Great place. Lots of tubers

nice beautiful place a soonest we arrived we noticed that ac unit was not working but management took care of the issued in less than an hour. excellent service we love to go back someday

We all enjoyed our stay...the only thing was if you are planning on just staying at cabin and making all your food there know there are no condiments, foil, spices, or good pots and pans. Be prepared to bring all with you or buy. They do have pots and pans however aren't great for all kinds of cooking. Other than this, it was an overall great place and nice stay.

The house was just what we needed!

Super easy check-in, house exactly as pictured and maybe even better! Lake is stunning. The house is equipped with everything you need except a Keurig LOL, normal coffee maker though. Deer, rabbits and even turkeys were spotted! Fishing was great and even better in Kayaks provided. Fire pit gathering, grilling and bird and fall foliage was dreamy. Close to great restaurants and more water fun at Canyon Lake, although honestly no need to leave as the Guadalupe is beautiful and on the property! Thanks for sharing and managing a GREAT property.

The instructions to gain access to the property and what to do and what not to do were simple and fair. The house was clean and loaded with amenities to relax and make your stay as enjoyable as it can be. The living room has a really nice TV that allowed us to enjoy Game 6 of the World Series (Astros won of course). The grill outside is small but a powerful one. The kayaks are in good shape and my girls enjoyed them too. We would most definitely come back to this property in the future.

The house was AWESOME had everything you need from inside to outside. Loved the dock on the water sat there alot... Will be back.. Only one complaint, we got in at 10pm the owner of the house came by when we pulled in, didn't expect that nor was I contacted. It did freak us out. Wish owner would have contacted me first. The floating dock is genius vs other stationary docks, especially with the river flow level so low. The house is positioned perfectly so you can enjoy the a large wide portion of the river no matter the water level. The floating dock always keeps you at water level.
The bedroom configurations can't be helped. We actually had 4 couples, no kids. Certainly wasn't a show stopper. The house is nice, I think you should go to a "No Shoes" policy. Rocks in the soles of shoes from the "yard" is going to scratch those floors unnecessarily. The rental in Colorado had a no shoe rule and a camera at the front door. The air compressor was nice touch.

This place came with both and bonus corn hole and kayaks for your use. Little ponderosa even came picked us up floated down then got off on our dock. They came back later to pick tubes. Super easy! Only down side we found with no basic salt and pepper for cooking and if you have all adults hard to fit full 10 since people can not sleep together and have to share rooms. It would be better with 6-8 people or a few kids so the kids can have there own room. In all this did not take away from the experience since we were all so tired after being in sun all day.

This house was very clean and much bigger in person than the pictures in the profile. We spent time here with friends celebrating a birthday and this house was perfect for the gathering. It had a large dining table that comfortably sat everyone, a bunch of outdoor space with seating, and quick access to the river (there are stairs but not many). There is an air pump station outside for everyone to fill up their tubes for the river which I thought was a very thoughtful touch! It also came stocked with plenty of towels and some toiletries. Just be sure to confirm the check in code for the house before you arrive, the one I received in the email was inaccurate. When I called the property manager they were very quick to answer so it didn't turn out to be a big deal. All in all, would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

The photos online underrepresented this property, it is much larger than it appears in the photo. It’s at the end of a dead end road so it is quiet except for the campground across the road, which was not bad either at least during the week. The house was well updated and clean. We have had some bad experiences using VRBO properties that had regulators on the A/C system where you could not keep cool but this house was very comfortable, we had control of the thermostat and it did what you told it. The property is very well kept and maintained. It’s not the best river access on the street but it’s close. We brought our own kayaks because there were 6 of us, but there is a conoe, a two person and one person kayak available there in good shape. We had a great time and if we go back to that area will definitely use this house again!
