Comfortable bed, clean floors, cozy space. Small but perfect for two. The fridge was really loud but expected in a small space. Can opener was missing. This is our go to place when on a budget and overall, we like it because it’s very clean.

The property manager told me over the phone we had an end unit rented, and it was not. It was in the middle of the row, and once again our neighbors were up super late and we’re loud. The tub didn’t drain at all, and the refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it!

Even though the lodge is older, it is one of the best kept and cleanest places I have stayed. All appliances worked. Plenty of amenities. Never ran out of anything needed. I am so impressed. I will definitely recommend this place to others. I also felt safe here. The town is friendly the staff gracious.

The "cabin" was nice. It was not clear when I booked that there would be multiple attached cabins in a row. I had the impression it would be a detached cabin. There was a cleaning fee of $60 that was charged nightly, even though they don't clean in the middle of your stay. The instructions for the TV said to use HDMI 2, and the cable box was plugged into HDMI 2. However, the TV was stuck on HDMI 3. I had to move the cable box to HDMI 3 to watch TV. Now, the instructions will not be helpful to future guests.

Cute cabin feel. Very clean. Old but nicely updated. Very roomy for 2 adults. Saw the hot tubs but didn’t use them although they did appear well taken care of. Will definitely return next time we travel through.

Only one plastic bowl for prepping salads. Hair and dirt was on shower curtain. Ceiling fans would help circulate air better. We found the room to be hot even with windows and box fan running. A screen door would add considerable comfort for airflow Fridge was noisy and hard to control temperature. Windows very difficult to latch. King Bed was comfortable. Television remote would not go down in volume... only up. The walkway outside the rooms was not swept. Just basic upkeep seemed lacking compared to other cabin properties in South Fork we've been to.

The location and price make this property the perfect weekend getaway! Close to fishing, hiking, and Pagosa Springs. Even with neighbors on all sides, our stay was worth it!

We were looking for a place to stay close to Wolf Creek Ski Area.. this place was super clean, had just what we needed (kitchen amenities including a crock pot), comfy king size bed and fold out couch for the kids. Dog friendly. When I couldn’t figure out the tv, Christi at the management office on site came and troubleshot for us! Within walking distance of liquor store and Pizza place! I would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is that hot tubs were not in service due to covid restrictions (which was not advertised).

I loved the kitchen and the place was so cozy, clean and it’s a pet friendly place. We loved walking around the neighborhood. The place is located in the heart of town. The grocery stores and restaurant is adjacent to the property.

We noticed when we first inspected the room that there was a few minor things that needed to be fixed but nothing major. Room was clean and comfortable. We had great neighbors all around us and that was awesome. No problems with key issues as noted by others, just check your email a day or so before you arrive for those simple instructions. Family was happy so that gives the stay an extra star. Thanks!!

Would have been nice to have had better communication on the fact no one is on site. Local phone did not work. Air in the bedroom would have been nice.
