The neighborhood was extremely noisy in spite of the double glass windows so it was really difficult to sleep at night in the at least in the front rooms

Great location, right in the heart of old Naples. I was impressed with the sound proofing in the room (the screeching motorbikes went on all night but I wasn't disturbed). The room was quite small but had all the essential amenities plus tea/coffee making facilities and a mini-fridge. I was also lucky enough to get a small balcony. Good air temperature control system. Extremely comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, facilitating an early check-in and arranging an early morning taxi for me to the airport. The breakfast was extensive. Overall, I thought it was very good value for money.

It would be useful to have a glass tumbler in the room to use for drinking water/wine.

the building itself is old, so it isn’t very well maintained, I had trouble with the front (street) door. Never used the elevator, it apparently charges you €0.20 per ride.

The beautiful pastel decor, the painting on our ceiling. Very clean! The host accommodated us earlier, as we arrived early! He even brought us our breakfast the night before, since we were checking out at 3am that morning.

The location was awful. The B&B is on a very tiny pretty lane, when i booked it i had no idea it would be as busy as a highway. Very loud cars, honking and beeping all night. Sounded like Naples doesnt sleep. Perhaps using more insulation or using noise cancellation window treatments?

Comfy beds, friendly staff, they catered breakfast for me as I am allergic to gluten and dairy, I highly appreciate this. The location is great, very easy to get to and near lots of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

It is not suitable for disabled people, or people with big luggage: as it is on the second floor, there are a lot of stairs, and there is only a very tiny elevator that you need to pay to use each time. The rooms are not soundproof and it can get a bit noisy at night, especially closer to the weekend.

The room was spacious, beautifully designed and well equipped. It felt so relaxing, even in the middle of the city. The breakfast was lovely and the staff collected fresh croissants every morning which was a lovely touch. The location is amazing and everything is walking distance if you can be bothered! If not, Toledo metro station is a 3 minute walk at most. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to friends travelling to Naples, as long as they weren't traveling with children.

I don't think this b&b is well suited to children. I would absolutely return if ever my husband and I get chance alone but it felt a lot like my 3 year old wasn't welcome and wasn't able to relax. He became silent every time we were in the public areas which is very unlike him. There is apparently 80l of hot water for each room (more is available after an hour or so) which sounds a lot, but in reality, once the tank starts filling with cold again, the water cools immediately so you actually get about 5 minutes of shower before you have to wait an hour. Not a complaint, but it is logistically awkward after a hot day of walking when everyone wants to shower and get to sleep.
