Excellent property for 2 close to town and all amenities. Property is kept to a high standard and has everything you need for a very pleasant stay in Croyde! Great little find, would highly recommend.

A wonderful weekend spent in sunny Devon. The accommodation was of the highest quality, check in seamless and the only issue we had (when my husband tripped the electrics) was dealt with immediately. Could not recommend this place highly enough!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is just a dream. The property it’s self is so lovely and cozy and it’s in a great location. Croyde is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I’m sure we will be back to stay again.

Edge of village but easy walking distance to shops, bars etc and just 15mins to walk down to the beach. Lovely quiet walks up green lanes onto surrounding hills from path next to apartment. Stylish and 'chintz free' apartment- good quality furnishings & kitchen equipment, Skandi/White Company vibe and all very clean. Lovely private garden area too, and off street parking right by the door(though you may need someone to watch for traffic as you reverse in). Lovely touches like the coffee machine. And of course the hot tub. Wished we could have stayed longer.

A fantastic place to stay in Croyde, apartment itself was perfect, ideal for the 2 of us and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was an added bonus! Location is perfect, 5 min walk to town and 10 mins to beach. Would highly recommend staying here.

Overall experience was fantastic originally booked for January but moved easily to may when second lockdown happened. Great location to pubs and the beach, easy to find with directions given from owner. Excellent communication from owner all the way through the process. Only small negative was the location of the hot tub, we found that as the road is on a main bus route the passengers on the double decker bus can see right in to the garden so we had to wait until the buses stopped running to use it. I would just suggest putting some further fencing on top of the wall that is currently there, this would prevent this and when using the hot tub you are able to relax.

French doors onto a lawn and the jacuzzi providing a private space which we didn't use because the weather wasn't kind enough in October. We found the sofa a bit low. Loved the decor and kitchen super but missed having a microwave. Thank you again for having us. Best wishes

We had a lovely stay at the Net Loft. It’s a beautiful private space with its own hot tub. Only about a 5 minute walk to the centre of the village. Anne Marie and Jason were such lovely and friendly hosts. We had such a good time so much so that we’ve already booked our next stay in the new year!

Property is in a really good position in Croyde for all that you want to do. It is decorated to a very high standard (especially the shower) and has all the facilities you need if you fancy cooking your own food. The hosts were really friendly too. Highly recommend

Can not recommend this property enough, perfect location only a 2 min walk from the center of Croyde. We felt instantly relaxed in this cosy place. The garden and hot tub are a get bonus and we really wanted to come back each day to chill out there. The styling of the place really is beautiful and the bed is very comforty. Everything you could want in a getaway cottage.

An absolutely beautiful little cottage, very clean and nicely presented. The hosts were very warm and welcoming whilst not being intrusive. Very comfy huge bed. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after active days out and it was a nice surprise for the outdoor shower to be hot!

What a delightful place to stay! We absolutely loved our time at the Net Loft. The hosts were extremely welcoming so our arrival was a very pleasant experience. The Net Loft exceeded all our expectations, both for the top notch interior and a superb location. We will definitely be visiting the Net Loft again. Perfect!

We spent 4 days at Devonia cottage in the October half term. The facilities are outstanding, a great blend of old and new with a real country cottage feel but modern touches in the excellent kitchen along with good broadband and lots of TV's! Hot tub is a wonderful addition. Position is just over the road from a decent pub that does food and there are other good options in the village. The big attraction of course are the beaches and surfing which do not disappoint and you'd be hard pressed to find a better base. We had a few glitches with the heating when we first arrived (it unfortunately coincided with the first real cold snap of the year) but the owners AnneMarie and Jason got things sorted as soon as they could and were always available. Highly recommended - we will be back :)

We all enjoyed our stay at Devonia Cottage. This property comfortably sleeps six and is fitted out to a high standard throughout. There is a pub opposite and the beach and centre of Croyde are a short walk away.

The cottage was great and well furnished, the kitchen has all the gizmos and the garden is a nice place to spend the evenings watching the sun go down.
