Super great place with perfect conditions. Host was very friendly and helpfull! Perfect climatisation of the apartment and very clean an new. Thanks for the accommadation we spent a great time!

The apartment is located 100 meter from the coast. It is close to grocery shops and other shops and restaurants. The beach is wide open for children and adults.
There are places to visit along the coast and San Marino and other interesting towns like Urbino.
With a big garage with room for two cars it is ideal for travel.
The unit is loaded with towels and sheets, full kitchen utensils. Two bathrooms. Detergent for wash and kitchen wash and toilet paper for a good start.
What more can you ask.
We enjoyed the place very much.
One thing we did not find. There were numerous channels on the TV, but no english speaking channels. However, this is a home and not a hotel. It is easy to see what is happening on the sports channels anyway.

This is a great find very near the beach. Apartment is clean and comfortable for cooking, sleeping, hanging out. The heart of Viserba is about half a mile away but there are ice cream, cafes, banks, bus stops all nearby.

Tolle Wohnung, super Betreuung.
Super Wohnung. Modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Wir waren mit vier Personen da. Durch die zwei Bäder hatte jeder ausreichend Platz. Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial. Nur ca. 150 Meter vom Strand entfernt und trotzdem in ruhiger Lage, da die Wohnung in einer kleinen Seitenstraße liegt. Durch die große Garage gibt es keine Parkplatzprobleme. Antonella hat uns hervorragend betreut.

Schöner Urlaub in Viserba
Unsere Vermieterin hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, modern und großzügig geschnitten. Es gab sehr viel Stauraum und 2 tolle neue Bäder. Alles war so wie auf den Bildern. In 2 min zu Fuß war man am Strand, entlang der Promenade gab es viele gute Restaurants und der Supermarkt war auch ganz in der Nähe. Perfekt war für uns die große Garage, wo wir unser Auto sicher und im Kühlen abstellen konnten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen!

Ottimo soggiorno
Bellissimo appartamento, recentissimo e con tutti gli accorgimenti per render il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Il mare è molto vicino anche se, dato il periodo, non abbiamo potuto goderne. Un grande supermercato è in prossimità. Accoglienza da Antonella molto cordiale e diponibilità massima. Grazie e un caro saluto da tutti noi.

Empfehlung aus ganzem Herzen!
Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern (6-11) zwei Wochen in Antonellas Wohnung. Das Haus wie auch Wohnung sind in blitzsauberem, gepflegtem Zustand. Die Austattung der hellen Wohnung ist modern und hochwertig, die 2 Bäder (einmal Dusche, einmal Wanne, beide mit Bidet) sind geräumig und in Top-Zustand.
Die Kommunikation mit Antonella war absolut reibungslos und sehr herzlich. Nochmal an dieser Stelle vielen Dank für die süßen Leckerbissen ;)

Perfektes Objekt in toller Lage!
Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, alles wurde erklärt. Es war alles sehr, sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist absolut vollständig. Auch mit einem goßen Auto kommt man in die Garage. Der Weg zum Starnd ist kurz, Bäcker, Pizza und Supermarkt ist alles um die Ecke und zu Fuß zu erreichen. in der Wohnung hört man weder den Zug noch die Starndpromenade.

Sehr funktionale saubere Wohnung, in der man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann und in die man gerne nach einem Strandtag zurückkehrt und in der auch das kochen Spaß macht.

Antonella ist super nett und immer behilflich. Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Meer sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Wohnung ist neu und total schön sowie voll eingerichtet. Wir werden wieder kommen!!

Wir müssen sagen es war einfach Top, die Wohnung ist ein Traum, alles neu und sehr sehr sauber. Hatten eine eigene Garage da war das Auto sicher. Der Strand gute 2 min zu Fuß. Wir kommen wieder.

Toller erholsamer Aufenthalt!
Die Wohnung ist wirklich super modern und echt nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Man hat dort alles was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Immer wieder gerne! Auch die Vermieterin war super nett und zuvorkommend. Top Aufenthalt!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Top Zustand. Alles sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Duschtücher usw. alles vorhanden. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Antonella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist auch super. In ein paar Schritten ist man am Strand, ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und auch die Einkaufsstraße ist gut zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Senza troppi giri di parole l’appartamento è esattamente ciò che uno vorrebbe aspettarsi: Nuovo,Bello,Spazioso,centrale sia per il mare (20 passi),che per la fiera (7 minuti), box doppio con serranda elettrica. Antonella cordialissima. Tutto veramente eccellente !!

Lovely apartment, modern, extremely clean in a well served area.
Antonella is a great host, very responsive and ready to help. The apartment is perfect, it has everything you need from home to home. Modern furniture and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this place to anyone that wants to spend some time in Rimini. The area is well served with bars restaurants supermarkets etc. Bus stop and train station very close too. However, the apartment has a large garage for you to use( and it is a great bonus )if driving!!! Very convenient and safe.

Very clean, modern and comfortable flat, as shown in the photos. In October it's very quiet and super for getting some rest. We had a perfect place to stay. Antonella was very nice and helpful.
The bed in the single room is not fitted for person over 1.80m.
The only things we missed were a kettle and a coffee machine (a cafetiere was available though) , but I guess this is a very individual thing of people coming from the north Europe 😉�
All in all we had a very good time there.

Antonella, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, hat sich super um uns kümmert. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war einfach. Das Objekt ist klasse und wie beschrieben, somit war Sonne, Strand und Meer (fast) vor der Haustür.

Mein Mann und ich waren mit unserer Tochter, Enkelin und acht Monate alten Enkel bei Antonella in Viserba. Die Wohnung ist wirklich aller erste Klasse, angefangen von der riesigen komm vor Garage über die Bäder bis zur Küche und den Schlafzimmern. Die Lage ist ruhig, riesiger umlaufender Balkon, und die Entfernung zum Strand oder Supermarkt jeweils 300 m.
Die Vermieterin Antonella ist ein Schatz.
