Two retired couples in our group. Our accommodation was sparkling clean with a nice outside area and ample parking. Comfortable beds and everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Semi rural location approx 1 mile walk into town and a little further to the beautiful beach. Golf and pool swimming close by as well as various walks. Highly recommend this property. The owners were unobtrusive and answered our questions in a timely manner.

Straightforward to book and quick responses. Property spotless, well equipped and well-situated a 15ish minute walk from the seafront. 2 items to address: *shower screen needs a new seal; *difficult to open door to downstairs loo Otherwise perfect and we had a great holiday, thank you.

Stayed with my friend and her 18m old daughter. It was a great place, clean, had everything we needed and an easy walk into town / the beach. Would recommend staying here.

Although essentially a rural property and very quiet with views over fields to Bempton Cliffs in the distance it is on the doorstep almost of Filey. Lovely stay and we would return.

The quality of furnishing was to a high standard and well thought out. Was easy to relax but then have a 3-4 min drive or around a 15 min walk to the town/seafront.

This cottage was so right for me and my friends beds was comfy lots of space Kitchen and utensils were spot on and also love having a downstairs toilet and Bathroom and toilet upstairs The host greeted us gave us the key We was a little early But cottage had been cleaned so we were allowed in

The property was very good only small things could make it better . My sister and myself felt that a curtain or blind on the main door would have made us feel less exposed at night when the light was on you could see into the kitchen and living area. The two other small things which would have been helpful were a full length mirror and a hairdryer otherwise perfect. Johanna and Gina Camp

Beautiful well presented cottage, could not have asked for more.Such a shame to have to leave after a week.Would highly recommend.It was definitely the break we had been longing for and hopefully we will see you again.Many thanks.

we would like to keep this cottage a secret so it would be available when we want to visit Filey again, but l guess we have to share it, lol, the cottage was so warm and comfy, everything you could need is in there, great parking, the wi-fi was hit and miss, but was told that before we booked, we were kept upto date from the owners from booking, we just loved it and will be going back,

Beautiful cottage with lovely fittings and surrounding countryside. Very light and airy and spacious. Excellent location for accessing that area. There were only 2 of us staying but the twin bedded room was actually locked off during our stay.

The cottage was lovely - well presented well equipped and very clean. It is about a twenty / twenty five minute walk into Filey (Where the shops restaurants Etc are) which is not a problem on days when the weather is fine, however as it was raining everyday when we were there we ended up driving - not a problem but just to be aware. Cottage was great and would definitely book with the hosts again

We arrived in the dark and missed the slip road so the cottage took a while to find. It's a lovely place to stay, ideal for visiting other area of the coast as its quite central. Some road noise but this doesn't spoil the overall peace and tranquility . Outside area to sit and eat when the weather allows. Short easy walk into Filey and the train station. Well equipped, although we didn't actually cook during our short stay. Cosy twin room, beds very comfy according to my son. The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage. The king size bed is quite low, this may be a problem for someone less mobile and the mattress is quite firm. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This was a lovely little cottage that suited our needs perfectly. It had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, and it was warm and toasty. We used it as a base for exploring the nearby area, and would gladly return.

Thank you for a lovely break. The cottage was perfect. Comfy beds, which is always a positive. Plenty of room for us. The wine and chocolate was a lovely touch. Communication with owner was friendly and immediate before and during the visit. Good accessible location. Many thanks!

The cottage exceeded all expectations it was perfect . Location ideal for beaches and using as a base to tour the area. .Plenty of space ,well equipped kitchen very clean, freezer, dishwasher fab , lots of storage.clothes airer handy for wet swimsuits Main bedroom loved it bed so comfortable, black out blinds ,room is just beautiful. My 12 years old daughter was thrilled a telly in her room end of bed. Big comfortable sofas bonus a DVD player. We spent a lot of time outside sat on bench. 10 out of 10 Thank you brilliant stay

Our second visit to this lovely clean cottage in good location with everything we needed. Pleasant short walk to Filey beach via Centenary Way. Local transport easily accessible. A very good holiday.

This is our second stay at Mill Farm Holiday Cottages and again we’ve had a great time. We absolutely love Filey & staying here definitely tops off the experience. The cottage is clean & spacious and ideal for families. Our 3 year old loves the outdoor area & the small park down the road. The cottage had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

Great cottage very warm and clean. Would strongly recommend a hand rail in bath it is high l found it a struggle to get in and out .would certainly go back and also recommend it to all my friends.Carole. Chesterfield
