There is “rustic” and then there is “ratty”. Lodge 2 is ratty. Carpet is full of holes. A dirty throw rug covers the worst area. Bathroom floor isn’t solid. Floors are dirty. Cooking utensils are sparse. No hairdryer. Needs some upkeep. Positive-bed is comfortable.

Great place to stay and very convenient for skiing at Wolf Creek. We also recommend renting at Rocky Mountain Ski. Easiest rentals ever!

Good plays for friends to stay for snowmobiling at Wolf Creek. The cabins need better lighting and more outlets. Parking is tight if you have a trailer.

Overall the place was old but clean with nice beds and clean linens. Not great lighting. No air conditioning. Nowhere to functionally plug in the fans which were filthy. It’s a good place to rest. I think a little pricy for what you get but I’d stay again if need be....

Nice tidy clean rooms. Beds are comfortable. Along lodges 1-5, snow pack has built up and is dangerous to walk on.

The property was clean and easily accessible. An easy drive to Wolf Creek ski area. The South Fork area was pretty limited on food options or things to do but Pagosa springs and hiking areas were an ok drive. The cabin was just what we expected. The hot tub worked great the first night but wouldn't heat up the second. Overall it was a good stay and worth the price.

What I like:
This apartment is good for our family of four. It says it can hold up to 10 people but I think it'll be really crowded if 10 people live in this apt. Nice full size bed, not very firm but still feels comfortable. Close to the ski rental shop (8200) and the grocery store (Rainbow). It has a small kitchenette with utensils and cookware, stove and oven, and microwave, slow cook, and a toaster.
Pet friendly.

Things to be improved:
Bath room is small. TV is small too. Wall is thin. One night at 11:30, I could hear my neighbor's dog barking. There are not many power outlets in the apartment. Also the funny thing is that we had problem getting the key from the key locker so I had to call to get a new code. Then I checked the review and saw a previous customer mentioned the same issue. Hopefully they will fix it later.

All in all, I enjoyed staying here and might come back later.

There was plenty of room for all of us! The place was cozy and clean. Would have rated it 5 stars but the oven didn’t work.. we called Vacasa and they were very helpful! Overall it was perfect for our short stay.

This worked great for our hunting group. Fit 5 guys and our gear great! Loved the hot tub after a long day in the mountains. Will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. You can spend a lot more elsewhere but absolutely not necessary.

Great value for the money but confusing to is and other guests when initially arriving. Others also expected to be in a separate cabin and not a two bedroom motel room. Accommodations are very dated but clean, and again a great value.
