We booked this property to be in the total eclipse, and it was an amazing experience for our group of 9. This is the perfect house for a large group - it has everything! All the spaces are well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is modern and perfect for socializing. The bedrooms are well spaced for privacy, and the beds are sooo comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the fleece robes for an extra touch of luxury. The location was great! Nice view of the lake (water level is low) and lots of birds and privacy, while being close to a lot of amenities like food trucks and grocery stores. Best of all, the owner was super responsive. Going on eclipse weekend, I was really nervous about this booking, but he had a great contract and sent it over well ahead for review. I'd totally recommend both the property and the owner!

There are 9 ladies who have been friends for over 40 years...we plan trips each year and this house was perfect for our trip this year! LOTS of room, great kitchen, beds great!

I booked this location to surprise my husband for his retirement. We were very pleased with the beauty of the house, the location to the lake, close by amenities and the popular restaurant in town. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had. Overall, the best VRBO I’ve experienced thus far (and I have had MANY!). We absolutely plan to rebook again!

Beautiful property with rustic/ cabin feel. Upstairs has best views of the lake; main level view is a bit obstructed by the trees. Several bedroom options makes it a good choice for groups. Beautiful kitchen but not much storage since most cabinets are full. Also just be aware, this is a property truly in the woods/ hills so we encountered a deer who ran into our car overnight as well as a field mouse in our room.

This was an amazing home, to wake up watching the sunrise from your private balcony and to watching the sunset with family and relaxing in the evening.
Very convenient located to food places, The lake, grocery stores.
I will only rent this house when I travel to Austin.

We had a great stay! Michael was super helpful and accommodating.... Check in/out was a breeze.
Also, pictures don't do the luxury of the house justice, the sunset and views from the various porches are terrific!

We really enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. Many rooms to choose from and plenty of bathrooms too. We loved all the windows and the views. The owner was really responsive and I would stay here again.

We love the house. It was beautiful and in a perfect location. It was 7 of us who had not seen each other for many years. Enough beds and baths for all. Wonderful kitchen and sitting area. And the balconies and views are awesome!

Stayed for a weekend, but wish we could have stayed longer. This house is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. Our group really enjoyed spending time on the patios with views of the lake in the background. The hosts are very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

Hosts couldn't had been more accommodating answering questions about the particulars of the property to include how/what/when to feed the local one eyed deer. We had a great time!

After arriving a day late because of an ice storm our host was soooo helpful and helped us scope things out to be able to meet our obligations for being the parents of the groom for a wedding in an area we were not familiar with. The property was so relaxing and you could just melt into the beds and relax after the running around to get ready!, I will always treasure watching the sun come up from the master suite as my son came to speak to me the morning of his wedding. Beautiful mother/son time! Beautiful comfy property, Beautiful vistas!

My siblings and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house for a family celebration. We enjoyed the gorgeous lake views, the comfortable beds, lovely furnishings and the patios. We had 10 in our party and we had plenty of room. Loved seeing the deer visit each evening. Michael (the owner) was wonderful with communication. I'd love to stay here again!

The house was really beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The host was really responsive to any questions that we had. The view of Lake Travis was amazing as well. Would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to the Austin area!

We were in Austin for my father's funeral, so this was not a fun trip. The home was a lovely, wonderful place for us to stay during a difficult time. Unfortunately, it seems we damaged a bed rail, so we are having to pay an extra four hundred dollars to replace a bed.

Stayed for a relaxing Bachelorette weekend and it was everything we needed! Beautiful. Quiet, & comfortable with gorgeous views. We got to see some of the wildlife, we even got an up close look at a hummingbird from the kitchen window.
The owner was wonderful and helpful. This place is also very close to the Oasis restaurant! A must visit!!!
