The location is perfectly centered to everything.

We had to sweep up a lot of what looked liked torn toilet tissue from under the bed and dresser as soon as we arrived. I guess someone with a pet stayed there before us.

The view. The location. The condo was beautiful and spacious. We had the 1/1 and it was perfect for my husband and me. The pool was relaxing. The property was overall very quiet, which we loved. Customer service was phenomenal. We had an issue come up and I was SO impressed with how they handled it!! Very professional and good business.

The major complaint we had about the condo was the bed. It is firm and extremely squeaky. There were four pillows, which is great, but they were very flat. We also found some dishes in the cabinets that weren’t 100% clean.

felt extremely uncomfortable with the people staying in the surrounding condos. People “scouting” vehicles to see what they could steal.

Location was close to the beach areas, restaurants and short drive for sightseeing areas.

There was nothing we didn't like

Very well equipped. Very comfortable. Pretty close to the beach. Many amenities within walking distance. We were close to a gift shop, ice cream shop, numerous food venues, CVS Pharmacy/anything you’d need! There’s available garden hoses to wash sand off after returning from the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked great. A very quaint but comfortable outdoor deck. The kitchen was very well equipped. We really enjoyed staying at this property! And there’s an elevator as well as shopping carts stationed near the staircases. This made unpacking/repacking VERY convenient!

There’s no staff, nobody to speak to if there’s a problem (no front desk). While I did meet the HOA President, and permanent resident, while he was very nice, I could tell the management aspect of the location was ... lacking. The pool was only cleaned once per week. I spent a lot of time trying to keep the pool clean because my grandkids loved spending time in the pool. Parking spaces are small and limited. There’s no daily service. While we did have a good washer/dryer in our unit; we had to buy laundry soap/dryer sheets to do our own laundry... not complaining here, just would’ve preferred a fully staffed front desk. We had to buy trash bags, only two were provided, we were there for a week. While this rental was very nice and worth the price (4th of July), I left feeling ever so slightly disappointed.
