We loved the place. Apartment is nice and very comfy. It is close to the beach, store, bus stop, or restaurants/bars, but you don't hear any noise. It is a perfect place for vacation. You can cook something in the kitchen or you can relax on terrace with a nice view on the beach. Definitely recommend to everyone who is looking for a lovely place to stay in Benidorm ❤️.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the apartment at the beginning of June`21 and liked it a lot. One has almost everything needed there, incl. a big balcony with a great view to the sea! and a private parking. The only thing we lacked was a vacuum cleaner. We stayed for a week in Benidorm and at some point needed the thing. Patrick, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. He gave us only one pair of keys though saying that another one was taken by a previous guest by mistake. That was a bit inconvenient, but not a big deal for us since we went out together. For friends or a family that could be problematic.

The noise from the outside was the only thing we disliked in Benidorm. The apartment is located in a famous pub area, but the pubs were still closed during our stay because of the covid. However, a construction site just in front of the house making noise during the whole day or trash collecting and loud people in the middle of the night were very disturbing. So, we were happy that at least the pubs didn`t work.

Great location, balcony had the sun on it all day, the owners had gone to a lot of trouble in presenting the property they had left bottles of drink and snacks which we were not expecting, large TV with all UK programs including sports, 5 minute walk to the beach or bars, will stay there again if we return to Benidorm but would recommend others to stay there.
