The suite was just perfect and well presented.
Very quiet location and on site parking was a bonus.
Douglas and Tracy were very good hosts.

Apart from the great location, the accommodation was far above our expectations. Extremely clean and comfortable, we loved our breakfasts and Douglas and Tracy were brilliant hosts. We couldn't have asked for more.

Everything was well thought of, facilities wise. Plenty of information available about local attractions, food etc, brochures and a very useful book with walks, Spacious room with a separate sitting area with TV. Parking on the driveway. Owners very helpful and great location to explore Cornwall and of course St Agnes. Would definitely stay again!

What wasn't there to like!? Everything was perfect from the location down to the weather. Such a beautiful area and Doug and Tracey were lovely hosts. And again thank you for doing the surprise birthday banner upon arrival in the room.

We received a very warm welcome from Tracy who also checked in with us during our stay to check that we were enjoying our stay . We received lovely recommendations for local things to do.
The accomodation itself was very nice with a bedroom , bathroom and lounge area for relaxing all within the loft space of the house .

Perfect accomodation. Excellent hosts. Almost everything we needed plus more. Bed was v comfy. Spotlessly clean. Chatty host.
Could have done with a toaster maybe for bread and crumpets. Would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside too.

Rosen Teyr had everything need we needed to allow us to relax during our 3 day break. - bed comfy and the bonus of the sole use of a lounge/tv room. cleanliness was excellent. The location is excellent.

Doug and Tracy are excellent hosts and their guest suite is perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing Cornish break. It's in a great location for hiking some of the SW Coast Path and exploring the local area. St Agnes is very pretty and has plenty of amenities to keep you fed, watered and entertained! Trevaunance Cove is an ideal beach right nearby, with dramatic cliffs surrounding the cove. The bedroom is a great size and has a very comfy bed. We are already planning when we can return!

We had the upper floor which was very well presented and immaculate. Comfortable bed and all the facilities you would need for a relaxing stay. Doug and Tracy were friendly, attentive hosts without being intrusive. We had a fantastic stay. Would recommend to anyone.
Would have been nice to have had some outside space but not a deal breaker.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, plentiful breakfast supplies. Pleasantly surprised that with the windows ajar it was still nice and cool even in warm weather (think it would also have been cosy in cold weather). Very responsive and welcoming hosts.
Would have been a bonus if there'd been somewhere to sit outside (although it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach).
