Really lovely apartment, everything you need - like a home from home. Very clean, I think it was the cleanest Vrbo we had ever stayed in! Great location for exploring Antibes on foot Buses and train station nearby. Great Aperol Spritz at Cafe de Glacier ehich is 1 minute walk in Place de Gaulle. Cafe Pimms just 1 min further on down the main street towards the old town is great too. Many boulangeries nearby, restaurants, supermarkets and take aways.

Had a fabulous stay in this quintessential french apartment. Very near train station and old town which was perfect. Stayed a week. Slept well and felt very relaxed and was able to watch tv and enjoy my morning breakfast and evening snacks with a fully equipped kitchen. Also loved that I could do laundry. Highly recommend this gem of a place.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment to return to at the end of a day out and about! It's comfortable, nicely decorated, extremely well equipped with everything a person could ever need, and in a great location. The property manager was a ray of sunshine, very helpful and was willing to accommodate our times of arrival and departure. And left us some treats to enjoy as well. The roses were just lovely! We'll definitely return if we have another visit to Antibes.

Very comfortable, spacious, clean, well-equipped. Instant access to all Antibes has to offer. Town centre with busy bus stop directly outside, useful for excellent bus service to access surrounding area with no need for car. Friendly helpful manager.

Very cosily furnished apartment which offers everything. It is perfectly situated in the centre of the town in walking distance to beaches, amenities, restaurants, bars, etc. It has been a great pleasure being guests in this apartment and we would like to come back in the future. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment. We met with the property manager Jenni and she was so lovely and helpful. It was great having a Parking which is about a 5 min walk and the like the ad says I would recommend a small car If you plan on using it, we only put the car in the garage and left it as we did everything on foot and used public transport, it was just easier for us. The owner was great with communication When needed. This apartment has to probably the most well equipped apartment we’ve ever been in, they literally had everything we needed, That was so helpful and very much appreciated. It was clean and I loved the decor. The apartment is also well within walking distance of everything. we would 100% stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We have stayed here several times in the past and once again were not dissapointed. A bakery very close by for morning croisants, aMonoprix across the street for groceries and just about anything else. and shortwalk from the market and beaches.

A superb apartment right in the centre of Antibes with everything in walking distance. The apartment itself was one of the best we have stayed in with all you would want from a home from home...Can't wait to go back!

This our second stay in this wonderful apartment. The apartment is spacious, amazingly clean, stylish and has everything you need for a great holiday. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and the apartment is big enough for the four of us (including two teenagers!) The location is amazing, walking distance to a number of beaches and the start of old town is a couple of minutes away. Easy communication with Jenni, who is lovely and helpful. A fantastic holiday in stunning Antibes.

The apartment is magnificent in all ways. So tastefully appointed . Absolutely luxurious. AND Jenni who looks after the guest is so kind and wonderful.

Son’t have enough words to recommend this place! It has everything you can think of, the location is wonderful and what’s most important - it’s so cosy and stylish! We intend to be back with our kids and stay longer than the few nights we stayed this time.

This was our second time renting this beautiful apartment. It’s very well equipped, clean, comfortable and convenient to Old Antibes and the train station. There is a Monoprix grocery store across the street and numerous cafés and restaurants nearby. The owner is very pleasant to deal with as is the Manager and the cleaner. We have been big fans of Antibes for many years now, so were thrilled to come upon this delightful vacation rental! It was the cleanest, most well-organized and tastefully decorated apartment we've ever stayed in over these past 15 years. Although we didn't get to meet the owner, Waltraud, in person, we were thrilled to be welcomed by Jenni Baxter at the apartment. Jenni, an ex-pat from South Africa, was an absolute delight, and made us feel so special! She explained everything in the apartment, and was always available if we had any questions. She was one of the highlights of our stay in Antibes because of her warmth, her knowledge and her professionalism. Awaiting us on the kitchen table was a bottle of rosé with sparkling wine glasses and a beautiful postcard of Antibes, with a handwritten note from Waltraud, welcoming us and hoping we would enjoy our stay. Fresh flowers were in a crystal vase in the living room. This apartment was so wonderfully well-stocked with fresh condiments, bottled water, coffee, etc. that we really felt like a guest in someone's home! Linens, tea-towels, etc. were immaculate and well-organized, and all supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) were in abundance. Soap was at every sink....as it should be, when you come in from a long trip....but we have been finding that a lot of these essentials seem to be lacking in many rentals lately. The beds were very comfortable, and a/c-heat units were in the rooms.

