We enjoyed staying here. It was convenient to have laundry and a pool. The premises are very nice. We loved the small grass area for our kids. Also close to shops. I would recommend owners getting a few more wine glasses, silverware, and towels. We seemed to have to wash everything by hand bc there is fevers few of those kitchen items. Overall very nice.

This condo was a perfect fit for my husband and I as we were in AZ to visit family. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a very nice area with access to shopping, walking trails and all the amenities we enjoy while on vacation. Thank you!

Immaculate, like- new paint, carpet, tile and fixtures. Colorful southwestern decor. Left us plenty of laundry and dishwasher soap and other supplies. Comfortable beds. Nice shady patio. Would recommend.

The condo was in a great location in the Vistoso area of Oro Valley, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The on-site property management team needs to work with their cleaning crew to make sure the bathroom floors are clean, there aren't any dead flies or spider webs on the kitchen window sill, and that the light bulbs are all working. The fellow who came to replace the bulbs was prompt and friendly. He also brought the requested mop so that I could clean the floors myself, something I've never had to do before. Being an older condo complex, the heat pump is right outside the master bedroom window, and the one for the unit upstairs is directly in front of the kitchen window. They are noisy when running! If you love wildlife and birds, this is a great area! Javelina Highway is just within walking distance of the ground floor condo, and many birds are in the trees.

We stayed in unit 101 and it was absolutely perfect. We had our new son with us, but it would have been great also had our 2 daughters been with us (8 & 10). The kitchen had everything I needed in terms of pots and pans to prepare meals, the appliances were nice enough, and the bathrooms were great. I especially liked the large walk in shower.

In general the area was also very nice (grocery and restaurants within 7-9 minutes). If you are there and looking for a nice trail to hike, I recommend Linda Vista. It is filled with lots of beautiful cactus.

This condo for 2 guys was perfect for our recent golf trip to Tucson! We each had our own Master Suite with this floor plan that was remodeled from head to toe! Will ask the guys for this condo next year again for sure!

How many times have you looked at a condo, for a vacation, thought boy this is nice, only to be disappointed once you got there. Well, this was just the opposite !! This condo was better than the picture. Clean, quiet, Right across from the office, and pool, we wanted for nothing. When we come back to Tucson, I would stay here again, instead of a hotel. Great, place, great price.

kitchen was equipped with enough stuff
welcome bag with dish soap
laundry detergent
tv in all rooms
AC was perfect
parking spot with shade

things we would suggest:
maybe more plates
possibility for darker curtains or plisee for long sunny summer days

Unit manager is friendly and was responsive to our concerns ( facuets not working in master bath sink, towel ring falling off wall, air filter dirty and cracked dishes). Mr Tiff quickly and cheerfuly responded.

Our problems: the AC compressor made an irritating booming noise in the master bathroom wall. The occupants in the unit above us experienced the same noise, even louder. The unit owner hasn’t approved replacing the compressor, as yet. The AC company did what they could to alleviate the noise but it didn’t work.
2. Instruction sheet needs directions from Phoenix and Tucson separately. I strongly suggest an editor read the instructions.
3. Address needs to have building number and a location map.
4. Use different key lock box. Extremely hard to open and other tenants likewise had difficulty.

We enjoyed our 3 weeks in this condo. Nice that there are two separate areas for guests that can be closed off from the living area. Well appointed and furnished and has everything you would need for a short stay.
