The villa had everything we needed, was well looked after and very secure. Spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the lovely pool which was cleaned twice by the friendly pool guys during our one week stay. Would not hesitate to recommend Villa Harsha to anyone wishing to stay in Ayia Thekla.

This was our 2nd visit to the villa, and it was a brilliant and we remembered. Great location, secure, clean, just total relaxation for 19 nights. The pool men are very friendly, the mid stay cleaners did a great job, and even a faulty washing machine was fixed within an hour of reporting it. Thoroughly recommend this villa, it’s simply a great place to stay.

We stayed at Villa Harsha for 19 nights.The Villa is beautiful, with everything you need.It is maintained to the highest standard. Well looked after and all seems as if it was only placed there yesterday.The pool is great with sun on it nearly all day.BBQ Facilities for a bit of outdoor cooking.Nice quiet Cul-deSac location and not overlooked by the surrounding Bungalows, it gives you that extra feeling of privacy to enjoy your time in & outdoors.Neighbours are polite and quiet also.Pool cleaned twice a week, Villa cleaned on a weekly basis if you are staying longer.The guys (& gals) who come are friendly and nothing is too much trouble if you need to ask any questions.Car is recommended unless you enjoy Taxi'ing around, but having your own transport is good for shopping further afield to stock up on home comfort food & drinks.Although Ayia Thekla Supermarket is within walking distance anyhow and does have everything you would need if cooking at the Villa etc.When I leave a review, I always like to add a pointer at the end... You know, some recommendation that could have made the stay a little better, but this time I cannot find anything that I would wish for differently during our stay.It was "PERFECT" Thanks George for sharing Villa Harsha.We will be back.

Perfect holiday villa, me and my family stayed here for two sunny weeks in September, from the minute we got there it felt like home. All rooms have air conditioning, very clean, tidy and spacious! I would highly recommend this villa for any couples/families. I will definitely be booking again. The location is perfect if you don’t want to be in the nightlife if Ayia Napa but just a 10 minute drive away from the restaurants and shops. Great sized swimming pool, bbq area too! Overall one of the best villa’s I have stayed in... you won’t be dissapointed!

The villa is new, clean, has everything you might need. Great location. 10 min from Agia Napa center. The pool was amazing. Air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was spotless. Don't think twice.

From the outset, George, HomeAway and Genesis Property Care were professional and accommodating and responded quickly to messages. We arrived late on the Friday (11pm) and the recommended taxi company (GoTaxis) were there to collect us. The driver gave us some local information en route to the villa and ensured we got in alright. To start, the villa was immaculately clean and equipped beyond belief. I found equipment I don't even have at my own house, great stuff! The villa is about a 10/15 minute taxi ride from Nissi Beach and Ayia Napa, costing a party of 5 about €12 during the day and €17 at night. It isn't really walk-able, especially in the June heat (topping 40 in the sun). The distance was a trade off between being closer to the night life and staying in a hotel to being further away but having a villa with a pool; we preferred the pool. Close by there is a small shop, beach and two restaurants within walking distance, ideal really. Tap water isn't really drinkable, unless boiled. During the days, Nissi Beach is worth going to with it's sandy beaches and bright blue sea. If you hire quad bikes, a trip to Cape Greko and Sunrise Beach is worth while. Generally, Ayia Napa is the place to go, both during the day and at night. At night, Napa is very lively. Make sure you haggle for club entry and pre-drink prior. Castle club, while good, was €10 entry and €20-ish for a double+mixer, however there are many other bars. To finish, thank you George for renting the villa to us!

I came here with my friends for a week and it's a beautiful house with very nice and understanding neighbours. On arrival we came pretty late but George left us some breakfast things ready. The pool is always clean and so was the house by the way it was spotless. Good and quick responses, very friendly. With the location of the villa it is always best to hire a car cause taxis are a bit expensive otherwise this is a beautiful house I'm deffo coming back but this time with my family.
