Sehr sehr freundliches Team Wunderbare und ruhige Anlage Sehr sichere Parkplätze Super saubere Zimmer und angenehme Betten Ein Kaffeeautomat, der keinerlei Wünsche offen lässt von Cappuccino bis zur heißen Schokolade und das alles kann man fast 24 Stunden bekommen und zu unserem Erstaunen gab es sogar richtig nettes Frühstück mit Saft und Snacks und Waffeln Sollte mal irgendwas nicht in Ordnung sein, wird es sofort in Ordnung gebracht. Alle Zimmer haben eine Kleine Terrasse oder Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen vor der Tür Und Fernsehprogramme, das sehr unterhaltsam ist und keine Wünsche übrig lassen Alles ist super sauber

Es hat und über überhaupt nicht gefallen, wir wir nur zehn Punkte geben konnten lieber wären es 11 ofer sogar 12 gut

Room was clean and spacious. Location good and quiet.

Exterior was filthy with rubber gloves, dog poop bags squished, garbage and cigarette butts in parking lot, stairs, and walkways. Painting and cleaning the exterior would go a long ways to improving the experience.

No breakfast, just coffee and snack bars

the outside of the building needs some work. there are cracks in the walk way, needs repainted, etc. when I first pulled up. I considered cancelling my reservation. the parking lot is also tight fitting. long bed trucks parked around me, making it difficult to back out of my space.

It was very clean and quiet. Bed was super comfortable. And staff was very friendly.

We booked a room with a kitchen. Didn't realize there wasn't even a dish towel. Lol. We didn't pack up our kitchen to bring with us. Usually there are basic amenities provided. Had we known in advance that there was nothing, we would have packed a little different.

clean and the front desk hospitable. Last minute decision to stay and not cross the pass. perfect spot!
