Perfect location near the water, large comfy family room, SO many other places to sit in groups, lots of games & scooters & things to keep kids busy AND the best stocked kitchen rental I’ve ever stayed at. All the pots & pans, Pyrex, utensil, plates ( both in and outdoor!) and ( insert angels singing here) a cupboard with common spices, a little sugar, a little soda, cornstarch….all the stuff that’s so annoying to buy on vacation! Also, beds & extra beds & towels for days. Extra fridge in the garage. It was large family heaven. We were 17 people, with 9 kids under 10, and had the best time

We had a blast. The place is even better than the pictures! And Dave responded to all my questions so quickly!! Also, the AC worked haha. In many houses we stayed at that has been my biggest complaint, but this one worked perfectly.

It was a magical experience. The property was clean and well-stocked with needed kitchen appliances, towels, and things for the kiddos to play with. Like I said, it was magical!

This house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Lots of things for people of all ages to do inside and out. David was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Planning on doing this again next year.

It was fun and nice set up loved the big patio. All the games and activities provided was nice. Pools were fun a little crowded but a good time.

This is the best property in the local area. Excellent access to the common pool area and only covered pergola covered patios facing the pools. Excellent for a family gathering.

We had a great time at this home and we loved our stay. Lots of space and is well stocked for a large group. The inside living space is large and spacious and the outside area overlooks the kids pool area. We loved that we could sit outside and watch our kids swim. There is no walk out gate to the swim area so you have to walk around the block but it is close and it wasn't a big deal.

This home was perfect for our family reunion. We loved the amenities - pickleball, ping pong, basketball, and hot tub - and the plentiful beds and bathrooms. The family room was great for hanging out and the kitchen and dining room were ideal as well. Would definitely return!

The water Park was so close and a lot of fun for everyone. The weather was perfect - in the 70’s. The five bedrooms were perfect for us with one able to sleep a family of Sox comfortably.

We had an amazing time making memories in this beautiful location. The owners were very great to check in with us and make sure we had all we needed. The house is clean and beautiful and so conveniently located near the water parks. We had plenty to do with all of the games, bikes, pool toys, arcade machine and more. They have thought of everything you will need or want. We made the best family memories with all 21 of us and hope to all come back again some day. Thanks Dave and Karen for everything!!

This is our second stay at the Lazy River Lookout, and we loved it, again! Great location, and best house in the community. We like to pull a boat for extra fun at Sand Hollow, and the driveway offers good parking for a long vehicle/trailer. High recommend this property!

Let's face it, you're probably not ready for the good times you're gonna have here. Not only was this an ideal, centrally located base camp for various outdoor adventures, but also a great spot to throw a cookout. The grill is professional grade, and patio area makes for an ideal spot to BBQ. The owners were fantastic! Super responsive for the one issue we had (internet router needed reset). This place is set up to entertain. We will definitely do a more kid-oriented trip so the adults can relax while the kids hit the splash pad and lazy river!

We have been coming to St. George for years for Spring Break. This was the best place we have rented by far. It borders the pool/lazy river and has a massive back porch with tons of seating. It was very nice to be able to send the kids to the pool and actually be able to keep an eye on them from where we were staying...and not have to go sit at the pool all day which I hate. My wife loves that, but I don't. Its a miracle we are still married. Another bonus is that it is at the end of a cul-de sac and has a long wide driveway so it made it very easy for everyone to park off the street and right on front of the house. This is a great place would come back again for sure.

The location is great. Very roomy and set up specifically for VBRO rentals. It was great. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and a great meeting area and kitchen.

This was the best rental property we have ever had! Everyone enjoyed the experience...from toddler to Grandma and 11 others in between. There was something for the whole family. It was nice to be right near the lazy river and splash pad. And the home had everything we needed and more. I’ve never had a property owner check in mid week to see if we needed anything, but Dave did! What a thoughtful gesture! The kids and grandkids are already asking when we can go back. I’m not sure yet, but we’re going to make it happen!!!

We loved our stay here! The house was clean, and it had “extra” things some other rentals don’t include (simple things like extra TP, dish soap, laundry soap). The property manager was very responsive and easy to talk to. It felt like we got housing and entertainment all in one. The pool is excellent, and it was nice having our own hot tub to use. Plenty of seating, dinner ware, and space for everyone to comfortably relax.

This rental is phenomenal. It is by far the best property with a view of the lazy river and splash pad pools. The covered patio on both the ground floor and rooftop patio provide a whole other level of luxury. Inside you will find everything you need for your stay. Every piece of furniture and decor add to the luxury feel of the home and are expertly picked to provide space for your large groups. This home is large and comfortably fits everyone in your group with plenty of space. The pools are amazing and perfect for all ages. Added bonus a snow cone snack shack at the splash pad! What a treat for the kids! You could spend your entire stay at the pools and parks there is so much relaxing and fun to be had. Perfectly located with a short drove to downtown St George, Snow Canyon, Pine Valley, Sand Hollow and Zion National Park we could’ve stayed for a month! The owner was kind and easy to reach throughout the entire process. We will definitely be coming back and I’ve told all my friends about this place. Better then any hotel.

We arrived at the property two days before my daughters wedding. The house was immaculate, beautiful, and very comfortable. Very smartly designed and has everything you could possibly need. Both the indoor and outdoor areas have tons of seating and are very comfortable. The back patio overlooks the pool area and is a wonderful place to hang out with your family. The bedrooms are beautiful with private baths and comfortable beds. The owners were incredibly helpful in every aspect of our stay. We were even allowed to use the clubhouse for a small family gathering after the wedding for a small fee. Dave the owner was super responsive and kind. . We will definitely be back!
