Amazing views from this apartment over the golf course and sea. We got early access through the management which was very much appreciated. Fully appointed for our family’s need with all kitchen utensils and household items.
Feedback to improve upon would be towels provided could have been a little bigger/thicker, a pole to open velux windows, better /more coat hangers and a tray to take drinks up to master bedroom. (Bit tricky with spiral staircase).
Everything else just perfect and would return again if in the area. Great value.

We recently stayed at the Fairways apartment.
The apartment was ideal for our family break, with amazing views from the great balcony of the golf course (the men were delighted!) We we’re very lucky to have nice weather to enjoy wine/beer sitting on the balcony in the evening, and watch the deer running about in the morning…….perfect!
There was enough room for us all, a very spacious apartment with en suite facilities, and everything we needed.
The only point I would make is, we think it could have been a little cleaner, just some little details that would have made it perfect. Towels from the previous guests had been left in the en suite laundry bin, the chopping boards still had food on them, the shower in the downstairs en-suite filled up with water very quickly, and toilet seat cracked. Also, I feel the glass patio doors, and balcony glass would benefit from a clean. None of these things made a difference to our holiday, we had a great time, and would definitely book again if returning to Nairn.
Communication was excellent, and easy checkin/out. Easy access to apartment, with very clean kept stairway and entrance. A big shout out to our neighbour during our stay, he was very friendly, and very informative regarding Nairn Dunbar golf course, as he is a member himself.
All in all a great place to stay. As a family we would highly recommend the apartment. Nairn is a beautiful little town, with great restaurants, walks and friendly people, we will definitely be back

We had a wonderful time at Nairn and the apartment was just what we needed. Plenty of space, everything we needed, cosy and spectacular views. It was within 20 minutes walking distance of town centre and was perfect for us.

The apartment was very well appointed and had a lovely view over the golf course. Nairn east beach is a stunning sandy beach and well worth the walk. Nairn is a good base for trips out to Cawdor Castle & Culloden battlefields. Nairn has many good restaurants but it does take about half an hour to walk in to town.

One of the best homes we've been to. Very welcoming, in a very quiet place and fully equipped. Easy access. It was definitely a calm and comfortable stay.

The house was in a great position with wonderful views over the golf course and water. It was immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was an easy walk into town and an excellent base for some lovely days out. We made good use of the balcony with some unexpectedly beautiful sunny days. Good parking also.

Thoroughly Enjoyed
Clearly this Apartment has been loved and cherished by its current owner with much time, effort, thought put into the design, layout, furniture, and equipment provided.
Apartment was spotless on arrival, and everything worked as it should, all seating, furniture and beds very comfortable.
Nice to have a good sized outside terrace/balcony with sensible table and chairs.
Only comment would be with regard to the main upstairs bedroom suite which in itself was excellent, but accessed via a spiral staircase which required very careful negotiation, especially when trying to carry up luggage, or the early morning cup of tea.
Not a feature for those who have mobility problems, although two other bedrooms on the same level have easy access.
Certainly if in the area again, would book again.

Excellent Holiday Apartment
Great location, clean and modern apartment with everything you need. Quiet area and lovely views over the golf course and out over the water. You can sit on the balcony and watch the boats and cruise ships going to Invergordon.

Comfortable and spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean, and quiet. Wonderful view but shame there was a road running through complete view. Highly recommended. Loved it and perfect for our reunion.

Excellent choice
We were 3 x couples and particularly wanted 3 bathrooms so this fitted the bill. The apartment is ideally situated, very well equipped and was exactly as described and what we wanted. The view from the balcony is a joy to behold!. There is a lovely walk to the beach and there are some great restaurants in Nairn. Definitely hope to return. Would highly recommend.

Holiday in Fairway Apartment 21 August to 28 August 2021
Enjoyed an excellent holiday in Fairway apartment. Everything we required was available including a small welcome pack of teabags, coffee, sugar, biscuits & jam. Instructions on how to access the key from the key safe & allocated parking space all straightforward. Apartment clean & tidy. The view from the balcony looking out to the golf course and the sea outstanding.

First class self catering accommodation
Fairway Apartment was exceptionally clean and adhered to COVID regulations with supply’s of hand sanitiser and hand soaps in all bathrooms. It was also provided in the communal area entrance way. It is in a great location with amazing views over Nairn Dunbar golf course and towards the sea, the sunsets were quite spectacular. The flat has everything you need and of excellent quality. There is a great 20 minute walk from the flat to the beach and you can also walk into town which again takes 20 minutes though there is a Sainsbury’s a five minute drive away. I would definitely stay at Fairway apartment again and highly recommend it to others.

