Beautiful villa on the edge of town. Exactly as described on the website. Very clean indeed and everything there that was needed by such an age diverse group as us. Wonderful, safe pool for the toddlers. Food very, very good in all the local restaurants. The local Spanish were very friendly also. Would 100% visit this town and this villa again. Thank you very much to Adam and Sigrin for helping us have a fantastic family holiday.

We all liked the villa. It is in a very tranquil location with a secluded garden and pool. A short drive/ or walk to local restaurants, beach, bakery and a supermarket.,The villa is well equipped. An information folder with suggestions of where to eat/places to go would be helpful. Our hosts were very helpful and quickly responsive to any of our questions. If you are looking for a quiet holiday this is a good place to stay. Menorca is very beautiful.

My wife and I stayed for 5 weeks and during that time my son and wife and 2 teenagers stayed 2 weeks, then my daughter and 3 children stayed a different 2 weeks. The layout and bedroom configuration worked really well for us. The master bedroom and en-suite is upstairs. The other double with en-suite and 2 twins are close together and there is a further bathroom. There is a spacious lounge area leading to the outdoor terrace where we ate outside every evening. The pool is fantastic and ideal for all the family for either a quick cool down or some fun for the younger ones. There is a lovely outdoor “party room” with Bluetooth speakers and a barbecue. The garden area is really well kept with 2 or 3 seating areas shaded by by olive trees or awnings. A 7 minute walk gets you to the local supermarket and bakery and 7 restaurants, 6 of which have a sea view. Communications with the owner are excellent. Adam normally responds within seconds of messaging him. We did have 2 issues while we were there. Things break and staff don’t always do as expected. It happens. What matters is how things are resolved. Adam responds immediately and keeps you informed what is happening. He is the friendliest and best communicator I have ever had when staying in a holiday rental. I highly recommend him and his villa.

We are in our 60s and appreciated the location, quiet and peaceful . Easy walk down two sets of steps to lovely beach and bar. Excellent restaurants, but best to book. Villa was great, loved the outside space, sunsets watched while sat in the bbq hut. Many thanks to Adam who responds quickly, and dealt with our queries. This Villa is so well set up for a 3 generation holiday. We have 2 kids under 3 and everything you need is there including parasols for the beach, buckets spades etc for the beach, toys for the pools, toys for inside Etc. Grandparents slept upstairs and had their own space while we were all downstairs in the lovely cool and dark bedroom (no need for blackout blinds). You can easily walk down the hill to the supermarket and beach. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks

We really enjoyed this well-maintained villa, which is located in a cul-de-sac in a generally quiet area. The outside space is extremely private, with an open aspect across olive groves, so perfect for an all over tan! The outside and pool area are very well laid out and maintained, with good quality furniture and loungers. The pool is a good size and was particularly clean, with no damaged tiles and sensible access steps. The whole patio is covered in very nice quality tiles. The outside pool room is equipped with Wi-Fi speakers. The villa is very well situated for the waterfront restaurants/bars and supermarket. We had one small plumbing issue, which was addressed in super quick time by the very helpful maintenance company. Ample hot water supply and general water pressure. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we wanted in terms of implements, cutlery, crockery and appliances. The garden is well maintained with a lovely selection of plants, and it was very nice to see the tortoise wandering around from time to time. Internally operated external shutters on all the windows, and aircon in all the bedrooms are big plus points. Communications with Adam & Sigrin were excellent. We will be very happy to return.

Just back from having an amazing holiday with my family at this villa, this is our second visit and I loved it just as much as the first time. It has a great pool, not overlooked and the new pool room was brilliant to sit in at night having a bbq or just to relax with a book and a glass of wine. Just returned from a fantastic week at this villa. Located in a peaceful part of Binibeca, short walk down to the shops, restaurants and a little further down to the beautiful beach. The villa is very private and has a brilliant sized pool which was prefect for our party of 7, as was the dining area and the BBQ space. It felt like a home away from home and we had everything we needed for the week. Communication with the host was brilliant throughout our week, we had a reply almost immediately for all of our little queries. Would not hesitate to rebook this property and we were all sad to have to leave!

There are so many good things to say about our vacation in this villa, but I will try to stay somewhat concise. 1) amazing swimming pool, size is perfect, the water has an excellent temperature and the pool is well kept. Surrounding chairs are plenty and very comfortable. There is both shade and plenty of area for sunbathing 2) there is an overwhelming amount of toys for playing on the beach, in the pool and inside the house an occasional rainy moment of the day. I've never seen this in a rental villa and we (of course especially our son) were so happy about this! 3) the house, garden, everything was very perfectly clean 4) we had the chance to speak to the people from the service by telephone twice, and they were very friendly and helpful 5) anyone who books this villa (especially as a group of friends or sorts), will be glad to have such a nice BBQ area with an audio installation, mason BBQ, comfortable seats etc 6) the villa is well equipped for cooking and eating 7) the surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous. There are many villas in the area, all with gorgeous gardens, and it was one of our daily highlights to just walk around in the neighborhood. The villa is also close to the beach and a very small town nearby. We would recommend this villa to everyone who wants to stay in that area of Menorca! If we ever consider to come back to Binibeca (which is likely, but one enjoys to discover new places), we hope to be able to book this villa again!

