We just returned from our best trip to Kiawah/Seabrook Island yet! This was our first time staying on Seabrook Island but it won’t be the last. 1313, was all that we could have asked for … easy access to the beach, perfect view from the deck, and close to the pool and restaurants. The condo itself was roomy and very well maintained. Mary was very accessible and easy to plan with. We love to vacation in this area and can’t believe it took so long for us to explore Seabrook. We can’t wait to go back!

We’ve been to Seabrook many times and have stayed at a lot of the villas. This was by far our favorite! We love the corner unit and windows … great view. We have an 8 month old baby and this unit was perfect for her too … blackout curtains in the bedroom and a comfy chair when we put her to bed! Unit is super clean as well. We did cook at home several nights. Pots/pans are not great for if you’re going to be cooking but we made it work!

This was a lovely stay with a fabulous view! Owner was very quick to respond to my communications. We enjoyed a rainy day inside with a great view and comfortable living area. Seabrook is gorgeous- great place to unwind!

The property itself is great, exactly as the pictures show. This unit has super easy access to the beach at boardwalk 9. All the beach equipment you could need. It was so relaxing sitting on the porch watching the sunset that we cooked at home most nights so we could enjoy it. The only negative, and this is personal to us, is the lack of dining options on Seabrook. I think it was because we were end of season but several times we went to eat or have a drink at one of the resorts facilities only to find it closed. Harris-Teeter to the rescue!

The pictures don't do the place justice - it's really nice! It's right on the beach, and I especially loved the dunes between the property and the beach - it gives the location a secluded, private feel because you can't see the people on the beach from the deck (but honestly, the beach was never crowded, even in early August). We saw a ton of wildlife roaming around in the dunes! The sunsets each night from the deck were absolutely breathtaking. Checking in and out was seamless. Two things to note: there's basic kitchen equipment available, but you might want to bring some things to supplement what's provided if you like to cook - we weren't able to find a cheese grater or can opener. Also, it's a first floor unit, so you can definitely hear your neighbors walking around upstairs a bit. If you're used to apartment/condo living, you might not even notice, but if you're sensitive to sound, I'd suggest renting the unit above this one (1314 Pelican) hosted by the same hosts - I'm sure it's just as lovely!

The space, the host, the accuracy of the listing were all wonderful. We appreciated the proximity to the Clubhouse + beach. Drinking coffee in the morning with the sunrise AND sipping wine on the deck at sunset were amazing options. The space itself was appointed well. Host was very responsive with any needs we had and the Amenity Card Access was a big bonus.

We had an enjoyable stay at the beach. The property had a view of the beach. The patio also offers unobstructed views of the sunsets. The inside of the house was exactly as pictured online. Plenty of space for 2 people. We are looking forward to booking here next summer.

Everything about this property is spot on. Perfect location, wonderful view. I have stayed in several units on this property and this one is by far the nicest. Mary is a great host. Will be reserving this unit again.

The villa was perfect, upon our arrival we noticed how clean it was. The view was better than the picture’s online. We could not believe how beautiful everything looked. The host was so helpful and friendly. We will book this again.

Great location as everyone mentioned. 8 minute walk to the ocean pools, beach a minute away (we brought walkie talkies so we could talk to the kids if they were at the beach and vv), sand toys and chairs to take advantage of. We didn’t bring which I wish we would have - plastic cups to bring drinks to the beach in, beach towels (not provided) and bug spray. We rented a golf cart which was so much fun to have to get around the island. You can also drive it to the Marina and the grocery store at Freshfields. (Also only salt and pepper so bring your own oil and spices if you want to cook). We were a family of 4 and had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

We found this delightful villa on VRBO and were happy in every respect. It sits right on a very quiet beach with miles of walking and views of beautiful sunsets from our deck. We saw dolphins "strand feeding" on our first day right in front of us. The villa was simple, homey, clean and comfortable. I do not generally like living with other people's personal belongings around and I appreciated that this space was very uncluttered. Mary was wonderful at answering a phone call or text immediately and whenever we had a question. We would def. recommend this charming villa.
