A beautiful property in stunning surroundings. The hosts were fantastic and gave great advice as to what to see and where to visit near by. The freshly prepared food was incredibly, the breakfast was a real treat.

Owners Nathalie and Yuri made us very welcome and were on hand with advice on various towns and locations. We too Nathalies advice and took a trip to Perugia which was fabulous to visit. Nathalie is from Belgium and speaks English well ,which was much appreciated. They were both so friendly and we felt at home staying here. The rooms were exceptionally clean and we loved the modern rustic style of the property. Light, bright and airy rooms. With great views (room 7) at the front and (room 6) side views. Breakfast was exceptional with home made bread, yogurts alongside eggs, meat, cheese and fruit - all presented beautifully on a stand - with table service. We had booked a meal for the Saturday night too and again the food was home made with great choice of local wines to go with it. You will need to book the meal though as it gets booked up quickly. There is a small bar area with the option to help yourself and fill out a tab or be served. Great toiletries included. Highly recommended boutique B & B

The only thing we could fault was the limited parking outside but there was parking around the corner too.

La Locanda Toscanini B&B is an amazing place and for us it felt more like a 5 star hotel experience with the perfect Tuscan touch in a very picturesque area. It's difficult to express how astonishing it was on a review, but we will do our best. From the moment we booked the room, we already started to experience the high-quality level service from Monique (the hotel owner/manager) - she helped us a lot with all the info we needed about transfers, services, things to do in the area, etc. On arrival we were treated with great care and attention, Monique made us feel like at home straight away and we were treated that way until the very end of our stay. The place is located in a beautiful little town called Piazze which is just minutes away from many famous destinations in Tuscany. The style of the hotel is very unique and authentic, with lots of little touches that you wouldn't get in most hotels (considering the very affordable room prices), such as fresh flowers, natural/organic toiletry, chocolate, etc. Breakfast was on another level of quality, even a friend that visited us one morning there while we were having breakfast, said that it was the best breakfast he had had in Italy, taking into consideration that our friend had already travelled around the country for several days. Moniques' attention to detail and original touches were just remarkable, one could feel that Monique had put all her heart in everything and always willing to go the extra mile. Also, important to mention Jon, top quality service and a super friendly character - "also very good with a camera" : ) Thank you Monique and Jon for one of the best hotel experiences we have had so far, and we hope to go back one day - Dank u zeer x 100!!!!!!!!
