I had a reservation, but when I got to the hotel they did not have any rooms. They had my reservation, but gave the room to an employee due to bad weather. THE HOTEL DID NOT HONOR THE RESERVATION.

Room had big spots on carpet and smelled.

Very convenient
As I was checking out most of the other guests checking out paid a rate less than mine. That was a little disconcerting.

Pool area at 9am and outside facilities were still a mess from previous night . I would expect chairs to be picked up and wet towels picked up etc. was not inviting when such a mess.

This was a beautiful hotel with a well-equipped fitness center.
Also, the breakfast had good options...not just bagels and muffins, but good breakfast staples.

The room was outstanding and the staff was friendly and helpful . Morning breakfast was very good with good variety

Breakfast included and pool.
The breakfast was dirty and with the amount of traffic tables and areas werent cleaned after. Initially, put us in wrong room and blamed me for how I booked when it was NOT me. They moved us to correct room immediately. The new room was clean but the first time we opened barn door bathroom a metal part fell off door. The shelves in bedroom were particle board and areas were broken and looked like something chewed it. After covid I expected way more from a Hampton.

Great location and very clean, great breakfast and friendly staff - I believe his name was Ben but extremely nice young guy who worked every day while we were there -hard to find quality customer service like that these days
Although the room was nice we did find the bed uncomfortable. My other complaint is that I had to ask for my room to be cleaned everyday, I feel that it should be a given for room service to come in w towels/coffee etc

Great location close to restaurants. Plenty of free parking. Quiet.
Bathroom door in room would not close. breakfast was ok but less than typical Hampton.

great location
it was not very clean. the more we looked around the dirtier it was. needs a new cleaning crew. dirt around the shower floor and rust. very stricky mirrors and windows. sheets had hairs on them before we got in them.
