We stopped in Reykjavik for our honeymoon. This location was perfect. Close to downtown but far enough to be able easily drive to other locations. Driving in the actual downtown would be very difficult. This place had everything we needed! Great shower pressure, living room space, easy check in/out.

This basement apartment was close to everything we wanted to do in the city and is also not far from Þingvellir. We did not get the chance to see the Northern lights while staying here, but know that it is possible. We went to Sky Lagoon, which was about 12 minutes away. The apartment itself is nicely set up with a private bedroom, spacious shower (compared to our other stays in Iceland) and a kitchen with an oven (also a rare find from our other stays). We really enjoyed the location and the surrounding area. The only downside is the noise that trickles down from the occupants of the first floor apartment, but it wasn't a deal breaker. We would certainly stay here again.

Very nice flat in Reykjavik! It met all out needs on our stay. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Would recommend it for your stay.

Great spot for me and my girlfriend to stay for the start of our trip in Reykjavik. The flat had everything we needed. It was a great location for walking into downtown Reykjavik and exploring the city. We would stay there again when we come back to Iceland! 🇮🇸

Very cozy and comfortable. Fantastic location! Close to bus stops (where tours pickup), nice grocery, some restaurants. Was only there 2 nights after a cruise, but it would have been very comfortable for longer stay. If I return to RVK, would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay in Iceland. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable for our family of 4. We only had one noise issue from the upstairs neighbor one night. But overall a pleasant stay.

Quiet neighborhood. Apartment is located about 10 mins walk away from downtown and Hallgrímskirkja. Kitchen is equipped for quick meals.

The apartment was clean and we had what we needed. Size was fine for the two of us.Most very responsive. I would probably paint the stairway and add a front pan and something to use in oven like a casserole dish

We stayed in Reykjavik for 5 days and this location was perfect, both for getting tour pick-ups and for venturing downtown. Our host was very helpful with questions and very quick to respond.

The apartment is in the perfect location to see the towncenter, tours, renting a car,etc. The host is wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend.

The place was clean, quiet and spacious. We loved the walking proximity to Hallgrimskirkja and downtown but still being in a free parking zone. We could hear the soft ringing of the church bells from our place. It was a great place to sleep off our jet lag.

The flat was simple and clean and decently stocked. It was an absolutely perfect location for what we wanted to visit in the old Reykjavik city center. We parked our car and walked everywhere!

The best attribute of this place is it’s location and proximity to activities and tour pickup stops. We definitely would stay again. The accommodations are simple and adequate.

We enjoyed the location of this flat - central Reykjavík (everything 2-10 min away). The owner was very helpful throughout. The unit is fairly small (maybe similar to many Reykjavík flats, though we stayed later in one much larger). Nicely furnished. My one concern is the stairwell to get to the front door - the stairs are narrow, often slick, and there is no handrail.

We enjoyed our stay at this extremely convenient location. Easy walking to downtown and Old Harbour. Quiet neighborhood and very comfortable apartment. We will definitely stay here again when in Reykjavik!

Convenient food store is located nearby as well. Braud & Co. has terrific fresh pastries/breads. Don’t miss the Old Settlement area for quaint shops and food as well. Of course the Reykjavík guide books will point out all the attractions; but, consider one of the Hop On- Hop Off busses to allow for a nice overview of the city and then pick your favorite spots to revisit.
