This house is incredible! We had 14 guys stay here for 4 nights on a golf trip and it was excellent. The property managers were very accommodating and responsive, and even met us there to give us a tour and show us how everything works. We took full advantage of the volleyball court, basketball court, pools and hot tub during our stay. The house itself has plenty of room, beds, bathrooms, and everything else you’d need to cook, clean, etc. We will stay here again when we come back next year!

Property was outstanding. Beautiful, and tons of room for 4 couples. Lots to do onsite without having to leave, and great spaces for making meals. Great central location though to a lot of local attractions and activities. Would definitely go back.

Outdoor area is very good for social. Solid hot tub and pool area, movie theater is cool and we used it a lot. Nice comfortable living room, area for groups to hang out together. Location is ok, just off a major street so some street noise noticeable at night. Very convenient to most of Scottsdale though. Well appointed kitchen. It’s says it sleeps 16, but really it sleeps 5 couples very comfrtably….it’s really 5 bedroom and then 3 other sofa beds that are in 3 of the 5 bedroom areas. Property manager was quite responsive and helpful.

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday there and it was perfect. The kitchen was well supplied for our cooking and the house well suited for all our guests! Would definitely stay here again.

We planned a trip to Florida in which we had to cancel due to the damages done by hurricane Ian. We chose Scottsdale and although there is not an over abundance of things to do for kids in Scottsdale, this house made it worth it. The kids stayed busy in the pool for hours every day and played basketball tennis golf watched movies in the theater etc. we’re ocean people but this house made our Arizona visit great!!

We had a great experience, easy to book, great communication, easy check in process and the property manager was always available if we had questions or needed anything. Great experience overall!

Fantastic getaway
The home was beautiful! The layout and home so well thought-out, plenty of bathrooms. We loved that all the rooms have king size beds. The pools are awesome, very comfortable to enjoy all day. Kids loved all the sport options.

Property worked well for our family as we are active and there was plenty to do for ages 6 to75. Didn't feel need to leave property and there was plenty of room for all without being on top of each other.

Amazing experience
The house was amazing, the amenities were incredible. The house was perfect for 10-11 of us to relax and prepare for our tennis tournament. The house is ideally located, so just a 10-15 drive to restaurants, tennis facilities, and grocery stores were close by. Great memories.

My family and I loved this beautiful home inside and out! So much to do on property you won’t even need to leave! We swam, played volleyball, ping pong, putt putt and basketball plus the work out room was awesome with saunas!!

Oasis in the Desert
Massive, over the top & perhaps a bit gaudy but you aren't buying it, you're renting it! You will love your time at the home. If you have kids, you'll like it even more as there is so much to do. prob top 3 in places we've ever rented.

HolidayRental even sent us a chef to use for our dinners and we got a pre-stock grocery done for us so we didnt have to waste time at the store. Looking at booking this home again for Spring Break.

STUNNING!
We stayed here a few weekends ago to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was absolutely perfect. The level of detail and attention to care throughout the property is one of the best I've ever seen. The outdoor area was great for hanging out and playing football. The cornhole game on the deck that overlooks the pool area was also a hit! We had 12 people and it was more than enough space for everyone.
