Great location , nice apartment and very comfortable

Close to the center. Close to the beach. Restaurants and shops on the street.

Great location, near old town, near Piazza Batumi. Near the apartments are many shops (some of them works 24 / 7). Comfortable bed, spacious apartments, balcony.

This apartment is really overrated (or the price of the stay is really to high) and there is big difference from the rating provided in the booking system and reality. The apartment needs repair - the walls are dirty and cracked. From the air conditioner constantly is running water and you have to carry buckets of water from the balcony all the time - you can't leave conditioner without carry on. With cleanliness and disinfection there are also sad things here - no soap, no desinfection measures. First thing, what we had to do - to clean floor and collect hairs from the shower and sink. It was also strange to see such chaos of things in the kitchen and wardrobe, as well as brooms and wet cloths left. There was almost no place to put our things and clothes.

Everything! Apartment has perfect combination of: location (heart of old City - everything you’d like in Batumi is within walking distance, iconic views, best direction for sunlight), property quality (facilities and appliances, cleanliness, comfort, chill - hence it was quite hot outside we never use AC) and value (honestly we got more than expected) And great hosts! additionally I’d like to mention very nice and tasty restaurant “Barakoni” on the ground floor of the building

Wow i didnt expect this , that was great ,thanks to owners they are friendly and kind people,i can say that this is best choice in this price couse its located on new and old batumi boarder near the sea(beach,boulevard) 5 min to walk also you can get to piazza in 2 min to walk ,under the flat is georgian restaurant, ,there are everything for your comfort, peaceful environment , big balcony wich really has great view on piazza ,in conclusion i am recommending this place and want to rate 10/10 good job thanks 👍
