We stayed at Emma & Rays home at Mahogany Bay for our 40th anniversary and it couldn’t have be more wonderful!!! The house and grounds were beautiful. The location was perfect!!! Emma also had supplied us with the necessities for a few days with milk, eggs, bread, coffee and not to forget the amazing chocolate banana bread!!! Tamica the housekeeper was great and always had a smile! Now when visiting Barbados we can’t stay anywhere else!!!! Thank you for the greatest 10 days of happiness ❤️❤️❤️ Peter & Paula

The perfect home and location for our family vacation. Mahogny Pod has everything you need to enjoy Paradise. The beach is great for snorkeling or lazing in the ocean on a float. The views from the house and the upstairs decks and amazing. The owner was a delightful and full of many suggestions to make our trip fun. Five stars all the way around.

We enjoyed this property. We were welcomed on arrival and any queries we had were answered. It is a lovely house and we all enjoyed our stay.

lovely property and setting ,bordering the sea , with all the sounds and sense of nature this brings to visitors . comfortable and understated , easy to feel at home . Privacy within and surprisingly so outside too , as there are some close quarters with neighbouring houses . clever and colourful landscaping and easy access to shopping ,restos and the general goings on . We enjoyed ourselves in every way .

Superb house, just as stunning as the photos! The accommodation was beautiful, to a very high standard and well maintained. The evening sunsets from the G&T balconies were fabulous! It was great to walk through the garden straight onto the beach - for a walk, swim or to buy fresh fish next door. The team at the house (property manager, house keeper, groundsmen) were really helpful. Thank you to Emma for making our holiday so memorable, her communication was outstanding. We hope to return to Mahogany Pod again soon!

Amazing, amazing, and some more amazing!! Mahogany Pod was exceptional from A to Z. My family enjoyed every moment of our stay! The property was everything we hoped for and SO much more! The staff helped us with every single detail, and question. They took care of all of us, from 8 to 75 years old. The inside and outside of the property is clean and beautiful. Location, location and location! Everything thing was minutes away walking, bus, and taxi. Most importantly I could watch my three children from the deck playing on the beach and swimming in the ocean. Not only will we be back but for a longer stay! Pure perfection in ALL aspects of this property and the amazing people that make it wonderful. Thank you

We had the most amazing stay. Emma you were so helpful in the lead up to our holiday and throughout, helping me to organise a birthday cake for our son and recommending some wonderful restaurants and places to go. Nothing was too much trouble. Your villa was absolutely stunning- we loved it and will return again I am certain. Tamika the housekeeper was lovely as was Emilee the Housemanager. Josh loved the bubbly you sent over for him- such a thoughtful gesture!!! Thank you so much we had a truly wonderful holiday!!!!

The villa exceeded all of our expectations for our firs-time trip to Barbados. The views were amazing, the villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. The owner provided a welcome package of groceries, arranged airport pick-up, and was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to stay here again in the near future.

The whole booking process was so easy and Emma was incredibly helpful throughout. The property is very well finished and has everything you could need, including weekday visits from Tamika who was just so lovely and kept the place looking immaculate. The house is located right on the beach, which was a fantastic scene to wake up to every day. Easy to get to many other destinations (we rented a car but taxis also very straightforward). We had the best time and would absolutely recommend this place!

We have just arrived home from a wonderful 2 week break at Mahogany Pod. The house is absolutely beautiful. It is spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished. The house has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Dealing with the owner Emma, was very easy and a pleasure. She sent through a great pack of local information. Paulette the lady who came in 5 days a week was lovely and ensured that the house was spick and span for us. Emilee the house manager was very efficient and she was always on hand to deal with any queries. A word out also to Carlos the gardener who keeps the gardens looking so wonderful. Just a few steps across the perfectly manicured gardens and you are on a stunning beach, you can swim, snorkel, pick up boat rides or arrange any motorised or non motorised sports you could wish for. Our favourite thing to do each evening was to sit on the beach with a rum punch in hand, in a deck chair watching the sun go down whilst our boys made sandcastles. Bliss. We even saw turtles swimming off of the beach! There is parking at the property and we hired a jeep to travel the island. There are restaurants/ bars in the area, you can walk to some or others are a short drive or bus ride. We took advantage of the barbecue and ate in most nights. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this house to anyone and hope that we can return again. Thank you Emma and all for such a brilliant holiday.

I can try by saying the villa was definitely 5 star, the owner Emma was amazing from start to finish, Tamica the housekeeper was an absolute joy, and the views, the views, the views - the sea literally lapped the steps at the bottom of the private garden, at 5.45pm every evening we all took our rum punches to stand in the water and gaze for 45 mins at a different sunset every night, speechless at the beauty. If I could go again tomorrow, I would. Plenty of local restaurants, bus stops right outside the property, an amazing fish market next door, Rhiannas place a 5 minute stroll along the beach, it was perfect. This lovely, well-maintained seaside home where the sun sets and waves roll onto the beach just outside the garden was exactly what we needed as a winter getaway and met all our expectations.

This property was exactly as presented on the site - beautiful, clean and airy, with a lovely private garden and steps to the beach. Tamica, the housekeeper was lovely and friendly, and Emma, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. The villa was convenient to many shops and restaurants and was in an ideal location. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend this property!

This was an amazing property, exactly as the pictures showed. The beach was amazing, too, and the neighbourhood safe with good restaurants in walking distance. Everyone that we came in contact with her extremely helpful and friendly, the owner, property manager, housekeeper and gardener. Just an exceptional holiday!!

Fabulous house, beautifully furnished in stunning location. A wonderful holiday destination.

The property was lovely and well appointed. Check-in and and check-out was easy and flexible. Tamica kept everything looking wonderful and was a delight to be around. The snorkeling was good and there are nice beaches in close proximity, but a bit of a walk was required during our stay due to road construction (June 2021). We enjoyed our stay!

Everything about Mahogany Pod was excellent. Short walk to excellent restaurants. We used the recommended taxi(Perry) all week and he was excellent. Staff was great. Views from the bedroom porches is awesome. I’d highly recommend and come back for sure.

The Property and location was amazing. We would love to do it all over again tomorrow.
