needed anything This was our 2nd stay and will be staying again next

Clean and spacious apartment in the centre of the old town, with the owner close by should any questions arise.

Very spacious flat in a great location. Light rooms it had everything we needed for our long weekend. Martyn was very helpful and accessible. We had trouble with the tv but it wasn’t a massive problem as we were out most of the time.

The first floor flat is perfectly positioned at the edge of Hastings Old Town and a lovely bakery was just a 1 minute walk away. Martyn was very friendly when he met us to handover keys and show us around. The rooms were all very generous in size. The kitchen could do with freshening up but had everything we needed. There are nearby carparks but we chose on-street parking about half a mile away. The bedrooms were comfy and we slept well. All in all, this was a great base for our stay.

A very spacious apartment in an excellent location. The property had everything we needed for our stay. A huge lounge, well appointed kitchen, two large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a separate WC. Our host, Martyn, was always nearby and was very friendly. His friend Cliff even took one of our group to the hospital when she had a fall. I would definitely recommend this property

Very spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Old Town in Hastings. Clean and everything met our needs. Close to various pubs, eating places etc. A small walk to the seafront. Martyn was always available to answer any questions we had. All-in-all a lovely vacation for my son and I.

This property was great for a family of four( it could accommodate two more but that makes it a little more tight). It was very close to the beaches, the boardwalk, mini golf, restaurants and pubs, and the east cable car that takes you ( you can also walk up several 100 stairs!) and then you are at an open recreation mt. Park. We were really impressed with the accommodation- clean, well stocked, and a very helpful manager!

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property. It was very well furnished and appointed with all the kitchen equipment needed. It was warm at all times. The bathroom and shower worked well. The owner Martyn was very pleasant and helpful.

Easy to book. Parking can be difficult to find somewhere with spaces near the property and also not easy to find. You have to walk down into a courtyard at the bottom of Courthouse Street. The location was great for Old Hastings. Overall taking things into consideration the stay was enjoyable and everything you needed was in the property. Nice touch with milk and a loaf and butter in the fridge from the Martyn the landlord. I would definitely go again.

Stayed @ this apartment (partner + 2 kids under 6), location is fantastic and the apartment offers plenty of space. Clean and tidy with two good sized bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. It's a first floor property and with little to zero noise from apartments above or from the shop below. Martyn makes the whole process very easy and is usually available in the shop below, this was our second stay here but will definitely be back again. Plenty for kids to do and see plus lovely oldtown shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep

Everything you need for a great time right next to the sea front lots of places to eat, great walks ,we had a lovely time.

This is in a great location. There is no parking on site but the car park is near and you are able to stay overnight. Right in the heart of the old town and close to the sea front. Flat was basic but clean, beds very comfortable.
