Das Ferienhaus hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, es ist super gepflegt und geräumig. Auch der Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Mix aus Städtetour und Strandurlaub.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Francesco allowed us to check in early and then spent considerable time showing us around the house , where everything was etc. then talked about the general area. The house is very well equipped and spacious. AC units in bedrooms are very effective. Pool is kept spotless and is ideal. Area residential but very quiet. Grass is kept very short so fewer insects than normal. House is 400 yds from good cafe for breakfast lunch and aperitivo, plus butchers and gelateria. Ten minutes walk to train station but also close to autostrada. Thoroughly recommend Francesco and the house.

Esattamente come in foto anzi dal vivo ancora più bella. Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di poterci tornare presto!!

La villa è dotata di un ampio giardino e una bella piscina che permettono di rilassarsi ad ogni ora del giorno. La casa è curata e fornita di ogni accessorio utile. Francesco è stato molto gentile e molto disponibile, dandoci suggerimenti e consigli per un ottimo soggiorno.

Un soggiorno piacevole etranquillo. La casa è ampia e funzionale, la piscina è grande e ben attrezzata, nonostante i dubbi che avevamo all'inizio la privacy non manca. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile, sempre discreto nelle operazioni di manutenzione (pulizia piscina, cura del verde).

A very clean property with a lovely pool. The owner, Francesco picked us up at the train station and went over the security system and the air conditioning/heating and showed us around the villa . Beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms had plenty of storage space. Great kitchen with everything we needed

Très agréables séjour, superbe et grande maison propre et complète, bien située pour visiter la région et encore un grand merci a Francesco et Marco pour la disponibilité et leurs sympathie.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem sehr gepflegtem Ferienhaus von Marco und Francessco! Die beiden Vermieter kümmern sich sehr und sind immer ansprechbar! Der Pool ist klasse und wurde von unseren Kinder ausgiebig genutzt. Die Lage zum Strand ist schon etwas weit, aber mit dem Fahrrad kein Problem! Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen! Danke an Marko und Francessco!

Erstmal einen lieben Dank an Francesco und seinen Bruder. Es war wundervoll. Sehr nette Menschen, ein sehr schönes Haus . Ist in Live noch besser . Die Lage ist super, wenn man keine Lust auf Meer hat kann man am Pool bestens die Zeit vertreiben . Alles war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank nochmal für den wundervollen Urlaub. Jedem zu empfehlen!!!

My wife, 3 year old daughter, my mum and myself had a wonderful week in this lovely house. A great house, fab pool, excellent location in a great town. We have stayed in some great places but this is now a firm favourite. The beds are very comfy too and the house is lovely and spacious. Nothing to complain about at all! Francesco is also a lovely guy to deal with - cannot wait to return.

Had a great week at Torre del Lago what a lovely little community by the sea the villa itself was amazing spotlessly clean and didn't want for anything while we were there. Francesco and his brother Marco were extremely nice and welcoming and even brought us some fresh fruit and vegetables on Wednesday grown on his own land fantastico!!!the pool was nice and very cooling after being out in the sun all day.would like to say thanks again Francesco and Marco for a lovely week at your villa Grazie mille Anthony and cindy

The house is very deceptive. It looks small on the outside but a vast amount of space inside. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The house is perfectly placed to visit Viareggio, Florence, Pisa and Lucca. The pool is a bonus and very welcoming after a hot days sightseeing. Francesco and his brother are very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic week here and would happily stay again. 10/10

We spent every night after busy days & nights out chilling on the outside seating area with pool all lit up, it was heaven! Francesco & Marco are fantastic, genuine hosts, nothing is too much trouble (even coming to take the sink u-bend apart to retrieve my ring after i dropped in down the sink for which i am so grateful!). They were welcoming & helpful with lots of advice on things to do, places to see. The house is well situated for walking to the beach, the beautiful national park & also local, friendly restaurants. We hired a car but you could manage without one as the train station is a 10 min walk away & convenient for Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre as well as Viareggio which only a 5 min journey & great for eating out! Will definitely be recommending this to everyone i know & will be back!

We stayed for a week & wished we booked for a fortnight. Our Hosts were fantastic & went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. 100% recommend to any family wishing to stay here. We will be returning.....