Lovely apartment in a very quiet residential area but only around 15 minutes walk into the centre of Nairn.
The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed with a very high standard of cleanliness and furnishings.
Fantastic views from the balcony which is a big bonus especially on sunny days.

Can’t wait to use again. Huge 3 bedroom apartment, perfect for us. Loved location-easy walk to Culbin forest and beach. Great if you love golf. Quiet area and good location if touring around. Thank you, didn’t want to leave.

Nairn Vacation
This is a superb property, very clean, totally equipped and very comfortable. Balcony overlooking golf course and sea is a real bonus. The location lends itself to walks into town, harbour, woodland walks and a fantastic beach stretching for miles. We will be back!

Cosy apartment with great views over the Moray Firth
family of 5 stayed during easter holidays. Apartment felt very homely from day 1. Great having x 3 shower rooms especially having 3 children. Great views from the balcony over the Nairn Dunbar golf course and of course the beautiful Moray Firth. Kitchen has everything you require- microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine( although property was advertised as having washer/dryer so this needs changing). Nice towels, clean bed linen, hand soaps, dishwasher tabs etc all provided. Hive controlled gas central heating with combi boiler so keeps property very cosy. My only tiny gripe would be another set of keys would be handy as since 5 of us we did separate activities some days so bit awkward having to arrange to be back as similar times since only 1 set of keys. Otherwise, I would recommend this property to couples/families wishing a nice relaxed apartment with superb views over the Moray firth.

Great apartment with stunning views
I visit family in Inverness a couple of times a year and like to explore the area and introduce my own family to where I grew up. We try different locations in an attempt to be close enough to visit relatives, but far enough to do our own stuff. This apartment fitted the bill perfectly.
As an apartment, it had everything and more than you would expect in a holiday rental. We could not find anything that had not been provided to make the stay a home from home, giving all the comforts for all the family.
The standards were very high and the views of the golf course and the Moary Firth were fantastic. Facilities were close by with a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops for a small town. Would highly recommend others to use this property and would consider using it again in the future.

A 20 min walk into town or jump on the bus, regular service available, we even took the bus to Inverness one day!

Appartement parfait!
Excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Situé à 25 Minutes d'Inverness. Très belle vue depuis le balcon. Très bien équipé, incluant une chaise haute pour les enfants. Très grand. Le logement était très propre. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec la laveuse et Georgina à été très disponible pour nous aider et tenter de trouver une solution à notre problème. Nairn est une petite ville mais avec tous les services. Belle plage. Excellent séjour! Je recommande fortement cet appartement!

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and was plenty of room for the four of us. The upstairs shower did not have any water when the first floor shower was running but that was not a big deal. I would stay at this place if I was ever in the area again.

Great spot for golf foursome or family
We were playing golf in the region and this made a great base.
Clean and modern. Everything worked well.
Top floor bedroom suite is accessed by interior spiral staircase, which made moving a heavy bag a bit of a challenge.
The porch overlooking the course and the water was a real bonus and a great spot to sit outside.
Easy parking out front was a bonus.
I’d recommend it to another golf group or a family.

lovely apartment with great views
We stayed in this lovely apartment- family of 5- February mid term break. The apartment is in a peaceful/tranquil area of Nairn and takes just 20 minutes walk to centre of Nairn and it's beautiful beach.There is car parking space specific to the apartment which is really handy. The apartment has a large balcony which looks over the Moray firth and the golf course which is very scenic. The apartment itself is very cosy and well laid out for families and golfers alike. The upstairs ensuite bedroom is huge and has a table football game which my kids were playing alot!! The kitchen has all the necessary appliances- microwave, oven/hob, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. We settled into the property very quickly and would definitely consider returning in the future for another holiday. Nairn is a great base for exploring the beautiful highlands. All in all a great holiday.

Terrific apartment with wonderful views
Our family very much enjoyed our long stay in the Fairway apartment. It was good value for money at this time of year. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, it has a terrific kitchen with great equipment. The bathrooms are very luxurious. Crucially in January, the central heating works very very well. The views out across the golf course and over the Moray Firth are spectacular.
You need to have your own car to get the most out of this apartment, it is too far too walk into town if you have children with you.
The carpet in the upstairs bedroom needs a clean, but that's the only small issue with the apartment itself.
I made a booking initiall for 13 nights, then quickly realised that I had made an error and did not need the last night. When I explained this to Gael Holiday Homes I was told that they would change the booking but could not refund the night's payment unless someone else booked the home. I feel this is not acceptable and very poor service. I made a long booking for the time of year and was very quick to let them know my error. This would put me off using Gael Holiday homes again.

A really nice stay in Nairn
The flat is very nice, very well furnished, clea. The kitchen has all you need and much more. The terrace and the view over the golf and in direction "sea" is marvellous. It is very well located. And very clean.
