We arrived to find a filthy outside area it was covered in tree debris (looked like weeks worth) the eating area was worn and filthy ( we had to clean the table which was black with dirt before using) we contacted the owners and James arrived who hosed the debris into the shower ( no sweeping involved) and cut back the bushes which he described as “Rustic”. The pool liner has a thick yellow grease line all the way round the top of the water level not lovely and clean as the pictures show in this advert. Then to top the issue the owner charges £240 for two extra guests to stay as they had previously advised there would only be “a small laundry charge”. - For two extra towels and two bedsheets to be washed ( the towels we washed and hung out on the airer when we left) We could not use the air con in lounge as it only blew out as a fan (no cold air even when on 16 degrees) and oven we could not use as hard to get working and James did not know how to use it either so feel we saved electricity on these items if my daughter used some in the bedroom. The owner then called me a liar that the guests were last minute ( due to extra bank holiday for the queen my daughter started uni later than expected so booked two days prior to me arriving and came in on different flights so that she could come to family wedding) even though I had advised her that my children may come when I booked this villa months before. To finalise the owner then misused the damage wavier policy to take the money without my permission from my card. Such a shame as this villa has potential to be fabulous! It is run down and not the top end furnishings as described! So I would stay clear if you like a good service - we use VRBO every year and this is the worst service we have ever had.

A great Villa, which has everything you need, and the welcome hamper was a nice extra. It’s in a great (quiet) location but just 5 minutes’ walk from the shops and bars. Communication with Natalie and John, the property owners, was excellent and all instructions were timely and clear. Also, James the property manager was very helpful and easy to get hold of. I would definitely return to this villa again.

If you want to book a property in a perfect location for Coral Bay this is it .A short walk to all the bars and restaurants yet in a very quite location .The villa had everything you need including a excellent welcome hamper .The property manager James was always at hand ,extremely helpful and a really nice guy .All in all the villa gave all the ingredients for a perfect holiday .

Great location, close to shops and restuarants. Villa was ok clean and tidy but could do with a bit of an update. Otherwise would book again. Loved the area.

Excellent location Villa has all the essential facilities Owners were very helpful/accommodating in the lead-up to our stay. We enjoyed our stay & if we returned to Coral Bay would definitely consider using this Villa again.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Sofi in August. It was in a great location, close to shops, bars and miles of coast line! The house was clean and spacious. The property manager was extremely helpful and the hosts were very accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Sofia. We were a party of 6 including teenagers and our younger kids. We found the property to be very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was clean and with a big fridge/freezer. We certainly made most of the nice-sized pool. We used the outside dining area, and also appreciated the air-condition, especially in the bedrooms. The Communication with the hosts was excellent, all instructions/directions were very clear. Overall a great stay in Coral Bay, and we will certainly hope to be back!

This villa is the most equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in. Good location as near a great supermarket and wonderful Italian restaurant and only a short walk to the nearest beach. Can not thank the owners enough as were extremely accommodating with our late flights. Would recommend this villa to anyone with a family and will be back again soon. Thank you Natalie and John

Perfect villa for 4 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space and a great outdoor area. Villa has everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was in the perfect location for the main strip of bars and pubs in coral bay. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to use this villa again! Thank you!

This was our fourth time in coral bay and the best villa we have stayed in. It was clean, well equipped with the best outside eating area. The kids loved the pool and everything in coral bay was within walking distance. Would definitely return to this villa again.

The villa was clean and as tidy on arrival. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering. Lots of towels provided for inside and out. The outside space was excellent, sun all day, and very private. The location could not have been better, a few minutes walk to the main strip, only a few more to the supermarket, but also on a very quiet road. We had a fabulous holiday and would love to stay in this villa again. We would highly recommend

We have just spent 2 weeks at this villa and cannot recommend highly enough. The villa is very spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is about 5 mins walk to bars and restaurants but no noise heard at the villa at all. The beach is about 15 to 20 min walk. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely book this again.

From viewing this villa to finishing our holiday the whole process was smooth and efficient. Great communication with the owners. The villa is very spacious and very well equipped. The location is great just a 5 minute stroll to the bars and restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful with a little local bar just 2 minutes away. The only problem we had was with the TV which was probably caused by us but was sorted by Shelly the property manager very quickly. The local super market provides a free ride home after shopping which is great. On the last day we had a late flight, but the owners said we could stay the whole day which was a nice gesture from Natalie and John.We will definitely book this villa again.

From the beginning of booking this property the whole process for smooth and efficient. Arriving to the Villa, we realised it was a lot more spacious than we first thought, kept clean and tidy and was comfortable to feel relaxed in straight away. I have no negative points to say about this property or the location. A street of bars and restuarants is within walking distance which provides lots of different food options. A supermarket is also close by who deliver your food goods back for you which was perfect for us! The only thing I would say that would be beneficial is for a shower curtain to be added to one of the bathrooms, just to stop all the water spilling out on the floor.

On our last day of a 2 week holiday, flight home not until 8pm but owners said we could stay all day, which is amazing and a lovely gesture. Villa is beautiful, especially outside area with pool and lots of seating areas. Property manager Shelley is very friendly and. helpful, came in at start of second week changed bedding and towels etc. Weather has not been great but due to the large accommodation and 5 minute walk to all amenities, things were still lovely. Hired two cars for 6 of us but not really necessary as everything is within walking distance. We already looked to book this villa for next year but it is already booked and I can understand why. Would not hesitate to rebook as villa had everything we could possibly need.

The villa was perfect, this was my second stay this year in a villa and we tried to get the villa we stayed in May, which was actually next door. Villa sofia was our second choice, but from now on it will be our first. I do not know where to start, the villa was large, clean and had everything you could wish for. The outside area was lovely with agreat pool and close to the main tourist road but far enough away to be quiet. I want to say a big thank you to the owners and will definetly be booking again , very soon.