Perfect location - using trains (10 minutes walk to station) to reach Pisa, Lucca, Florence is easy and reasonably priced. The villa offers all the amenities one would expect and the owners could not be more helpful. Visit the town itself for a truly Italian experience - wonderful coffee and pastries, unrivalled pizzas and the most welcoming people. Lake Massaciuccoli is a 20 minute walk with lovely views and boat trips. Beach and seaside resort also within walking distance so you can dip your toes in the Med.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house in Torre Del Lago. The house is spacious, well equipped, clean and well maintained as well as comfortable. The pool and garden are wonderful, and the house is situated in a quiet residential area. There are so many things to do - the free beach is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute cycle away (on paths through the forest, we used the bikes from the house) and the train station (15 minutes to Pisa, just over 1 hour to Florence) is 10 minutes walk away. Shops and the town centre (including great pizzerias) are within 5 minutes walk. If anything the house description does not do it justice - it really is a lovely house. But the best thing (apart from the air conditioning in the bedrooms, which worked well every night) is the host - Francesco (and his brother Marco) are very friendly, always happy to help and Francesco turned up mid-week with a wonderful box of vegetables that he had grown on his allotment. We would heartliy recommend a stay here and we hope to come back again soon!

perfect villa spacious bedroom, qood quality, all we needed we have had in this house. You can eat outdoor easyly, you can swim or wait on the outdoor deck very comfortable house et very quiet. Near the beach, near the autostrada etc.... And special thanks to Francesco, who was very nice with us.

The best way is through the woods along the canal, where you can see turtles and maybe, wild boar. There are local restaurants and shops within walking distance also. The house itself was very clean, with a functional modern decor. Everything worked, and everything we needed was there. The pool is perfect for a cooling swim, and for the kids to play in. The location is great for Pisa which is only a few minutes away, and for Lucca. It's next to the motorway, so Florence is also easy to get to. It's only 15 minutes from Pisa airport. Villareggio is only 5km away, and is perfect for a passeggiata. The mountains of the Alpi Apuane are close and we had some great days out walking. Francesco was super helpful and friendly, and speaks English. He left us some vegetables from his garden which were delicious. Overall, this is probably the best holiday home we've stayed in, and we've stayed in quite a few over the years!

There is a nice sandy beach at Torre del Lago only a short drive away. Viareggio is further down the coast and has some great boutique shops.

House, swimmingpool and garden are very nice! The kids loved it. Nearest beach is 10 min by bike. Viareggio beach is 15 min by car. The owner is very friendly.

I have just spent a week in this villa and would happily spend a month here. The house appears to be quite small from the outside but it is spread out over 4 floors and is very spacious - even for 6 girls...which is saying something! The pool is the same depth all the way along and was atmospheric when lit up at night. The owner, Francesco, was extremely helpful and friendly, and his English is very good. The villa is less than 10 minutes walk from Torre del Lago station where you can get to Pisa Centrale in 15 minutes. From here we also spent the day in Florence so it’s a great base for exploring the whole of Tuscany. Only 30 minutes walk from the villa is a stunning sandy beach which backs on to a National Park which has many walking and cycling routes. Thanks Francesco – see you again soon!

This is an excellent value property. We searched many alternatives and found this to be the best option for our family. This is a new property, and we were going to be the first occupants. Given this, and since we we not familiar with the area, we were understandably somewhat skeptical. However immediately upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by quality of the accommodation, the area, and especially the cordiality of the owners. Francesco and Marco are very competent, honest and precise professionals. Our flight was delayed 12 hours and they still came to meet us at the end of the autostrada from Florence at midnight, so we could follow them to the residence. They procured 2 infant beds for which I was willing to pay, but they asked for nothing. When by mistake I left a key inside the front door lock, preventing us from getting in with the other key, they promptly came to remedy the matter. The house was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The area is quiet and convenient to to the sea, shopping, supermarket, childrens park, Viareggio, and the other attractions in Tuscany. We are planning to likely vacation here next year and would stay here again given the very pleasant experience during our 10 day stay. My thanks again to Francesco and Marco for thier assistance and hospitality.
