Excellent host. Very helpful and flexible.
Beautiful appartment refurbished in a historical building. Excellent dotations. Matching description and photos.
Even Galicia can be very hot. There is no air conditioning or fan in the apartment that is located above a restaurant and a busy square with active night life.
Location is excellent from this point of view. BUT:
We were traveling with a 2 year old.
- the only way to keep a tolerable temperature in the room was to keep windows open
- there is a window facing a ventilation area in the back, but this is shared with the kitchen of the restaurant underneath. Constant smell and noise.
- the other windows facing the square are bringing in all the noise - which is something I was prepared for considering location. So no sleep until 3 AM.
- the surprise came when everything was pleasant and cool at 7 AM: the street cleaners using an extremely loud machine just under the window for about 30 minutes after which time you are sufficiently frustrated not to be able to go back to sleep.
I am not a fuzzy sleeper at all. But this night I could not get any sleep beyong the 4 hours of quiet.

Great location and decor. Comfy yet modern.
The Plaza de la Verdura can get a bit noisy at night, so if you want to sleep in the auxiliary bedroom it could be an issue.
Only drawback was lack of closets and drawers. Would have been an issue for a longer stay or if traveling with the wife.

The location is amazing and the whole apartment is practical and stylish. The host met us on arrival and gave a quick friendly intro.
The plaza can be a bit noisy at times, but that comes with the location. The windows insulate noise decently.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, and the location is amazing!
The square can be noisy in the evenings as there’s many bars but if you close all windows that’s fine.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed and furnished, and immaculately clean. In addition, it is located on a charming pedestrian square in the heart of the historic center, and an inexpensive public parking garage is only a two-minute walk away.

I loved the interior architecture and ambiance, which is a mix of modern and old. The location in central Pontevedra could not be better.
The windows/doors to the living room are huge. I liked keeping them open during the day to let in lots of fresh air and light while taking in the lively atmosphere of the Plaza de Verdura outside.
Although the apartment is next to that square where lots of people dine at night, the main bedroom is far enough away that it isn't noisy to sleep there (with the windows closed, of course). I slept very soundly every night.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable! It's larger and a much better value than most of the nearby hotels nearby.
I suppose the TV could be a bit larger. I didn't watch it much.

The location is great!
It was very dirty, the floor and kitchen furniture especially. The smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom drove me really mad. Unacceptable! The rooms are not conveniently equipped; really no place to arrange your stuff, the clothes stand/rack is all shaky and is located right next to the radiator, covering it, and since we were using the radiator we simply couldn’t use the clothes rack.
The 2nd room is bigger but has no view, I’d even say no windows because there is a small one but you can’t open it because of the smell coming from the street, it’s not fresh and it stinks of trash.
The apartment looks much better in the photos and I believe in our case during our stay: the lowest rainiest season, it was very overpriced!
Not recommended unless it’s twice cheaper and you don’t mind smell of cigarettes and dirty floors.

The location is awesome--overlooking a lively square in the historic center of Pontevedra. As the square is traffic-free, the noise level is moderate. The large windows offer a lot of light but block virtually all of the noise. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It has two bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen, dining area and living area form one big space, so it is a great space to have some people over. The apartment is in a good condition, everything works, and the kitchen is well equipped.
