A lovely property with great facilities in an ideal location. Loved the pool and outdoor area in particular. Would definitely like to return in the future.

Wonderful.Very clean and the beds were super comfortable.Close to stores, restaurants and anything else you need. But not that you need to go out. The house is so roomy and the kitchen is huge. You can cook breakfast, lunch, dinner and eat right out by the pool (which is absolutely beautiful)watching the news, movies or listening to music on the outside TV. Highly recommend. Worth every penny, wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for everything, see you in the near future.

Tami a joy to work with! House/pool/open Lanai and dock spaces allow perfect relaxation vibe for all ages. Our 18mo gbaby loved the wading end of pool. Toys/floaties available for beach or pool use and plenty of beach towels! Located within easy access to everything you need! TVs in every room! Very beachy vibe that makes your SOUL sigh. Burrowing owl nest nearby so bonus cool! Very clean! Host super responsive! Would definitely book again. Do bring your own sundries/seasonings/ toiletries/laundry supplies if you need them. We had a great month!

We had a great time. Everything was working excellent. From the tv inside and outside all kitchen appliances laundry etc. It’s a Good space for a get together at the pool, living room, and kitchen. The rooms are big enough we just love it! See you soon!

There are some photos that made it appear there were 3 king size beds which is not the case. I’d recommend additional towels and washcloths. It seemed every time everyone needed to shower they were in the washer or dryer. The house was clean, easy to find, accessible, and had everything we needed and more.

We have a very lovely time at this property for our family vacation! It was just myself, my husband and our 2 year old daughter, and we couldn’t have been happier with the property and amenities. It’s very clean, very neat, very spacious, very quiet. Perfect for our little family. We especially loved that the pool had a shallow end for our daughter to play and splash in. We would love to return again someday!

Nice property, is as advertised. My main concern was room for boat dockage, we put a 24 ft. CC on the boat lift and a 27 ft CC tied to the dock with plenty of room. The pool was refreshing after a day on the boats enjoying the water. Interior was nice and well kept. We all had a great long weekend. Thank You.

Stayed with the family for a short stay over Easter! Everyone loved it!! Plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the pool was clean and inviting, plenty of pool floats and toys. The location was perfect and easy to find. A short drive from the airport, to Sanibel Island, and Fort Myers Beach. Would definetly stay again.

We had a great stay. My kids loved the pool, and there were even a handful of toys they could play with inside. The house had a great flow for gathering and relaxing. Having indoor and outdoor table level seating for eating meals was a plus for us. We had a hiccup checking in, but the owner was responsive even in the middle of the night (thanks delayed flights) so we were only slightly delayed. We would stay again.

Great stay at this home. Easy check in, very clean place, kitchen was great for preparing meals. The pool was absolutely wonderful - used some of pool toys in garage. Great to have beach towels, coolers and beach chairs/umbrella available. Nice & quiet walkable neighborhood that was close to everything. The instructions for checkout were clear. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and close to any experience and night life

House was in a quiet neighborhood. Shopping was close and convenient. Pool was great with the landing pad for kids. Would choose to stay again next time.

We spent 3 weeks at this home in a great location in Cape Coral. Close to the yacht club, and also to the restaurant district with great choices! You have to try The Lobster Lady, but get reservations! The home was very well equipped and the pool area very nice! Our grandkids loved it! The owners were very prompt in responding to us and so easy to work with! We would definitely recommend this home for a great vacation!

The house is clean and comfortable, plenty of room for me, my husband and another couple. The location was perfect and the setting was amazing being on the canal. Despite the unseasonably cold weather, we still enjoyed our accommodations, the house had everything we needed.

The property was reasonably priced, in a good location and was fully equipped with everything we needed.

This place was very spacious and worked out quite nicely for the 3 of us. We had more than enough room. Enjoyed the pool and covered lanai. The kitchen was stocked with things I didn't expect, like spices and even some condiments in the fridge. Maybe they were left over from previous guests, but either way it was nice and convenient.

Close to everything and the pool was a refreshing substitute when we didn’t want to take the short drive to the beach.

We stayed for 4 days and we did not want to leave! The pool is fabulous (for those who are older or have leg injuries the pool does not have handrails). It does have a beautiful shelf for laying and sunbathing. The house is beautiful. We loved the floors (gorgeous), the beds (so comfortable) the huge open concept! We cooked multiple times and everything we needed was available to us in the home (literally everything!). There were pool toys galore and extra beds if needed, beach chairs, a cooler, and anything else you can imagine. The location was awesome and the house has everything you need. My parents and I had a great time catching up and enjoying the home!

My husband, our 21 year old daughter, 2 teenage boys and my mom, enjoyed this cute house. The pictures are spot on. It’s perfectly located in Cape Coral not too far from Ft Myers Beach. It had all the amenities we needed. The pool was fantastic, we fished a little and the neighborhood is very quiet (a few dogs across the canal got mouthy now and then but nothing overly annoying). Enjoyed the patio, we had several storms in the evenings and enjoyed sitting on the patio to watch them roll in and listen to the thunder and rain. We recommend trying the Boat house and tiki bar about 1.5 miles from the house. Fords Garage was unique too. My only suggestions to the owners is cushions on the wicker chairs and lounge chairs and thicker ones on the love seat on the patio. I would highly recommend this house and we talked about coming back and would pick this again! Thanks for everything

Good experience. Not that it affected us, the description states it sleeps ten but only if the roll away beds were used and there would not have been enough room in the bedrooms to set them up. We had seven so it worked out ok.

This vacation was booked for me, my 4 siblings and my small dog. We all wanted a nice place to relax and share quality time together. Tami and Jodi's home was perfect. Their home was very clean, generously stocked everything we needed, (towels, blanket, water, spices, etc.) and nicely decorated. Their pool which we all thoroughly enjoyed was immaculate and the temperature also perfect. Their home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood, yet centrally located so you could get to the stores quickly. There is an amazing Italian restaurant, "Pappa Joe's" just 5 minutes away. Jodi and Tami quickly responded when I had a question or two and were very sweet. My family and I loved our time there and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Our family loved our time spent at Twin Palms. Everything was clean and comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communicating with the host was quick and easy. I would recommend to anyone!
