Too hard to figure out how to get on the internet

Very spacious with nice well set up kitchen. Very clean. User friendly location. Would probably use again in spite of what is written about significant negatives below

Poor communication and transparency. Wrote a number of times to get directions to get in and was not answered. I know they got my notes because I included information they wanted and they had the information when we arrived. Wandered streets with suitcases for hour and a half looking. They blamed booking.com for lack of response, but they had sent no replies. They made a point of asking us to notify before leaving for instructions. We did that but they failed to reply. Unexpected mandatory charges. Internet a bit spotty and only allowed one device(even if original device turned off)

The property is amazing - the perfect location in the centre of Garmisch, a terrace/garden for some outside space, and lots of room inside. It will be our first choice for our next trip.

The wifi wasn't so great, as we could only get one device to work with the provided log in details.

Great location. Very well equipped holiday flat. Secure parking. Very helpful owner.

I thought there could be a few more basics provided in apartment e.g. shower wash in bathroom, cooking oil in kitchen.
