It has car parking, a €10 Uber away from Dubrovnik old town, it’s own private pool and next door to an exceptional steak restaurant (which despite the proximity caused us no noise problems at all)

It was a lovely and relaxing stay. It was adjacent to a fabulous restaurant which served local sourced and cooked dishes. Everyone was lovely.

Property was immaculately clean on arrival . We were greeted by Bozo the owner who waited for us as we were very delayed. Beds clean and comfortable. We were unable to think of any item that wasn’t provided - kitchen very well equipped . Other families have commented on the split between the upstairs and downstairs , this wasn’t a problem for us as our four teenagers are older. Pool was beautiful and well maintained . Area in which Villa positioned was easily got to by using Ubers . which compared to hiring a car for two weeks was cheap. It is also possible to walk to the large supermarket about 30/40 mins and get an Uber back with shopping . Views whilst walking are amazing and worth the walk . We also had dinner in the restaurant on site which was again relatively inexpensive compared to meals out in Dubrovnik but far far better quality.

There is nothing as adults we didn’t like about property . The only thing our four teenagers grumbled about that the WiFi didn’t quite reach the pool - poor children .

We liked the garden with a small pool, spend a lot of time there. The house is situated in a calm place, you hear only birds singing in the early morning.

The restaurant located just next to the house is sometimes very busy and hosting a lot of guests. It makes it loud from time to time which was a drawback for us when we were going to bed early with our daughter.

Spacious away from the city. Lovely pool and pool area. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic restaurant next door although it was very expensive relative to all the other restaurants we visited on holiday (and we weren’t told the prices until the bill arrived). Host was very welcoming and keen to help.

The fact that the third bedroom was in a separate unit you could only access via an external staircase - not ideal when staying as a family with young children. No air conditioning in the bedrooms. No view of the pool from the main living accommodation which seemed strange. Having to pay in cash on arrival. The complex felt a bit industrial.

The owner Bozo (and the rest of his family) is very friendly and is 100% at your assistance and helps instantly wherever he can. The house is really very well equiped and was very clean. Very nice swimming pool with 2 massage seats and relax garden with sunbeds for all, natural shadow by very beautiful olive trees. The restaurant on the premise, owned by the owner's family is very recommendable, we ate very good there, and their licors/wines are the best!

There is no direct connection between the house/apartments and the garden by which-- if you want to enjoy drinks or diner outside in the garden- you need to take all food and drinks first downstairs and then completely around the house to arrive in the garden. But the owner had plans to install an outdoor kitchen soon there😊 Beds not so very comfortable, some quite small too.

The property is fantastic in general, perfect amenities with more than we needed. The space of the house is very well divided, beds are comfy and kitchen fully equipped. Excellently clean with lot of fresh towels for the whole family. Hosts are incredibly helpful, they wait for us in front of the house, offer welcome drink and explane important things about Dubrovnik city. On their suggestion we done trip in Dubrovnik area. We loved the details in the house which made us feels like at home. Location is great, dead quite, easy to relax but not far away from crowded city. We will definitely come back more days to enjoy the property more.