This is a great property. It is very well fitted out with everything needed to have a very relaxed, easy and comfortable stay. It is close to everything, has a Monoprix just across the street and a wide choice of easily accessible restaurants, cafes, bars and speciality shops. A market is also on twice a week in the Square nextdoor. there is lots to see and do in Antibes and it is all on your doorstep.

This is my second stay at Waltraub's apartment and I am very happpy. The apartment is very well equipped. The WiFi is fast, the AC works great and I love the location for its proximity to everything you might need and a very short stroll to the beach.

We stayed for 10 days in this beautiful apartment. We met Jenni who checked us in and she was friendly and helpful. The flat is in an amazing location - local shops nearby and into the old town in minutes. Lovely and quiet apartment, the pictures do not do it justice! The second bedroom was great for our teenage daughter and 12 year old, they shared and were comfortable. There is everything you need in this apartment and more. We spent evenings on the terrace - enjoying the local cheeses and wine and there Is a huge selection of restaurants and bars near by. Our favourite beach was about a 15 min walk away - Plage de La Salis, it has lovely sand, beautiful views and no painful rocks underfoot in the water! We were sad to leave this lovely apartment and when we return to the area we will hope to stay here again.

Perfect apartment with everything that you could wish for. Loads of space and very homely. Perfectly located for beach, restaurants and train station and literally on top of a great bus service to adjacent towns. Loved our stay and highly recommend.

The apartment is lovely, nicely furnished, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you can possibly need and more. The location is fabulous - adjacent to the old town, two bus stops outside the front door, and less than a half mile to the train station. Exploring the Côte d’Azur is easy, using your Antibes flat as a home base. Jenni greeted us and was so helpful and friendly. The only downside is that although there are 2 nice bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, there is only one toilet so it is great for 2 adults but less than ideal if you have more adults. All in all, however, it is a great choice. My wife and I had the flat for a little over 3 weeks, and our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter joined us for 5 days. We loved it!

The apartment was impressive with lots of paintings, ceramics and ornaments and was very well equipped. It was convenient for shops and buses and a short walk into the old town for restaurants. However, the second bedroom didn't really look like a bedroom as it had neither drawers or a wardrobe which meant the person in that bedroom had to hang things in the wardrobe in the other bedroom. The writing desk could have been replaced with something more useful.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful flat which was spotlessly clean, has lovely antique furniture and paintings, is centrally located and has a garage for parking reasonably close by. Fabulous. Antibes a beautiful place to visit. A real treat.

This apartment was beautifully appointed. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the veille ville, à Monoprix on the corner, a bus stop right out the front door and the best croissants in town around the corner on the right as we stepped out the front doir. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waltraud's apartment. The location is ideal across the Monoprix and close to old town Antibes and the beaches. The apartment is amazing and well stocked including a lot of basic food pantry and bathroom staples in the apartment. The house decor is wonderful, and we had a great time reading through the books at home. Marta was our hostess and met us both at the beginning and the end of the stay. Two things to note: the house is in the city on the first floor, right above a bus stop. We did hear some street noise like idling trucks, buses and loud mopeds that took some getting used to for a day or two - including local road crew deciding to repaint the street lines one midnight. Parking in Antibes can be a challenge, so we had hoped to use the parking included with the apartment for our rental. However, as Marta mentioned, it may not be suited for rental cars beyond the small cars - we had a small Ford SUV. There are 2 parking lots close by and we used the Mediatheque parking lot about 3 blocks from the apartment for the week (45 Euros). Again, these 2 points do not detract from the house itself which was amazing and homey, and the excellent reception by Waltraud and Marta (many thanks)

Although I am very experienced traveler to the Cote d'Azur, I had never rented a place anywhere and did not know what to expect. I found Waltraud's apartment to be just lovely. It is tastefully decorated and is incredibly well-equipped from the kitchen and electronics down to beach stuff. I never even needed to buy any supplies. Marta met us and the check -in was seamless and very useful and clear information was left for guests. The location is terrific with everything you need and want just a short walk away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is incredibly well appointed, comfortable and relaxing. Situated just around the corner from the Place du Charles de Gaul, with all of it's café society and markets is a wonderful holiday experience. Antibes and Juan les Pins are both grand holiday destinations.

Property was fine except for the advertising of two bathrooms. One was not a bathroom, just shower and bath, so I feel that the advertising was misleading. I also paid an extra night because we had a family commitment that we needed to take care of. I would like to know if we could get reimbursed for the one night and hopefully you will correct the 2 bathroom add for others.Thank youPierre Zimmerman

This place is excellent really very well equipped. It is like home all amenities are high quality. The only minor issue is that parking is not easy as you need about 20 minutes to acccess the car otherwise it is really great.