Just got back from a lovely, lovely time at the villa. Beautifully kept, a glorious swimming pool that was ample for all six of us, and just a wonderful place to unwind. Thanks so much for all the help and advice on the local area. Can't recommend the villa enough.

The house is very modern and functional, offering a lovely view over sunset, in a super quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short walk down. We really enjoyed the pool and watching movies after a busy day touring the island. A great number of towels were provided which we are so grateful for. Each room had comfy beds. The outdoor seating area was amazing and the barbecue fun too. We also are super grateful for easy check in and check out, great communication throughout the stay.

Summary: What you will get is a lovely house - especially the outside area is perfect to sit, eat, sleep, relax, swim and tan - and an amazing, always available and commited host. The house is large enough for two families and well equipped, from washer to iron to every piece of kitchen equipment you would ever need: It’s all there. The illuminable pool is large, clean and great to relax in on a big watermatress. Don’t expect it to be really warm though, but the steps and the shower next to it make it easy to go in anyway. The outside furniture is well chosen and perfect for relaxing evenings. Adam is a great host, very communicative and if there ever is an issue, he does EVERYTHING in his power to fix it as soon as humanly possible. This is true even before the actual vacation period, as he was very very gracious in dealing with the various issues caused by the current pandemic situation.

This property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for my 60th birthday celebration with my family. The owner was very attentive. I thoroughly recommend this villa.

This is our third visit and we were not disappointed, lovely addition of the barbecue area was much used. First time with our little granddaughter who loved the pool. a lovely quiet location that we will no doubt return to again

Had a wonderful 2 weeks in this fab villa. The villa is in an excellent location - very near to a lovely beach, superb snorkeling & great restaurants. There's even a nice Aqua Park "Splash" nearby if you have young kids! The villa is so comfortable, with lovely areas to relax & unwind. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is great & much needed as the nights didnt get much below 24! Adam & Sigrin will answer all your questions & there is a towel change twice a week & linen change /quick clean weekly. Absolutely loved Menorca- would definitely recommend it - so clean, easy to get around, & surprisingly so much to do for such a lovely small island!! Will definitely be back!!

We had a lovely holiday at the villa. We all enjoyed the fantastic pool. The air conditioning was great appreciated in the hot weather. The BBQ area is lovely with the music playing in to the evening. Any queries or questions were answered and resolved for us very quickly. Definitely a villa we will return to again.

This villa will not disapoint. There is plenty of space for 8 people. There are several comfy outside areas to relax in. The pool was clean & a good size with plenty of room around it for loungers. The outside table is also a good size for 8 people. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could need. Excellent security with shutters on all windows. Fully air conditioned bedrooms! The villa is situated in a quiet area & not over looked at all. However, Cala Torret & Binibequer beach are just a 10min walk. Local restaurants & beach bars are excellent. We had a particularly good meal/experience at "Salitre". A well equiped supermarket & bakery are also 10mins walk. Beach/swimming towels were included which eased packing space & they seemed brand new & a good size & were changed half way through the week. Excellent service & great communication from the owner who answered all questions etc. We would definately stay here again. Thank you forva fabulous holiday.

Had a fantastic 3 week stay at this lovely villa. Nice and peaceful but within walking distance of any amenities that were needed, as we had our teenage grandsons staying for a few days this was very useful as we didn’t need to drive them everywhere. The villa itself was lovely and clean and had a everything we required to enable us to have a home from home stay. The housekeepers were excellent and we were pleasantly surprised to have the towels changed twice weekly which was much appreciated. This was our fifteenth year in Menorca and the villa met up to all our expectations . Would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Only disappointment we didn’t get to meet the donkeys Jane and David Hilton

We were extremely pleased with this superb villa which lived up to all our expectations. Situated at the end of a quiet residential area with lovely views over acres of olive groves. When we arrived we had a few questions and concerns which were handled immediately and efficiently by Adam and the management group. We then went on to have the most brilliant family holiday. The pool was cleaned and attended regularly, towel and linen changes were prompt and the mid holiday clean was more than just a quick mop around... We found the road down to restaurants and the beach easy to manage and we benefited by getting our step count up. The Spar and the bakery that was was left at the end of the road served all our needs along with some lovely restaurants which we enjoyed. The barbecue with speakers to stream music was a bonus and with lovely lighting we were able to chill to a party atmosphere. The villa is well equipped with tasteful personal touches. The master bedroom was superb. We like firm beds so this wasn’t a problem..... the single bedded rooms may need mattress toppers to suit individual needs but from our experience of the all round helpfulness of everybody this wouldn’t be a problem.We would definitely come back. We loved the villa and the area.

