This is a lovely, modern apartment with a balcony overlooking the Ria Formosa. The town of Fuseta and beach are a short walk from the apartment and it's a 25 minute drive to Tavira and fewer than that to Olhao. Great bird watching, local seafood and a very peaceful location.

Prima appartement, echter het beddengoed is bijzonder krap bemeten na één nacht ligt alles los met als gevolg dat je dagelijks de bedden af moet halen en opnieuw opmaken dat kan beslist beter en voldoende handdoeken zou ook niet verkeerd zijn.

Deze vakantiewoning is bijna perfect. Alles is in orde. Goede ligging - eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De woning is heel proper en alles is voorzien. Alles is op wandelafstand. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

We enjoyed our stay in this tranquil apartment. We spent many hours enjoying the view the view from the balcony. The apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and the pool was enjoyable. We hope to return soon!

A Fuseta dispõe ainda, ao contrário de vários outros locais do Algarve, grande parte do encanto dos espaços selvagens. O Del Mar Village é uma excelente escolha para quem quiser voltrar a essa autenticidade com conforto

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door Sonia die voor kerst inkopen voor ons deed. Aankomst 24/12 na 19:00 uur. Fantastisch aopartement en de weergoden helemaal aan onze zijde. Elke dag ontbijten buiten met adembenemend zeezicht. Volgende jaar weer als het aan ons lift. Plek voor rustzoekers

Really great check in experience with some good local tips which we followed and which were excellent. Good location and lovely comfortable flat with great views.

Stay November 2018 On arriving at the property we discovered that the “satellite/cable” television advertised had no English channels whatsoever – only German or Portuguese.But as part of our description of ourselves we had told the owner in writing that we were English and did not speak either of those languages. We would never have booked if he had told us the truth. We tried to contact the owner from the property,but this proved impossible.We did not take occupancy, and left in urgent search of alternative accommodation. Our subsequent email correspondence with the owner was most unsatisfactory.He claimed he had done nothing wrong, and put forward various excuses that became ridiculous.We are sorry to say we felt his behaviour was slippery.He kept our rent for the entire week, also the fee for the (unused) cleaning.

Great apartment, well kitted out and wonderful views over the estuary and beaches in the distance, from the terrace. Occasional smell of civilisation at the road side of the block. Good selection of local restaurants and ideal location for touring the lovely Eastern Algarve.

We have enjoyed our stay at this apartment so much that it is hard to put it in just a few words. There is nothing to complain about. The place is well equipped, you get all the information you need beforehand and upon arrival Sonia gave us a comprehensive introduction to the apartment, to Fuseta, and on things to do in the area. By the way: It's well worth listending to her advice. The only bad thing: One day you will have to leave! We have spent five days here and felt that this was way too short. Even in mid-March we had breakfast on the terrace each morning. There was only little rain and we could do some nice walks on Fuseta Island and in the national park. To our suprise we didn't really need the car that we had rented. The apartment is only a short walk away from the train station and in Fuseta you will get to all relevant places by foot. We would be very happy to return as soon as possible! Thank you for hosting us!

Die Lage der Anlage am Ortsrand von Fuseta ist ideal. Es ist sehr ruhig, man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Ria Formosa und kann in wenigen Gehminuten Restaurants und Supermarkt erreichen. Das Appartment hat mich jedoch aufgrund der sehr spartanischeren Ausstattung nicht überzeugt. Verona und Uli aus Hamburg

Wir waren von der Wohnung sehr begeistert. Sehr hell, super sauber. Toller Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sehr schöner Pool und insgesamt alles sehr ruhig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sonia empfangen. Hier würden wir gerne wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Alles hat prima geklappt, Reservation, Kontakt mit Sonja und die Wohnung hält, was in der Beschreibung versprochen wird! Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit direktem Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet und das Meer.

Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht (Waschmaschine, 2 Badezimmer, eins mit Badewanne), Sat TV mit allen deutschen Sendern. Besonders hervorzuheben ist einmal die alle 4 Tage stattfindende Reinigung. Die Betten waren schon gemacht und die Betreuung durch Sonja war in Ordnung. Wir möchten im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.

We were thrilled with our stay in Fuseta. The property was exceptionally well kept, clean, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The view from this apartment is amazing, and it only added to our peaceful escape. It is also well located, and getting to any part in southern Portugal is only a matter of a few hours' drive. If we are ever back in Portugal, we will stay here again for sure!

Die Realität war dank des tollen Wetters noch besser als die Fotos. Ein ruhiger Ort, eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick über das Naturschutzgebiet, die Lagunen mit Ebbe und Flut und ganz entfernt den Atlantik. Wir haben entspannte Stunden auf dem großen Balkon verbracht und schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternommen. Rundum ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub!

ein sehr freundlicher Empfang trotz später Ankunftszeit, Obst Wein und Wasser und ein sehr großzügige Wohnung wow, und dann am nächsten Morgen erst der Blick auf Meer sehr schön, wenn wir was benötigten war schnell guter Rat da alles Spitze vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in dieser großzügigen Anlage.

Die Wohnung hält, was sie auf den Bildern verspricht ! Toller Ausblick, sehr schöne Badezimmer, sehr modern und hochwertig. Wir haben uns im Januar sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
