Needs a ice maker, other than that it was nice

Close to beach. Nice quiet street for running in the morning. Enjoy the balcony while listening to waves. Close enough to see rocket launch from beach

Great location and nicely decorated. We never had any major issues that we had to contact the management but be aware: The unit has a musty smell (almost like it was a pet friendly unit). We thought the smell might go away after a day of turning the AC to lower than 78 degrees. But unfortunately the smell didn’t go away. The place looks nice but many areas are well worn. Like multiple outlets were so loose, that phone chargers would fall out of them. Finishes on faucets, towel bars/hooks were worn off in places. The light in the kitchen when in the off position flashes (noticeable at night from the couch). The furniture on the balcony looked nice. But we never sat on due to the mildew smell. There is a fair amount of light that comes in from around the curtains, if you are wanting a completely dark sleeping bedroom. The pool, hot tub, lounge chairs were nice but the posted rules are not enforced. A large group of people brought their coolers of alcohol daily(just mentioning that in case it bothers you.).

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was pretty good. The only glitch was lack of internet access for the first few days, but they finally got it fixed. Colin was very easy to work with. We would stay there again

VERY DISAPPOINTING! Poorly stocked kitchen, small very old TV's, no ice maker in the fridge, very stingy on startup supplies.

This condo had everything my family needed for a great beach vacay. Everything was clean and comfortable! We loved the location and access to the pool. We will be back!

Pros: great location. Friendly people. Quick response to questions. Cons: We had to clean tub in bathroom before using. Sliding door and screen door very difficult to open and close. No handle when we arrived. No handle on toaster. Bedroom did not look like picture. Balcony furniture needs deep cleaning. Beach chairs uncomfortable - had to purchase new umbrella - no umbrella top available.

We had a great week here, beautiful weather and beach! Our condo was very clean and had what we needed. The only thing we were alittle disappointed with was no extra blankets in condo and a charcoal grill at complex to use instead of gas. We had a lot of sun and above average temps, a very beautiful week!

Great location. Nice shared pool and hot tub. Steps from the beach. Unit is good but outdated, would greatly benefit an overall update. Towels are old and stained, shower head leaks. Good for few days stay, longer stay you wish you had your own items. Read similar comments before. Some kitchen items are old. Balcony furniture in good shape, but pillows are stained and need a deep clean or replacement. Beach chairs are camping chairs. Would go back to this building however not to this unit. Ownership needs some update to make the experience worth going back to this unit. Basketball and tennis court available but no sporting items available to enjoy them. Shared sauna was broken, not able to use it during our 9 day stay.

Nice size unit. The locals and other area renters can access the tennis and basketball courts. People at all hours that were not paying renters of cape winds were using the courts. My 11 yr old son had to listen to foul language coming from the court. Of course there is no onsite mgmt. they are fully area of this going on. The owner of this unit (due to the close proximity to the courts) should pursue getting this resolved. I’m sure it won’t be though.

We had a very nice stay in November. Pool was heated and hot tub was nice and hot. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and tidy.

We found this condo as a last minute rental. It was priced right for our getaway. The location is great! It is very close to the beach and has a wonderful view of the sunrise and sunset so we really enjoyed the covered porch. The bed was comfortable and the two bathrooms were a plus. The condo was the perfect size for a couple. The living room furniture needs an update. The kitchen was adequate. The bathroom and beach towels need replacing. The shower heads need to be updated. If you choose to rent this condo, I would suggest bringing your own towels.

We were not able to get this room because of a bathroom problem. Would have liked it better than the room we received because would have been the ocean view, we wanted. Was very disappointed in that fact. We did like the other room because was well kept and clean and nicely arranged. Also haven't received the refund for the room change if you can see to that. Thank you

This place has a good location to get to anywhere you want to go! The condo was equipped with everything you would want for a stay! It rained and turned cool for two days but we went shopping and sports grill hopping! There are lots of them available! The beach access is literally a 2 minute walk. We would stay here again if we were to come back!

Very clean property! The heated pool and hot tub were nice. The covered parking and tennis/basket ball courts were a plus too. I would definitely stay here again.

The is a terrific property. Second floor, easy access, very clean, cute decor, well equipped. Lovely pool and right on the ocean. Highly recommend. Parking very convenient.

It was nice and clean. Had all the amenities. The chairs, beach towels and umbrella was a life saver. Without that umbrella we would've been toast. Only down side was only having 1 key to get in and out of the pool. Having multiple people with 1 key and wanting to go separate ways made it hard , I got locked in the pool area and had to have someone let me out bc my family accidentally took the key. Reason is understood so random people don't get in, but sucked a little lol 2 would've been helpful. A/c wasn't super strong and the back room got hot with the door closed. Again, minor issues but wouldn't even consider that an issue. Wonderful stay on this quiet part of the beach.

This was the best overall vacation experience I’ve had with a condo and would recommend it to anyone the area was fun short walk to the beach literally only took 5 min and they provided beach equipment for you to use!

The unit was clean. Had all the beach equipment we needed. The balcony could have cleaner and paper towels in the kitchen would have been nice. Overall, great value and location!

Outside condo building was a little sketch, but once inside the rental it was very nice. Clean and well maintained. Short walk to beach and pool. Large balcony. Comfortable bed. We all enjoyed it very much!

The location was great the property was very nice the condo was as advertised. The only thing I would ask the owner to add would be extra blankets. We had my 7 year old son sleeping on the couch bed and there were not many blankets. We had a great stay Thank you Rick

We ended up purchasing new ones, but as we were leaving we noticed rentals may have been available at Ron Jon's. It was very nice to have two bathrooms and showers. It is a short 5-10 minute drive to many excellent restaurants. The Cocoa Beach Pier is about 1.5 miles away, definitely walkable on the beach at low tide. This condo is an excellent value for the price. We will be back next time we are in Cocoa Beach!

Great little condo near Cape Canaveral. If you’re looking for the hustle and bustle of Cocoa Beach or do not want to have to drive for meals then stay closer to Cocoa Beach. If you’re looking for quieter beaches and don’t mind a suburban feel then this location is great. Very well appointed and equipped condo but bring some comfy beach chairs if that matters to you.