We went for a week in May 2019, we had great weather and a fantastic family holiday. The Villa lived up to our expectations and is as nice as it looks in the listing, there is a lot of outside space and it is very quiet in the Villa and gardens. The new Barbeque area is an excellent addition and gets the very last of the Sun late into the evening. The resort area is lovely we especially enjoyed the beach and the beach bar area set up on the rocky area above the beach. We like to vary our holidays and go to different places, but we will definitely look to revisit in the not too distant future.

We spent the first two weeks in October at this beautiful villa. From the time we booked to the time we left, Adam & Sigrin could not have been more helpful & accommodating. I had arranged the holiday for myself, my husband, my parents, sister & brother-in-law as we were all in need of a totally relaxing break & the villa more than provided for this. We felt settled as soon as we arrived & made it our home from home. The location was brilliant - we wanted peace & quiet & being positioned at the edge of the village & olive groves was just what we were looking for. The walk into Binibequer & the bakery in Cala Torret took a leisurely 10 minutes at the most. For food shopping the Lidl on the outskirts of Mahon was excellent. The donkeys visited us a couple of times & we found one of the very small baby tortoises - couldn't find its' mamma anywhere despite hunting! We also made friends with a stray mother cat & her 3 kittens! The gardens were beautifully landscaped & the views from the upstairs en suite were fantastic. All garden furniture was in excellent condition, clean & comfortable. The house felt safe & secure behind the sturdy gates & there was ample parking for 3 cars (we only needed 2 though). We didn't venture far & only ate out a couple of times. The villa provided for all our self-catering needs; we enjoyed eating out on the patio when the weather was good but eating in was comfortable too. The villa's inside & out were clean & tidy. The beds were so comfortable; linen & towel changes were provided as promised & the villa was cleaned in the middle of our stay. Our Mom's goal was to get to the beach at Binibequer & this was made easy now that a concrete wheelchair path has been installed - we also managed to get her & Dad there again for a sangria whilst we watched the sunset at Bucaneros (the beach bar on Binibequer beach & highly recommended). We cannot fault any aspect of our stay & have recommended several of our friends to take a look when planning their next holiday. We would return at a moments' notice knowing we were in for an absolutely beautiful & relaxing holiday. Thank you Adam & Sigrin - you have created a stunning holiday villa - thank you isn't enough; we were able to make some amazing memories for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in September. We took our 18 month grandson who loved the visit from the donkeys and baby tortoise. We did not hire a car but the local supermarket delivered our shopping free of charge. The local bakery made a fabulous Birthday cake for my husbands 60th birthday. We loved the pool and eating out together in the evenings. The local beach was perfect for us all. I would certainly recommend this Villa for all the family.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August and had a wonderfully relaxing family holiday with 2 teenagers- really quiet and peaceful but yet only a 5 minute walk down to Cala Torret's restaurants, little supermarket, bakery, bars etc. Also a really nice beach with beach bar is only a few minutes walk away too - we had a car so did explore several other beaches but if only here for a week the local beach is fab too! We often had a morning on the beach, a bit of lunch and back to the pool. Lots of areas around the pool to relax too - really comfy seating area - or just sit under the shady trees with a book. We did see the resident tortoise a couple of times and had to rescue him once as was stuck on his back! Ciutadella is a beautiful city to explore if you get a chance and do have a car - lots of lovely old buildings and quaint streets. Also paid a shopping visit to Mahon. We would not hesitate to return to Menorca or to this lovely villa!

Overall we had a fantastic holiday staying at this lovely villa. We had a couple of big problems with the pool and boiler which was unlucky for us but the owner did his best to get these sorted as fast as he could. Although this was a bit inconvenient we were not going to let it spoil our precious family time together. The villa has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable, I believe the mattresses have been changed since the earlier reviews mentioning that they were uncomfortable. Also a couple of good hairdryers that don’t burn your head! The outside area next to the pool is wonderful, we spent most of our time around there and you can eat there in the shade. There is sun all day by the pool and there are two large shades. Plenty of sun beds and a lovely private area for sunbathing upstairs. There is a large fridge freezer in the kitchen which was fantastic for keeping our drinks cool. The villa is very private and peaceful with a short walk to the beach and shops which was great as we had elderly parents with us. I would recommend this villa and you can be sure with a new pump for the pool and new boiler nothing major can go wrong😄 Also, Adam will do everything in his power to sort any problem out quickly. Thanks again Adam.

Great villa. Very quiet. Good location and quick to the beach. Really nice living space and open plan kitchen to living area. Good quality patio furniture was a bonus. Sadly let down for us by the very firm beds. All 7 beds were very firm and we didn't sleep at all. Pool area is north facing so didn't get the sun in late Sept and was so cold we didn't use it at all and had to go to the beach where the sea was warmer. Not ideal with a baby. Replace the mattresses and heat the pool out of season and it would be 5 star.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday staying at Villa Es Llaut Nou. The villa is extremely well equipped, spacious and beautifully furnished. The garden and pool were immaculately maintained with loads of space for eating and relaxing outside and stunning views over the olive groves. The location offers both tranquility and also convenience, being a short walk from the beach, and the village of Cala Torret with bakery, well stocked supermarket and several good bars/restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.
