Plenty of room to eat and socialize. Master bed needs new mattress. Can feel vertical board running through it.living room furniture needs replaceing. sofa and chairs way too low. A chair is needed in Master to sit on to dress. Bed too high for this purpose. Too bad no walk-in shower in one bathroom . This was a family reunion had to rent a toilet booster for grandma Very clean, well stocked with place settings, pans, etc. the first floor location put us close to the water with a few steps down without riding elevator with our fishing gear. The office staff were some of the best I have ever dealt with knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. All in all, a great place.

The unit was great for our quick family ski trip. The place was clean and well furnished. The location was great for getting to the slopes and walking around town. The only reasons for a 4 out of 5 is the foot noise you can hear constantly from the people upstairs and the WiFi was spotty when we were home in the evening.

The condo is very cozy and spacious at the same time. The location is good and the parking is as specified. The BR layout is perfect. It allowed all of our younger people to have their own bunk room. The long couch was great.

Wonderful location, loved the pool with our grandkids, plenty of room for the five of us, quiet, everything worked well. The interior doors need to be adjusted, swing open/closed at most locations. Really enjoyed our visit.

This unit offered everything it advertised. Loved the wrap around balcony. Unit offered good family entertainment seating and cooking option. Loved the number of bathrooms for the family and the separation options for the family members. The area along the balcony offered a flowing water that was very relaxing and the view was beautiful. It was also close enough to our venue for walking. Loved the trails in close proximity to the place.

We stayed here with our 4 kids. The property is great for its location close to the town of Winter Park. The kids also enjoyed sledding at the small hill close to the condo. Thanks for everything!

Experience with the property managers was great- we had one of the fire alarms chirping and they fixed the situation right away.

This condo provided everything we needed to completely unwind. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals, including a crock pot and some spices. It was clean and comfortable with plenty space for our group. We loved soaking in the hot tub and having morning coffee and evening wine on the deck. So quiet and private. Listening to the river was so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo with all of the amenities you will need. Gorgeous view from back patio. Ample living room seating. Great location & free sledding park across the street was a daily favorite of the kids. One maintenance issue which WPLC promptly responded to and were at our door within 15 minutes. Would definitely stay with this company again!

Great experience
Communication was great! This was our first stay in Winter Park and the rental company quickly answered all our questions. The unit was clean and perfect for our group of 10. Two families shared the space well. Parents each had a room and bunk room for kids:)

One of the nicest mountain properties we’ve ever stayed in. The condo is huge and incredibly clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. It was great to be able to walk to town. The kids loved the games and being close to the sledding hill. Super easy to communicate with property managers. Not a single complaint.

One of the nicest mountain properties we’ve ever stayed in. The condo is huge and incredibly clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. It was great to be able to walk to town. The kids loved the games and being close to the sledding hill. Super easy to communicate with property managers. Not a single complaint.

Wonderful place to stay
Comfortable, spacious unit, convenient location and beautiful decor. Right in town but with a serene forest setting in the back. We stayed here as evacuees from the fires and cannot express enough our appreciation. We were treated wonderfully by the Winter Park Lodgings personnel and are so moved by the generosity of the owners. The amenities, bedding and furnishings are first rate. Highly recommend.

Perfect
Everything about our stay was perfect: Pre-check-in communication, the condo itself, parking, pool and hot tub, proximity to shuttle stop and ski resort, the furnished kitchen and pantry, etc. We were two families of four and this was exactly what we needed. Thank you!
The thermostat did tend to creep up, and we just couldn't figure out how to keep that from happening. We just cracked a door or window when it got too warm, so no problem. We'll certainly be back.

This condo was so perfect
This condo was so perfect for our group of two families, each with two kids. The kids had their own room on one side of the unit and each couple had their own bath. The walk to the bus was quick and easy. Same with the walk to the hot tub and pool. Hard to find a pool in Winter Park and the kids only like a hot tub for a little while. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Three beds, three baths, good size kitchen, dining and living room.
Well supplied and comfortable. Lovely views off a very large deck.

Fantastic Condo!
Three couples stayed in this adorable condo. The property has fantastic views. The fireplace makes the living room oh so cozy. And there was plenty of space for us all! Plus, it is walking distance from town so you are close to shops, coffee shops and plenty of restaurants. We would stay here again!

This is a fabulous location for summer fun..bike trails are close and the wild life is closer...2 moose grazing in the beaver ponds and the next evening a bear ambles by. Plus you are within walking distance of great restaurants and music in the park. Condo is beautifully appointed, but we love eating and reading on the porch. It’s easy to get kids and grandkids to visit with plenty of beds.
